SAFETY RULES - PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
1. Check if there is order in the workplace.
2. Assess whether the conditions at the place of use of the
lubricator are safe.
3. Keep away from children.
4. Store the equipment in a dry place and out of reach of children.
5. Lubricators should only be used for tasks intended for it.
6. Before using the lubricator, get ready, dress the right work
outfit and safety shoes - non-slip.
7. The device is loud and may splash with grease, that's why
protect your eyesight and hearing, wear glasses and protective
headphones.
8. Check the technical condition of the device. If you find any
damage, take lubricators to an authorized service technician.
9. Make sure that all tools with which the lubricator was adjusted
have been removed from it.
10. Before connecting the air hose to the lubricator, turn off the
pressure in the compressor.
11. During use, be fully concentrated to avoid accident at work or
damage to the device.
12. It is forbidden to use the lubricator after consumption of
alcohol, drugs and drugs slowing down the reaction.
13. The device's service should be performed by qualified
personnel.

DEVICE SPECIFICATION
APPLICATION OF THE APPLIANCE
The pneumatic lubricator is driven by compressed air. The high-density
grease is forced by the high pressure that is produced by the piston pump.
Pneumatic grease guns are one of the most commonly used tools of this
type in industry and production. These devices are reliable, have low air
consumption and their working pressure is precisely matched. In addition,
they are easy to use, very efficient and, what's the most important, they
extend the operating time of the parts subject to friction in large and
heavy vehicles. Lubricator is widely used in cars, tractors and many
industrial machines.
LIST OF ACTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN
1. Unclip the latches and remove the protective cover.
2. Enter the selected lubricant into the tank.
3. Put the protective cover tightly and fasten the clips.
4. Make sure that the compressor is turned off and then
connect the air hose to the lubricator.
5. Start the compressor.
6. The device is ready to work.
LIST OF OPERATIONS WHILE WORKING WITH THE DEVICE
1. Point the gun with the grease to the desired location.
2. Apply grease.
3. Turn off the compressor and unhook the air hose from the
lubricator.
4. Clean the gun and work area.
MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLIANCE
1. Make sure that no water gets into the container behind the
grease, as this will cause corrosion.
2. For better protection of the device against damage, install an
air filter to prevent impurities from entering the pump.
WARNING!
1. The grease gun works under high pressure, so do not aim the
gun at people or animals.
2. During operation, the device must be under the constant
supervision of the operator.
3. After finishing work, turn off the compressor and disconnect
the hose from the grease gun.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE LUBRICATOR

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS DURING USE
1. When the gun does not feed grease, check the hose and gun
for patency. If everything is fine,
check that the grease is not too thick.
2. When the grease leaves the grease gun, check the latches
and screws securing the closing lid.
3. If the grease leaks spontaneously from the gun, check that
the gun terminals are not damaged.
4. Non-operating pump. For the pump to work properly,
the following conditions must be met:
- adequate pressure
- clean grease with appropriate density
- the right amount of grease
- device tightness

Equipment used in accordance with the instruction manual should work properly.
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After finding a fault,
please contact a qualified service center or directly with the seller. The condition for
considering the complaint is a sealed warranty card and proof of purchase of the
device. If we meet all warranty conditions, the complaint is accepted for
consideration.
1. The deadline for considering complaints is 14 business days.
2. The cost of delivery and receipt of the advertised goods is borne by the owner of
the goods.
The warranty does not cover:
1. Exchange of consumable parts and consumables.
2. Activities covered by the instructions for use,
which the user is obliged to do.
3. Mechanical damage caused by improper use.
4. Damage caused by external factors.
Loss of warranty occurs when:
1. We do not follow the rules of use contained in the instructions.
2. We use the device in places not intended for it.
3. We use not the right consumable.
4. We interfere in the construction of the device.

ZASADY BEZPIECZEŃSTWA – ZAPOZNAJ SIĘ Z INSTRUKCJĄ
PRZED UŻYTKOWANIEM URZĄDZENIA
1. Sprawdź czy w miejscu pracy jest porządek.
2. Oceń czy warunki panujące w miejscu użytkowania smarownicy są
bezpieczne.
3. Urządzenie nie do użytku dla dzieci.
4. Przechowuj sprzęt w miejscu suchym oraz niedostępnym dla
dzieci.
5. Smarownicy należy używać wyłącznie do zadań dla niej
przeznaczonych.
6. Przed użyciem smarownicy, przygotuj się, ubierz odpowiedni strój
roboczy oraz obuwie ochronne – antypoślizgowe.
7. Urządzenie jest głośne oraz może pryskać smarem, dlatego
chroń wzrok i słuch, załóż okulary oraz słuchawki ochronne.
8. Sprawdź stan techniczny urządzenia. Jeśli znajdziesz jakieś
uszkodzenia, oddaj smarownice do uprawnionego serwisanta.
9. Upewnij się, że wszelkie narzędzia którymi regulowana była
smarownica zostały z niej usunięte.
10. Zanim podłączysz wąż powietrzny do smarownicy, wyłącz
ciśnienie w sprężarce.
11. Podczas użytkowania należy być w pełni skoncentrowanym aby
uniknąć wypadku przy pracy lub uszkodzenia urządzenia.
12. Zabrania się użytkowania smarownicy po spożyciu alkoholu,
narkotykach oraz leków spowalniających reakcję.
13. Serwisu urządzenia powinien dokonywać wykwalifikowany
personel.

ZASTOSOWANIE URZĄDZENIA
Smarownica pneumatyczna napędzana jest skompresowanym
powietrzem. Smar o dużej gęstości jest tłoczony przez wysokie ciśnienie,
które wytwarzane jest przez pompę tłokową. Smarownice pneumatyczne
są jednym z najczęściej używanych narzędzi tego typu w przemyśle i
produkcji. Urządzenia te są niezawodne, mają małe zużycie powietrza a
ich ciśnienie robocze jest precyzyjnie dopasowane. Ponadto są proste w
użyciu, bardzo wydajne oraz co najważniejsze przedłużają czas działania

UWAGA!
1. Smarownica pracuje pod dużym ciśnieniem dlatego nie
wolno kierować pistoletu w kierunku ludzi lub zwierząt.
2. Podczas pracy urządzenie musi być pod stałym nadzorem
osoby obsługującej.
3. Po zakończonej pracy należy wyłączyć kompresor i odłączyć
wąż od smarownicy.

BUDOWA SMAROWNICY
Wąż do smarownicy oraz pistolet do nakładania smaru
PROBLEMY I ROZWIĄZANIA PODCZAS UŻYTKOWANIA
1. Gdy pistolet nie podaje smaru, sprawdź drożność węża oraz
pistoletu. Jeśli wszystko jest w porządku,
sprawdź czy smar nie jest za gęsty.
2. Gdy smar, wydostaje się ze smarownicy, sprawdź zatrzaski i
śruby mocujące pokrywę zamykającą.
3. Jeśli smar wycieka samoistnie z pistoletu, należy sprawdzić
czy zaciski pistoletu nie są uszkodzone.
4. Nie działająca pompa. Aby pompa działała prawidłowo muszą
być spełnione poniższe warunki:
-odpowiednie ciśnienie
-czysty smar o odpowiedniej gęstości
-odpowiednia ilość smaru
-szczelność urządzenia

Utrata gwarancji następuje, gdy:
1. Nie przestrzegamy zasad użytkowania zawartych w instrukcji.
2. Używamy urządzenia w miejscach do tego nie przeznaczonych.
3. Używamy nie odpowiedniego materiału eksploatacyjnego.
4. Ingerujemy w konstrukcje urzadzenia.
Należy Pamiętać!
Wszelkie wady fabryczne podlegają gwaranacji. Nie podlegają gwarancji uszkodzenia
spowodowane nie prawidłowym użytkowaniem i niewłaściwą eksploatacją.
