(CONSUMER)purchaseronly.Warrantycoverageterminatesiftheoriginalretailpurchasersellsortransferstheboat.
WHATDOESTHISWARRANTYCOVER?
ThislimitedwarrantycoversmaterialdefectsinworkmanshipandmaterialsinyournewEscapeElectricDeckBoat.In
addition, thislimitedwarrantycoversmaterialdefectsoncomponentpartsandaccessories,includingfactoryinstalled
electricmotors.

HOWLONGCOVERAGELASTS.
Thelinnitedwarrantycoveragelastsfortwo(2)yearsfromthedateofyouroriginalretailpurchase.Forcomponentparts
andaccessories,includingfactoryinstalledelectricmotors,thelimitedwarrantycoveragelastsforone(1)yearfromthe
dateofyouroriginalretailpurchase.
WHATJOHNSONOUTDOORSWILLDO.
Ifwithinthewarranty period, theboatisproventoJohnsonOutdoors'reasonablesatisfactiontohavea materialdefectin
workmanshipormaterialscoveredby thiswarranty,asJohnsonOutdoors'soleandexclusiveobligationandyoursoleand
exclusiveremedy,JohnsonOutdoors shall, atitsoption,repairorreplacetheboatthroughanauthorizeddealer.Inorder
tobecoveredby thiswarranty,anysuchrepairmustbeperformedwithinthewarrantyperiod.
Thiswarrantycoversreplacementofpartsandlabordirectlyassociatedwiththedefectatanauthorizeddealer'sfacility
anddoesnotincludeanycostorexpenseofreturningtheboatand/orpartto/fromtheauthorizeddealer.
Allrisksassociatedwiththesedeliveryprocessesareyourresponsibility
YoumustprovidetheJohnsonOutdoorsauthorizeddealerwithwrittennoticeoftheallegeddefectwithin10daysafter
youdiscoverthedefect.Includeproofofpurchasewithyournotice.
WHATTHISWARRANTYDOESNOTCOVER.
Thiswarrantydoesnotextendtoorapplytoanyproductthatisusedforrentalorothercommercialuse,noranyboat
thathasbeensubjecttomisuse,modification,abnormaluse,abuse,damageduetoenvironmentalornaturalelements,
failuretofollowJOHNSONOUTDOORS'instructions,unauthorizedrepair,incorrectlyperformedmaintenanceor
repair,improperstorage,negligence,accidentordamageresultingfromuseofmotorsinexcessofratedhorsepower.
Inaddition,thewarrantydoesnotcoveranydamagecausedby operationoftheboatinextremeweatherandsea
conditions.Damagetothehullsand/orstructuredeterminedby JohnsonOutdoorstohavebeencausedbyeither
electrolysisorimpropertraileringoftheboatwillnotbecoveredunderthiswarranty.

inconvenienceorotherdamageorotherwiseincluding,butnotlimitedto,mechanic'straveltime,inandoutofwatercharges,
telephonecharges,traileringortowingcharges,rentalofantherboatduringthetimewarrantyrepairsarebeingperformed,
