INTRODUCTION
Let the FUN Begin! The goal of kidsport BURST is simple…to give parents greater
peace of mind and children a greater sense of freedom when they should be
focusing as much on fun as on safety. We believe in ACTIVE kids, and BURST will
allow your kids to stay in touch with you, and you them…wherever they may be!
BURST uses three different technologies to locate. In addition to GPS, Wi-Fi, and
Cell Tower Tracking, it also contains an SOS button, two-way voice communication,
voice
messaging, and step counter. And by simply using your mobile device,
you will be able to FIND your kids, allow them to have FUN, and give them the
FREEDOM to live!
BURST is not a substitute for supervision of any person wearing the product.
Accuracy of watch location is determined by GPS satellite, Wi-Fi, and cell signal
strength. GPS accuracy may be affected in rural areas with limited cellular coverage.
BEFORE YOU ACTIVATE
DO NOT DISCARD THE BOX. It has identification numbers needed for activation.
Please read this entire User Manual before activating your BURST GPS Phone
Watch…especially the Warranty and Return information. BURST is water resistant,
not waterproof. Water will damage the device if it gets wet inside. If you need a
waterproof device, please return the BURST for a refund prior to activation. Please
note, once activated, BURST cannot be returned for a refund.

BURST Buttons
ON/SOS button:
Hold down to power on the watch
Press briefly to return to the previous interface or hang up a call
Press for more than 3 seconds to trigger SOS alarm and call the
emergency phone number.
Function button:
Press briefly to check contact list and select phone number
After selecting the phone number, press the button again for more
than 3 seconds to call the selected number.
VM (voice messaging) button:
Press briefly to select the VM receiver (you can send a voice
message to one or multiple contacts).
After selecting the contact, press the button until your voice message
is finished. It will send out the voice message to the PreciseTrak App
automatically.
If a voice message is sent from the PreciseTrak App, BURST will
display this icon:
Press the button to hear the voice message that was sent from the
PreciseTrak App.
Press the button for more than 3 seconds (when the screen is in
home page) to switch into add-a-friend mode. If two BURST near
each other are shaken, the two watches will connect for 2-way voice
messaging.

HOW TO USE BURST
STEP 1: CHARGE YOUR BURST
Attach the provided power cord to the metal pins
on the back of the watch. The pins are magnetic
and will hold the charger in place. The first time you
charge the watch, make sure you charge for a
minimum of three hours. After that, it should only
take about 90 minutes to get to a full charge. The
battery will last between 18 and 48 hours
depending on how much of the voice function you
are using.
STEP 2: TURN ON YOUR BURST
Hold down on the Power Button for three seconds
to turn ON your kidsport BURST. Keep in mind that
BURST can NOT be shut off from the watch. It can
only be shut off from the mobile app. This is to
prevent a child from turning it off accidentally and
preventing Mom or Dad from being unable to
locate or call the watch.
STEP 3: ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Search the Apple™ AppStore or Google Play™
for the
PreciseTrak
App
and download the App
to your iPhone or Android smartphone.

STEP 4: PRECISETRAK APP AND MAPPING INSTRUCTIONS
To create a NEW ACCOUNT, tap the button at the
bottom that says: “Needan Account?SignUp.”
STEP 5: ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Input the information into the App to create your
account.

STEP 6: TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read the terms of service. There are a lot of
words, but it’s important to understand our policies
before activating your watch. If you agree, then
check the terms and conditions box at the bottom
of the page. REMINDER: Once you activate your
kidsport BURST, it can no longer be returned for a
refund. We will, however replace any defective
watch that does not function properly for a period
of one year. This does not include damage by user.
STEP 7: ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
We will send you a verification code (to keep your
account secure). Select email or SMS (text
message) to get your code. Then click Proceed.

STEP 8: ENTER CODE
You must then check your email or SMS account
(text messages). Be sure to write down your
verification code and enter it into the App.
STEP 9: ACCOUNT ACTIVATION COMPLETE
Congratulations, your account is now activated.
Click on +Activate New Watch.

STEP 10: ADD A NEW WATCH
There are 2 VERY IMPORTANT codes to scan
from the box your BURST came in. Please keep a
record of these numbers.
CODE #1:
Watch ID
(or
WID
): The WID can be
found on the backside of your watch or on your
BURST box. You can scan the QR code with your
phone or manually enter the number in the field.
CODE #2:
ICCID
: The ICCID is the identification
number of the cellular SIM Card inside your
BURST. Either scan the barcode code on the box
or manually enter the LAST FOUR NUMBERS of
the code into the field.
WID: ICCID:
STEP 11: SELECT PLAN
If you ordered your BURST online or purchased
from a retail store, you will be given the option to
sign up for an ANNUAL Plan or MONTHLY Plan.
ANNUAL PLAN: “Buy 10 months, get 2 Free” plan.
(Best Value)
STANDARD PLAN: Month-to-Month plan with no
contracts. Cancel at any time.

STEP 12: ACTIVATION COMPLETE: CHECK EMAIL
A confirmation email will be sent to the email you used to register your account.
The watch phone number will also be sent in a following email. Once you receive
your phone number, your watch is ready for use. Just turn it on and complete
Step 13.
STEP 13: ESTABLISH FIRST GPS LOCATION
IMPORTANT: After you complete the activation process, take your BURST outside
for 5 minutes so it can get a good GPS “fix” the first time you use it. A best “fix”
occurs when you have an unobstructed view of the sky. Lightly shake the watch.
There is a motion sensor that wakes up the watch and tells it to go to work.

HOW TO USE THE PRECISETRAK APP
MAP SCREEN
This is the first screen you will see after activation.
If you activated more than one watch, just hit on the
Avatar in the upper left corner of the screen to view
all your watches. For a more detailed view of the
watch map, tap the center of the map circle.
ICONS
WATCH LIST: View list of watches as well as ADD a new watch to
your account.
STEP COUNTER: To help keep kids active!
SETTINGS: Change Profile, Password, and Notifications
MANAGE: This takes you to where you will add Family and Friends
numbers that can call to/from the watch, Safe Fences and other
features.

MAP OPTIONS
Notice the red circled icon in the
lower right corner of the screens.
Tap this icon to change the view
of the map. You can view 2D, 3D
or Satellite imagery.
SEND VOICE MEMO
Tap the highlighted icon to go to a screen where
you can send short Voice Messages to the watch.
The CALL button is just to the left of the VOICE
Icon and will place an immediate call from your
phone to the BURST.

SEND VOICE MEMO
Tap the HOLD TO TALK button to record and send
your message. The watch will be notified there is a
message. Your child simply holds down a button to
hear what you have to say. Kids can also respond
to your message here.
MANAGE (FOUND on Main Screen)
Tap MANAGE to add Family and Friends, set a
Safe Fence, and more. Tap the Avatar to add your
child’s picture and other info.

CHANGE PICTURE AND ADD INFO
Nobody wants a boring Avatar representing your
child! Just tap Modify Avatar and add a new and
fun picture. Also fill in the other information. Height
and weight will help the step counter estimate how
many calories were burned that day.
ADD FAMILY AND FRIENDS
The phone number of the user account is the main
Administrator and will be the first number in the
watch phone list. Tap “Add Family Member” to add
more numbers. You can add up to 15 additional
numbers. ONLY NUMBERS ADDED TO THIS
LIST CAN CALL THE WATCH. This will prevent
“strangers” from being able to communicate with
your child.
At the touch of a button on the watch, your child will
be able to scroll through these numbers and call
any one of them.

FENCE LIST
The PreciseTrak App allows you to set up SAFE
ZONE FENCES that will allow you to be alerted
when your child goes where he/she either should
be…or shouldn’t be. Tap FENCE LIST to add
fences around schools, home, etc. You can tell the
app to alert you if your child either exits or enters a
zone.

RETURN POLICY
Returns for full refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase for new, unused
BURST GPS devices returned in unopened or undamaged packaging. Devices that
have been activated and work according to the functionality of the device may not
be returned. Damaged devices may not be returned. Customers are responsible for
shipping costs for returned devices. Devices purchased at retail stores, at
other websites, orfrom other re-sellers must be returned to the store, site orre-seller
where purchased and are subject to their return policies.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
BURST GPS Phone Watch is covered by a 1-year limited warranty on defective
electronic parts. Devices returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced with
like devices of the same color. Devices damaged, torn, or broken by the user are
not covered under warranty. Devices are water resistant, not waterproof.
Submersing BURST into water while swimming or bathing will allow water into the
device and cause it to malfunction. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
Broken and cracked LCD screens are not covered under warranty. Straps, buckles
and latches broken during use are not covered under warranty.
