To optimise the performance of this product, please read these operating instructions carefully to familiarise yourself with the
basic operations of this unit. After you have read the instructions, please retain them for future reference.
This unit has been tested at the factory before being shipped to you.
To prevent or reduce the risk of electrical shock or fire, do not expose the unit to rain or moisture. To prevent a fire hazard, do not
expose the unit to any naked flame sources. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or if it is unlikely to be used for long
periods of time.
When installing the unit, please ensure you leave enough space around the unit for ventilation. Slots and openings in the unit are
provided for ventilation to ensure reliable operation of the product and to protect it from overheating. To prevent fire hazard, the
openings should never be blocked or covered.
Always handle the power cable by the plug. Never pull out the plug by pulling on the cable. Never touch the power cable when
your hands are wet as this could cause an electric shock. Do not tie a knot in the cable. The power cable should be placed such
that it is not likely to be stepped on. A damaged power cable can cause a fire or give you an electrical shock. Check
the power cord periodicaly, if you ever find that it is damaged, replace it before using the unit again. Contact your retailer for a
replacement.
The voltage of the available power supply differs according to country or region. Be sure that the power supply voltage of the area
where this unit is to be used meets the required written on the unit.
The lightning flash symbol inside a triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence high voltage within the unit’s
enclosure that may be of sufficient power to constitute a risk of electrical shock to persons.
Caution: to prevent the risk of electric shock, do not attempt to open the unit. No user-serviceable parts inside. Refer all
servicing to qualified service personnel.
The exclamation mark inside a triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and
maintenance instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance.
Any modification carried out on the unit may invalidate the unit’s warranty.
If applicable, only use the stand, tripod or bracket specified or sold with the apparatus.
Select the installation location of your unit carefully. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or locations subject to vibration and
excessive dust. Do not use the unit where there are extremes in temperature (below 41ºF / 5ºC or exceeding 95ºF / 35ºC).
Unpacking and safety: Please unpack your new product carefully, your new product should reach you in perfect condition. Please
check that no damage has occurred during transit. If any damage is found, do not operate your unit. Please contact the retailer
you purchased it from immediately. If there is any damage to the mains cable do not use the device. Always disconnect the unit
from the mains supply when carrying out any servicing or cleaning of the unit.
The serial number for this equipment should be located on the rear or underside of the unit. Please make a note of this number as
you will need it for your warranty, it is a good idea to keep a copy of the serial number for your own records.


Description of functions
Function of the control unit:
1. OPEN/CLOSE: This function opens and closes the CD tray.
2. JOG DIAL: Use the wheel to adjust speed. It is also used for the SEARCH function.
3. DISPLAY: The display is used to see which functions are playing and selected.
4. SEARCH: Press the search button to activate fast search mode. Use Jog Wheel to do the fast search forward and backward.
5. CONTINUE/SINGLE –
CONTINUE: The unit continues to play the tracks until the end. When crossing to the next track manually or
automatically, the main cue will also renew to the new track.
SINGLE: The unit plays a single track only. When the current track ends, it crosses to the next track but stops and
renew to the main cue of the new track.
6. TIME: This button switches the display between remaining time, elapsed playing time, and total remaining time.
7. PITCH BEND: Using this function, the speed can be changed to keep up with the other playing one.
8. TRACK: This button selects the track to be played and can skip forward or backward one track.
9. PITCH RANGE: Press 8% or 16% to activate the pitch function. If 8% or 16% has been turned on, pressing the other one can
switch directly. If the certain one has been selected, pressing and holding this one for 3 seconds can turn the pitch function off.
10. PITCH CONTROL SLIDER: By moving the pitch control slider, you can adjust it between minimum (up) and maximum (down)
to match the beat of the two playing units.
11. CUE: The cue function allows the CD to be played from a memorised point.
12. SEAMLESS LOOP: There is A, B, and RELOOP buttons.
The A button is the start point of the LOOP. The end point is button B. Press the A and B button to set up the point and start the
loop playback automatically. The loop lights up on the display and the three LEDs flash. Press B again to exit the LOOP playback.
The RELOOP button will return to the A of the loop playback and continues playing. Also, if you want to return to the loop
playback after exiting, you can press the RELOOP button. Change the start and end points by pressing the A and B buttons
again. When exiting the loop and doing the normal playback, pressing B will set a new B and the new loop playback is formed.
The loop can be set to cross between two tracks.
13. PLAY/PAUSE: Pressing this button will cause the operation to change between PLAY and PAUSE modes.
14. BPM: Use it to switch between the BPM value and pitch percentage value.
15. TAP: Press this button along with the beat of the track in order to manually find the BPM of the track.
16. CONNECTOR PORTS: For connection from this port to the main unit.
Function of the main unit:
17. Disc Tray: The disc is placed on the tray, pressing the disc tray, OPEN/CLOSE button will open or close the tray.
18. OPEN/CLOSE: Press to load or eject the disc. Each press will open or close the disc tray.
19. POWER ON/OFF: This function turns the unit on and pressing the button again turns the unit off.
20. LINE OUT: The audio from each CD player is output from these RCA sockets. Connect to the line input of the mixer.
21. DATA LEADS: For connection from this port to the control unit.
Display instruction
TOTAL TRACK - The number of tracks that are in the CD.
- The unit is in play. - The unit is paused.
CUE - This indicates that a cue has been memorised.
CONTINUOUS - Shows when the unit is set to play all tracks continuously.
SINGLE PLAY - Shows when the unit is set to play only one track.
AUTO START - No function.
MP3 - No function.
CD IN - Blinking when the tray is closing and illuminating when the CD is in the unit.
TIME MODE (REMAIN) - How much time is left on a particular track or this CD.
TIME MODE (TOTAL) - How much long the track is.
SEARCH - It lights up when search function is activated.
KEY - No Function.
M/S/F - Minutes, seconds, and frames.
PITCH - Pitch value shows and changes with the pitch slider movement.
BPM - Beats per minute of the particular song.
LOOP - The light is on when performing the loop function.
