G16Pro - Connection Tutorial
1. Connect to the device or find the device?
Make sure the device is near the phone, and the device is not connected by other mobile ph
ones. If it is still not connected, try the following:
1) Is the device near the phone;
When the app is connected to the device, ensure that the device is sufficient, and close t
o the equipment, the closer the distance is, the more it is to find the device.
2) Whether the device has been connected by other mobile phones;
If your device has been connected by the other mobile phones, and the connected
mobile phone is still near the device, then you need to unpair the device and close
Bluetooth connected to the mobile phone can guarantee the current device, because a
device can only be attached at the same time Mobile phone connection; iPhone mobile
phone may be paired with the device, you need to go to Settings->Bluetooth, find the
connecting device in MY DEVICES, Click ○
i and forget this device. Then it can be
connected by other mobile phone.

3) Ignore /unpair some paired devices;
If your phone has paired many devices, please ignore/unpair those paired devices.
For iPhone, go to Settings->Bluetooth->Forget some of my devices:
For Android phone, go to Settings->Bluetooth-> Unpair some of paired devices

4) Try to enable Location service (only for android phone)
If you can’t find the device from Gloryfit APP, please check the location service of
Android phone and make sure location service is enabled.
5) Try to restart Bluetooth;

If the device is very powerful, it is still unable to find the device close to the phone, you c
an try to turn the mobile phone Bluetooth shut down, reopen (about 2-5 minutes),
search the device.
6) Try to restart the device;
If the device is not connected by other mobile phones, and close to the device still canno
t find the device, you can try to restart the device (the device is found "-" System "-" Shut
down ", restart the device), then open the APP Reproduction device .
7) Try to restart the phone;
Please try to restart your phone, reopen the app, connect the device.
8) When the iPhone is changed to the Android phone;
The device management should be disconnected first in the app, and then click ignore to
the Bluetooth settings to the mobile phone system. After
that, the Android phone searches for the binding connection.
9) When the APP is just downloaded, it takes a certain amount of time to read the device in
formation and initialize. After refreshing the app, it can be easily connected.
2. The device is not connected to the APP?
1) Make sure the device is in connectionable distance from the phone.
2) Restart Bluetooth and reconnect.
3) Unbind the device and rebind it.
3. The device is not reconnected to the APP?
1) For Android phone, do steps below:
Turn on Bluetooth
Open GloryFit app
Settings->Battery->Auto launch management->App auto launch->Allow GloryFit
Settings->Battery->Auto launch management->App secondary launch->Allow GloryFit
Settings->Battery->App standby optimizer-> GloryFit ->Close app optimized
Settings->Battery->Close app after screen lock-> GloryFit ->Don’t close
Remark: If GloryFit app is shut down by the third APP, device won’t connect to GloryFit app.
You need to add GloryFit app to whitelist of the third APP.
2) For iPhone, do steps below:
Turn on Bluetooth
Open GloryFit app
4. Device repeatedly or disconnected
1) Whether there is an obstruction, human body or wearable metal jewelry, etc. between
the equipment and the phone, can interfere with the connection stability of Bluetooth.
2) Please check if the device is sufficient.
3) Try to ignore the device in the system Bluetooth device, set the path: System settings -
Bluetooth - Click on ○
i - ignore this device.
4) Check if the phone is bounded to too much devices, ignore some devices in the system
Bluetooth settings.

Remarks: If the above operation, it is not possible. It is recommended to try to restart the
Bluetooth or mobile phone.
5. How does the device unbinded?
1) For Android phone, open the app, click the device icon of the device page to enter the
device page, and click UNPAIR.

2) For iPhone, needs to do more steps:
Go to SettingsBluetooth, find G16Pro(ID_XXXX), click ○
i , then select “Forget This
Device”.

3) If it is found to ignore this device, still displayed in the list, you can turn it off and open to
Bluetooth.
