MISURE DI SICUREZZA
ATTENZIONE: Prima del montaggio e della messa in funzione leggere assolutamente il presente manuale. Per ragioni di
sicurezza persone che non hanno letto queste istruzioni non devono usare la pompa.
Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini con età superiore agli 8 anni e da persone con capacità fisiche,
sensoriali o mentali ridotte o mancanza di esperienza o conoscenza, se sono sorvegliati o hanno ricevuto adeguata istruzione
per l’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio e capiscono i pericoli esistenti.
- Bambini non devono giocare con questo apparecchio
- Lavori di pulizia o manutenzione dell’utente non devono essere eseguiti da bambini senza supervisione.
L’utilizzatore è responsabile verso terzi, per tutto ciò che coinvolge l’utilizzo della pompa o l’impianto collegato.
La messa in funzione della pompa e dell’impianto collegato deve essere eseguito da un elettricista esperto dopo adeguato controllo
delle misure di sicurezza richieste dalle norme vigenti (salvavita, collegamento a massa ecc.).
SAFETY MEASURES
CAUTION: Before assembly and start up, carefully read this service instruction manual. For safety purposes do not use the pump
unless you have read this instruction.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
The user is held responsible for third parties as far as all aspects of pump or system operation are concerned.
The pump’s or the systems start up must be made by a skilled electrician after careful check of required safety measures (circuit
breaker, grounding etc.).
SICHERHEITSMASSNAHMEN
ACHTUNG: Vor dem Einbau und der Inbetriebnahme der Pumpe oder der Anlage unbedingt die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung
lesen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen dürfen jene Personen, die die Betriebsanleitung nicht durchgelesen haben, die Pumpe oder die Anlage
nicht benutzen.
Dieses Gerät darf von Kindern ab dem Alter von 8 Jahren und Personen mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorialen oder
mentalen Fähigkeiten oder mangelnder Erfahrung oder Wissen betrieben werden, wenn sie dabei beaufsichtigt werden oder
entsprechende Belehrung zum Benutzen des Gerätes erhalten haben und die damit verbundenen Gefahren verstanden haben.
- Kinder dürfen mit dem Gerät nicht spielen
- Reinigungs- oder Wartungsarbeiten dürfen von Kindern nur unter Beaufsichtigung ausgeführt werden.
Der Benutzer ist gegenüber Dritten, in Bezug auf den Gebrauch der Pumpe oder Anlage verantwortlich.
Vor Inbetriebnahme muß von einem sachverständigen Elektriker überprüft werden, ob die von den geltenden Normen verlangten
elektrischen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen vorhanden sind (FI-Schalter, Erdung u.s.w.).

ISTRUZIONI PER IL MONTAGGIO, L’UTILIZZO E LA MANUTEZIONE
Le elettropompe della serie DRM e PCF sono pompe centrifughe, che vengono utilizzate in prevalenza per
impianti di idromassaggio in vasche da bagno o mini piscine.
Ciò non esclude naturalmente altri impieghi ove la temperatura del fluido non eccede i 35°C.-
 AVVISI PER LA SICUREZZA
ATTENZIONE : Tutte le tubazioni collegate alla pompa vanno supportate. La mancanza di supporti può comportare
rotture del corpo pompa, che non sono coperte da garanzia.
 LUOGO DELL’ISTALLAZIONE
La pompa deve essere istallata il più vicino possibile alla vasca o piscina e sotto battente. E’ vantaggioso che la
tubazione di aspirazione sia corta e rettilinea perché curve e collegamenti aumentano in maniera notevole le perdite di
carico dell’aspirazione stessa e compromettono le prestazioni della pompa.
La pompa deve essere montata su un fondamento solido che garantisca una posizione rigida e priva di vibrazioni come
pure con un accesso per il controllo e la manutenzione. La pompa deve essere montata in un luogo asciutto o ventilato
ed in modo da non poter essere sommersa da allagamenti.
 MONTAGGIO DELLE TUBAZIONI
Le tubazioni di aspirazione e di mandata devono essere supportate l’una indipendentemente dall’altra il più vicino
possibile alla pompa, per evitare sollecitazioni (trazione, compressione, peso) che potrebbero danneggiare la pompa. In
linea di principio il montaggio delle tubazioni deve partire dalla pompa verso l’impianto allo scopo di evitare le
sollecitazioni sopra descritte al momento del collegamento alla pompa stessa.
E’ consigliabile aumentare la sezione del tubo di aspirazione ed anche della mandata se questi devono superare una
distanza superiore ad un metro tra la pompa ed una piscina. In questa maniera si riducono le perdite di carico.
Il diametro del tubo di aspirazione non deve in nessun caso essere inferiore a quello del bocchettone di aspirazione della
pompa.

 COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO
Prima di effettuare il collegamento elettrico alla rete occorre controllare la corrispondenza dei dati di targa della pompa
con la corrente fornita dalla rete stessa. La tensione di esercizio e la frequenza della rete devono coincidere con i dati
riportati sulla targa della pompa. Se vi sono dei dubbi, bisogna mettersi in contatto con il fornitore della pompa.
Fatto quanto sopra, bisogna procedere al collegamento a rete secondo lo schema ‘Sch.1’ per pompe con motori
monofase.
ATTENZIONE: Il motore della pompa deve essere collegato efficientemente a terra.
L’uso di pompe per piscine e laghetti da giardino e nella relativa zona di protezione è consentita solo se questi sono
costruiti in conformità alle norme EN 60335 / 2 /41. Per favore informateVi presso il Vostro elettricista.
E’ indispensabile che venga istallato un dispositivo di interruzione differenziale di 30mA.
Prevedere a monte dell’apparecchio un interruttore unipolare con distanza di apertura di almeno 3 mm.
Nel caso di motori con alimentazione trifasica occorre prevedere un salvamotore adatto ai valori nominali del motore.
 MANUTENZIONE DELLA POMPA
ATTENZIONE: Prima di qualsiasi intervento di manutenzione bisogna interrompere il collegamento elettrico tra
pompa e rete (p.es.: staccare la spina) ed accertarsi che la pompa non possa mettersi in funzione autonomamente.
Le pompe centrifughe DRM e PCF richiedono un minimo di manutenzione a prescindere da pulizia e cura effettuata
regolarmente, come qualsiasi altro elettrodomestico.
La tenuta meccanica tra il motore elettrico ed il corpo pompa è soggetta ad usura ed il suo stato dovrebbe essere
verificato regolarmente ogni 24 mesi, in caso di usura accentuata va sostituita.
Il nostro rivenditore potrà indicarVi il centro assistenza JTC più vicino.
ATTENZIONE: Qualsiasi intervento sulla pompa da persone non autorizzate dalla JTC fa automaticamente decadere
qualsiasi diritto a prestazioni di garanzia da parte della JTC. Si raccomanda l’utilizzo esclusivo di ricambi originali JTC.
 GARANZIA
La JTC S.r.l garantisce un accurato collaudo della pompa e di tutti i suoi componenti, pertanto concede una garanzia di
24 mesi dalla data di acquisto della stessa, su tutte le parti della pompa, eccetto le parti sottoposte ad usura ( p.es.:
tenute meccaniche e cuscinetti a sfere) e si impegna a riparare e/o sostituire gratuitamente quelle parti che, a suo
giudizio, si dimostrassero non efficienti.

INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE
DRM and PCF pumps are electric motor driven centrifugal pumps, used mainly for hydro-massage systems of
bath tubs and spa bath pools.
Other applications are possible, but the pumped liquids temperature should not exceed 35°C.-
 SAFETY MEASURES
ATTENTION: The pipe system connected with the pump must be supported otherwise the pump casing might get
damaged and damages caused by not existing pipe supports are not guarantee covered.
 PLACE FOR INSTALLATION
The pump must be installed as near as possible to the bath tub or spa bath and lower than the water level. The suction
pipe must be short and straight, curves and connections cause pressure losses with negative effects to the pump
performance.
The pump must be fixed on a solid basement in order to guarantee a fixed position without vibrations. Further on there
must be the possibility to service and control the pump.
The pump must be positioned in a dry or ventilated place and in a way to avoid flooding.
 CONNECTION OF PIPE SYSTEM
The suction and the pressure pipe system must be supported as near as possible to the pump in order to avoid forces
like traction, compression or weight on the pumps casing, which might damage it. As a principle the pipe work must start
at the pump side and go to the system, above mentioned damaging forces can be avoided only in this way.
It is recommended to use pipes with bigger diameters for the suction and the pressure side in case of distances between
the pump and the tub longer than one meter. In this way pressure losses will be reduced.
The suction pipe’s diameter must never be smaller than the pumps suction side.

 POWER SUPLY NET CONNECTION
Before connecting the pump to the electrical supply net, the correspondence of pump label specifications with those of
the net supply must be checked. The net’s exercise tension and the frequency must be the same as those written on the
pump label. If there are any doubts ask the supplier of the pump.
The second step is the right net connection as shown for single phase pumps with scheme ‘Sch.1’ .
ATTENTION: The pump’s motor must be grounded.
The use of pumps near swimming pools or garden ponds is allowed when those are built in compliance with
EN 60335 / 2 /41 Please get necessary information from Your electrician.
It is compulsory to install a live saving differential switch with 30mA and a one pole interruption with an opening of
minimum 3mm.
In case of pumps with three phase motors an overload switch suitable to the motor’s nominal specifications must be
installed.
 THE PUMPS MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION: Before starting any maintenance job on the pump or the system the electric power supply must be cut
off (e.g. unplug it from the power socket) and make sure it cannot restart on its own.
DRM and PCF centrifugal pumps require a minimum of maintenance except regular cleaning like any other electric motor
driven domestic appliance.
The mechanical seal between the electric motor and the pump casing might be subject to consumption, therefore its
state must be verified all two years and in case of high consumption changed.

ATTENTION: Repairs made by people not authorised by JTC will automatically interrupt all warranty rights otherwise
granted by JTC. It is recommended to use only original JTC spare parts.
 WARRANTY
JTC grants accurate controls and tests of all pump components as well as the pump unit, therefore warranty claims can
be accepted within two years from purchase date. Only ware parts like mechanical seals or ball bearings will be
excluded. In case of warranty claims JTC will repair or change parts if the claim is acceptable.

EINBAU- GEBRAUCHS- UND WARTUNGSANLEITUNG
Die Elektropumpen der Baureihen DRM und PCF sind Kreiselpumpen die Hydro-Massageanlagen an
Badewannen oder Minipools eingesetzt werden.
Andere Anwendungen sind selbstverständlich möglich, die Wassertemperatur sollte 35°C nicht überschreiten.-
 SICHERHEITSMASSNAHMEN
ACHTUNG: Das mit der Pumpe verbundene Rohrsystem muß abgestützt werden. Fehlende Abstützungen können
das Pumpengehäuse beschädigen und derartige Beschädigungen werden nicht durch unsere Werksgarantie abgedeckt.
 AUFSTELLUNGSORT
Die Pumpe muß möglichst nahe an der Wanne oder dem Becken installiert werden und tiefer als der Wasserspiegel im
Becken selbst. Das Saugrohr sollte kurz und gerade sein, denn Kurven und Verbindungen führen zu beträchtlichen
Druckverlusten und die Pumpenleistung wird dadurch stark beeinträchtigt.
Die Pumpe muß auf festem Untergrund befestigt werden um Vibrationen zu vermeiden. Weiters ist Wartungs- und
Kontrollmöglichkeit vorzusehen.
Der Aufstellungsort der Pumpe muß überschwemmungssicher, trocken oder ventiliert sein.
 ANSCHLUSS DES ROHRSYSTEMS
Das Saug- sowie das Druckrohr muß möglichst nahe an der Pumpe abgestützt werden, um Belastungen durch Zug-
oder Kompressionskräfte am Pumpengehäuse zu vermeiden, nicht garantiegeschützte Beschädigungen werden dadurch
verhindert. Im Prinzip muß die Montage des Saug- sowie des Druckrohres an der Pumpe beginnend zum System geführt
werden, nur dadurch können die oben genannten negativen Kräfte und deren Wirkung verhindert werden.
Es ist empfehlenswert den Durchmesser des Saug- sowie des Druckrohres zu vergrößern falls der Abstand zwischen
Becken und Pumpe länger wie ein Meter ist. Es werden dadurch Druckverluste vermindert.
Der Durchmesser Saugrohres darf niemals geringer als der des Saugstutzens an der Pumpe sein.

 NETZANSCHLUSS
Bevor die Pumpe an das Elektrizitätsversorgungsnetz angeschlossen wird muß überprüft werden, ob die am Typenschild
angegebenen Daten den Netzdaten entsprechen. Die Betriebsspannung und die Frequenz müssen den Pumpendaten
entsprechen. Falls es diesbezüglich Zweifel gibt, sollte der Lieferant der Pumpe befragt werden.
Nach oben beschriebener Überprüfung kann der Netzanschluss erfolgen. Bei Pumpen mit Einphasenmotor gemäß
Schema ‘Sch.1’.
ACHTUNG: Die Pumpenmotoren müssen mit einem geeigneten Erdanschluss versehen werden.
Die Anwendung von Pumpen im Schwimmbad- und Gartenteichbereich oder ähnlich ist nur erlaubt, wenn diese gemäß
EN 60335 /2 /41 errichtet sind. Bitte informieren Sie sich bei Ihrem Elektriker.
Die Installation eines FI – Schalters mit 30mA ist unerlässlich und ein einpoliger E/A-Schalter mit Öffnungsabstand von
mindestens 3mm.
Bei Pumpen mit Drehstrommotoren muß ein den Nenndaten des Motors entsprechender Überlastungsschutz
vorgesehen werden.
 WARTUNG DER PUMPE
ACHTUNG: Vor jeglicher Wartungsarbeit muß der Netzanschluß unterbrochen werden (Stecker aus der Steckdose
ziehen), die Pumpe darf keinesfalls in der Lage sein selbsttätig zu starten.
DRM und PCF Kreiselpumpen benötigen nur ein Minimum an Wartung, regelmäßige Reinigung und Sorgfalt wie bei
jedem anderen Elektrogerät sind selbstverständlich.
Die Gleitringdichtung zwischen Elektromotor und Pumpengehäuse hat eine begrenzte Lebensdauer, da sie besonders
durch Verunreinigungen im Fördermedium verbraucht wird. Es ist daher unbedingt erforderlich ihren Zustand mindestens
alle zwei Jahre zu überprüfen und falls erforderlich durch eine Neue zu ersetzen.
Ihr Händler wird Ihnen gerne den nächstliegenden JTC-Kundendienst nennen.
ACHTUNG: Reparaturarbeiten müssen von JTC Kundendiensten durchgeführt werden, andernfalls erlischt die JTC
Garantie. Es wird empfohlen nur original JTC – Ersatzteile einzusetzen.
 GARANTIE
JTC garantiert gründliche Kontrolle der Pumpe und ihrer Bestandteile, aus diesem Grunde beträgt die Garantiezeit 24
Monaten ab Kaufdatum. Ausgenommen sind nur Teile wie die Gleitringdichtung und die Kugellager. JTC wird jene
defekten Teile kostenlos ersetzen oder instandsetzen die, nach ihrem Wissen und Gewissen, als Garantiedefekt
anzusehen sind.
