Never connect more than two KYDZ
Suite Panels in a straight line without
using KYDZ Suite Stabilizer Wings
or without being connected to a
stationary Jonti-Craft furniture item.
If Jonti-Craft furniture items or Stabilizer
Wings are not used, KYDZ Suite and
Jonti-Craft furniture items can be assembled
at 45˚ or 90˚ angles.
To ensure your set-up is stable, Stabilizer Wings and/or Jonti-Craft
furniture items should be added when using KYDZ Suite to divide a
room. Always place KYDZ Suite Stabilizer Wings (sold in pairs) at 180˚
compliments, perpendicular to a Panel.

KYDZ Suite Panels must always be connected at the ends, either to another Panel, a wall (via the
KYDZ Suite Wall Adapter), a stationary Jonti-Craft furniture item or a pair of KYDZ Suite Stabilizer
Wings.
The KYDZ Suite Immobilizer Blocks (set of 4) must be used to prevent Jonti-Craft mobile furniture
items from moving before attaching the KYDZ Suite Panels to the units. They should be placed next
to the wheels on the front and back of the unit.

Use KYDZ Suite Cascade Panels to connect from S-Height to A-Height, or A-Height to E-Height, or
E-Height to T-Height items. Do not attempt to connect different height items together without the use of
a Cascade Panel.

KYDZ Suite Welcome Gates and Welcome Arches must either be connected to KYDZ Suite Panels at
an angle other than 180˚ (straight line) or be connected to a stationary Jonti-Craft furniture item. They
can also be supported via a pair of KYDZ Suite Stabilizer Wings on each end. The Welcome Gates and
Welcome Arches should be placed on a flat surface with the handle facing outwards, away from the
space children primarily occupy.
The KYDZ Suite Welcome Gate with Tall Arch
(1553JC) and the KYDZ Suite Welcome Arch – Tall
(1554JC) can be connected to S-Height, E-Height,
or A-Height options. Where possible, the preferred
connection is A-Height options (A-Height KYDZ Suite
Panels, E to A-Height KYDZ Suite Cascade Panels, or
35½” high or taller stationary Jonti-Craft furniture).
The KYDZ Suite Welcome Gate (1550JC)
and KYDZ Suite Welcome Arch – Short
(1552JC) can only be connected to E-Height
options (KYDZ Suite E-Height Hubs, KYDZ
Suite E-Height Panels, and 29½” high or
taller stationary Jonti-Craft furniture). The
KYDZ Suite Welcome Arch - Mini can only be
connected to T-Height Options (KYDZ Suite
T-Height Hubs, KYDZ Suite T-Height Panels,
and 24½” high or taller stationary Jonti-Craft
furniture).

When placing KYDZ Suite Panels above an item like a storage unit, (i.e., Upper Deck Divider) always
use specifically assigned kits and follow assembly instructions. In these cases, the bottom unit or Panel
must be secured at both sides by using KYDZ Suite Stabilizer Wings, 15” or 18” deep stationary Jonti-
Craft furniture items, or connected to a structural wall. Go to page 16 for Upper Deck Divider assembly
instructions.
KYDZ Suite Panels are the same length as
most Jonti-Craft units, so they can easily be
interchanged with one another.
KYDZ Suite products are intended for indoor
use only.

ASSEMBLING HUBS
To remove the connector
block, first unscrew the top
cap by twisting counter
clockwise with your hand.
Once loose, simply pull off
connector block.
To lock Hub, replace
connector block. Then
retighten top cap by
twisting clockwise with
your hand.
The Hub is now
ready to use.

ASSEMBLING PANELS TO HUBS
5. Your Panels should look similar to this
after they have been connected with the
Hub. NOTE: a Hub can be attached to
more than two items at a time (i.e., two
Panels and two Stabilizer Wings).
1. Unscrew the top cap of
the KYDZ Suite Hub
and remove plastic
connector block and
set aside.
2. Slide the Hub Connector Tab
on the bottom of the first
Panel into a groove in the
bottom connector block.
3. Slide the Hub Connector
Tab on the second Panel
into a groove in the bottom
connector block at desired
angle.

4. Replace the top connector block by aligning the
Hub Connector Tabs on the two Panels with the
grooves and the post with the connector block
Screw in the top cap until tight.

INSTALLING HUB CONNECTOR TABS
1. To apply Hub Connector Tabs to a Jonti-Craft furniture
item, first place the Tab Mounting Template included in
your starter kit on the side of the unit as shown. Depending
on where the tabs are to be placed, align the edge of the
template with the front or rear edge of the furniture item.
Mark the holes for the appropriate height Hub Connector
Tabs needed. Remove the template and set aside.
3. Attach the Hub Connector Tabs by inserting two
#6 – ¾” flat head screws (supplied) through the
holes in each tab and into the drilled holes of
the Jonti-Craft furniture item. Tighten using a
medium Phillips head screw driver.
4. Repeat steps to add Hub
Connector Tabs to opposite
sides or to other units.
2. Drill holes using the 1
/16” drill bit
from the starter kit. NOTE: Drill no
deeper than the red of the drill bit.
(½” deep).
