CHILDREN’S TRAVEL BED
WARNING
SUFFOCATION HAZARD
Infants have suffocated in gaps between extra
padding and on soft bedding. Use only the sleeping
pad provided by the manufacturer. NEVER add a
pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
•To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians
recommend healthy infants beplaced on their
backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by
your physician.
•Failure to follow these warnings and the
instructions could resultin serious injury
or death.
•DO NOT place sleeping pad inside PeaPod.
Sleeping pad is placed under the floor of the
product and secured with snaps.
•OPEN WITH CARE- When removing PeaPod
from storage bag,use caution as it automatically
unfolds rapidly when the safety strap is removed.
•The PeaPod is not a toy.
•DO NOT leave child unattended while
zippered inside.
•PeaPod does not offer complete
sun protection.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PEAPOD IS DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN 1 TO
3 YEARS OF AGE. However, since each child
develops differently, these age parameters should
be monitored against your child’s own develop-
ment. PeaPod is not designed for commercial
applications. Follow these instructions carefully and
keep them for future reference.
MAINTENANCE
•PeaPod can besurface cleaned using warm
soapy water or damp cloth. Air dry.
•Thesleeping pad can bedetached (un-snapped)
and machinewashed on agentle cycle. Airdry.

OPERATION
NOTE:PeaPod comes pre-assembled with
sleeping pad attached. Upon removing the
safety strap, PeaPod will automaticallyunfold
and pop into full configuration.
1. Check all snaps to be sure that sleeping
pad is fully secured to bottom ofPeaPod.
2. Locate the safety strap pouch on the
bottom of PeaPod and slip safety strap
inside.Zip closed.
3. To leave main zipper panel open,simply
flip unzipped panel up and over the top
of PeaPod.
4. To remove sleeping pad for washing,
simply unsnap.
FOLDING
NOTE:It is not necessary to detach the sleeping
pad when folding.However, if you prefer to,simply
unsnap and fold the sleeping pad separately for
storage.Don’t be afraid to apply some pressure to
the frame,it won’t break.
After many folds, the PeaPod may lose some of its
shape. Reshaping the frame may be necessary
from time to time.
Remove all items from inside. Close all zippers.
Hold PeaPod upright with the KidCo logo
facing you.
Unzip safety strap pouch and pull safety
strap out.
Grasp the top frame on both sides and bring
together. Hold sides together using onehand.
Bring one sideofbottom frame up to the
top frame.
Bring other side ofbottom frame up to top frame.
Hold all frame sections together with one hand.
Whileholding frames, place PeaPod on one
end in a vertical position.
Place one hand on what is now the top frame
section; folding down and inward,tucking
into the center.
Continue folding and tucking while pushing
downward; compacting the entire unit.
Firmly grasp entireframe and wrap it with
thesafety band.Slip intostoragebag.
