0I. QUICK START
DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL MOBILE APP
Input “Kiiway in IOS APP store or Google play store or use a smart
phone to scan the QR code below, and install according to the prompt.

3.INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
(1) SIM Card Installation Instruction:
1.1) The SIM card used in the watch is Nano-SIM card only, with GPRS
compatibility and caller ID activation
(Note: This watch only supports 2G network at present.)
1.2) Take out Nano-SIM card:

Keep the sim card chip side upward and the notch direction inward

手表信息界面单击触摸屏 SN 号表示手表编号,可用于绑定
(8). Alarm
8.1) Low power alarm: If an icon appears on screen, indicate the
watch’s battery is in low power, reminding you charge the watch in
time.
8.2) Geo-fence alarm: Watch will send alarm to caregiver when the
watch wearer enters or leaves the electronic fence area set by
caregiver.
8.3)SOS alarm: When the watch wearer encounters emergency, click o
n “SOS icon, watch will send SOS alarm to all caregivers’ mobile APP
and send SMS to caregiver’s mobile
8.4)112call : When the watch wearer encounters critical
emergency, click on “112 icon, watch will call “112 out directly,
also send SOS alarm to all caregivers’ mobile APP and send SMS to
caregiver’s mobile in the same time. The user can abort the call in
anytime by pushing on the lateral function button.
(Note: the caregiver can set the electronic fence area and emergent SOS on APP)

(10). Instruction for Charging
① Connect only compliant universal charger (EPS : European Power
Supply) to the provided charging adaptor to charge as shown in the
figure below.
② When charging, the charging icon on the main interface displays
charging status.
04. ATTENTIONS
1、When installing this watch, be sure to shut down before
inserting or removing the card, or the watch will not work
normally.
2、Please don’t swim or take a shower with the watch as it is not
allowed to be immersed in water, although it is water resistant.
It will be damaged if any water penetrates inside. Damages
arising from watch penetration will be excluded of the warranty
by Kiiway.
3、Please don’t use the watch in high temperature environment
(>50°C).

4、This watch supports small-sized card (Nano SIM card) only, big
card (general card) is not supported.
5、The watch supports GSM(850/900/1800/1900MHz)card only.
6、The charging adaptor attached to the watch is exclusive, and
Kiiway will not be responsible for damages arising from
improper use of adaptor and/or non compliant charger.

05. COMMON TROU LES
1.REGISTER NOTICE
Select country code first and input your own phone Number.
Add or not depending on the local rules, a prefix “0 when register phone number.
2. BINGING CAREGVIER FAILED, MAIN CAREGIVER ALREADY EXISTS.
Solution: this means your watch has been bound by other people.
The main caregiver should unbind it first, then you can bind it.
3. BINDING MAIN CAREGIVER FAILED, TERMINAL DOES NOT EXIST.
Solution: this means the watch can’t connect to internet or is power off. In this situation, you should make sure the SIM card in
the watch is normal. If it still doesn’t work, you need to set the APN of the SIMCARD. Send a SMS: apn,apn’s name, or
apn,apn’sname,username,password.
For example in Belgium:
Name – Dommel mobile
APN - internet.bmbpartner.be
If no username and no password: *leave blank*
Send a SMS to the SIM card in the watch like this: apn,internet.bmbpartner.be (no space)
If there is a user name and psw, please send like this: apn,internet.bmbpartner.be,username,password ( no space)
4: BINGDING VICE CAREGIVER FAILED, CAREGIVER DOES NOT EXIST.
Solution: the vice caregiver should register first, then the main caregiver can add vice caregiver.
If you go to another country, you’d better choose the local SIMCARD for watch otherwise you should always use
international number format and accept some roaming fees.
5. MOBILE DIAL WATCH FAILED, WATCH IS BUSY.
Solution: It may be caused by below 4 conditions, please double check one by one.
1) You don’t open talk function for SIM card inside the watch.
2) You don’t open caller identification for SIM card inside the watch.
3) This phone no. is not caregiver, only main or vice caregiver can call watch, and all caregivers only can call watch from their
own mobile phone.
4) Watch don’t connect network successfully or not open GPRS, have to reset APN.

6. THE SIM CARD HAS NO ENOUGH BALANCE.
Solution: recharge your SIM card to guarantee sufficient balance.
7. DELAY IN VOICE MESSAGE SENDING
Solution: the delay in sending message will occur occasionally due to SMS jams arising from busy GSM network, it is normal. You
may wait for a moment or try again.
8. FAILURE OF UPLOADING A VOICE
Solution: if an icon appears when uploading a voice, it indicates the watch is under a poor GPRS wireless network access
and you need to record and upload again.
9. THE SIM CARD ISN’T PROPERLY INSTALLED
Solution: if the SIM card flashes on watch screen, it indicates the SIM card installed improperly. So please power off the
watch and then remove and reinsert the SIM card.
NOTICE: never hot plug the SIM card, or the SIM card and the watch will be damaged.
10. FAILURE OF CONNECTION TO INTERNET
Solution: if an icon appears on watch screen in first use, please contact the operator to confirm if the SIM card has
enabled its GPRS wireless internet access, or have to set APN.

warranty service is requested.
⑤ Please, see the notes on the warranty card (side B) for details of warranty scope.

DESCRIPTION ON SCOPE OF WARRANTY:
(1) The watch and its accessories without troubles from artificial damage are guaranteed for 2 years respectively since the date
of purchase
(2) The watch will not be guaranteed in either of the following cases, but paid maintenance is available:
① Out of the warranty period;
② Damages caused due to unauthorized disassembly or maintenance by Kiiway;
③ Troubles arising from immersion of watch into water, dropping to the ground or burned PCB;
④ Loss due to improper installation, use, maintenance or storage;
⑤ The serial number or warranty label is torn off or illegible;
⑥ The information on warranty card is inconsistent with the product type or is altered;
⑦ Damages due to force majeure.
