!Sicherheitshinweise - Safety instructions
• Bitte diese Anleitung sorgfältig durchlesen und aufbewahren.
• Die Montage darf nur durch einen Fachmann erfolgen.
• Der Displayständer darf nur mit den dafür vorgesehenen Flachbild-Monitoren, in geschlossenen, geraden, ebenen und trockenen
Räumen verwendet werden. Das Display darf ein Gewicht von 120 kg und die Größe von 86 Zoll nicht überschreiten. Bitte auch
die Anleitung des anzubringenden Displays beachten. Die Schraubensätze müssen mindestens 3-5 Umdrehungen ins Gewinde
des Monitors eingedreht werden (Herstellerangaben beachten!).
• Durch die Geometrie der Plattform bzw. dem Rollständer besteht eine Stolpergefahr vor dem Lift bei der Bedienung und dahinter
bei der Installation und beim Aufstellen.
• Verlegen Sie die Leitungen zum Gerät so, dass sie keine Stolpergefahr darstellen und nicht beschädigt werden können.
• Vor jeglichem Transport des Rollständers müssen sämtliche Kabel zum Displayständer gelöst werden. Fahren Sie vor dem
Bewegen des Displayständers den Lift in die unterste Position. Achten Sie beim Transport darauf, dass der Rollständer nicht kippt
(Verletzungsgefahr!).
• Bei der Variante Rollständer muss nach der Platzierung am Aufstellungsort und vor der Bedienung darauf geachtet werden, dass
die Feststeller der beiden vorderen Lenkrollen fixiert werden um einen sicheren Stand zu gewährleisten.
• Please read these instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
• The mounting must be carried out only by an specialist.
• The display stand is only for indoor use in dry rooms with an even floor and in combination with suitable flat screen monitors.
The weight of the display must not exceed 120 kg and the size of 86 inch. Please pay also attention to the manual instructions of
the display to be mounted. The screws must be inserted into the threading of the monitor with 3-5 turns (follow manufacturer´s
instructions!).
• Due to the geometry of the platform or the mobile stand, there is a risk of tripping in front of the lift during operation and behind
it during installation.
• Guide the cables to the unit in a way that cannot be damaged and that nobody is tripped.
• Before moving the display stand with the castors remove all the connecting cables and make sure that it does not tilt
(danger of injuries!). Move the lift to the lowest position before moving the display stand.
• In case of the mobile stand, the brakes of the two front steering castors must be fixed to be ensure of a safe stand.

2. Zusammenbau - Assembling
Der DisplayLift wird in einzelnen, vormontierten Komponenten (siehe Lieferumfang) geliefert.
Diese bitte in den Schritten wie unten dargestellt und beschrieben montieren.
The DisplayLift is supplied in separate, pre-assembled components (see scope of delivery).
Please mount them in the steps shown and described below.
2.1. Display vorbereiten / Preparing of display
Im Lieferumfang des Displays enthalten:

• Schrauben zur Montage der VESA-Traversen an das Display
• Screws for mounting the VESA traverses to the display
Legen Sie das Display für die Montage der VESA-Traversen
auf eine saubere und weiche Unterlage und befestigen Sie
diese mit den Befestigungsschrauben (im Lieferferumfang
des Displays enthalten).
Place the display on a clean and soft surface for mounting
the VESA traverses, therefore please use the fixing screws
(in scope of delivery of the display).
2.2.2 Mit Sockel und Bodenplatte / With base plate

!Achtung - Attention:
Bei der Variante Wandmontage ist darauf zu achten, dass die Befestigungsflansche mit Gewindebolzen in die rückseitige Nuten
der Hubsäule geschoben werden bevor der Sockel montiert wird.
With the wall-mounted version, make sure that the mounting flanges with threaded bolts are pushed into the rear groove
of the lifting column before the base is mounted.

2.4. Positionierung vom DisplayLift am Aufstellungsort für die Wandmontage 2.2.1 mit Sockel
- Mounting Positioning of the DisplayLlft at the installation position for wall mounting 2.2.1 with base
(Art.-Nr./ Ref.No. 4013000000)
1. Die Position der Befestigungsflansche mit Gewindebolzen gemäß Aufstellungsort ermitteln und die Befestigungswinkel
an der Wand montieren.
Determine the position of the mounting flanges with threaded bolts according to the installation location and screw
the mounting brackets on the wall.
2. Gemäß der ermittelten Position die Montagebohrungen der Befestigungswinkel an der Wand anzeichnen und bohren.
Mark and drill the mounting holes of the mounting brackets on the wall according to the determined position.
3. Die Befestigungswinkel an der Wand verschrauben, den DisplayLift einhängen und mit den selbstsichernden Muttern M8
befestigen (im Lieferumfang enthalten).
Da es viele verschiedene Wandmaterialien gibt, sind Schrauben für die Wandbefestigung nicht beigepackt.
Ggf. sollte man sich beim Eisenwarenfachhandel nach geeignetem Befestigungsmaterial erkundigen.
Screw the mounting brackets to the wall, hang in the DisplayLift and fasten with the self-locking nuts M8 (in scope of delivery).
As wall materials vary, screws for fixing to wall are not included. For advice on suitable screw systems, contact your
local specialised dealer.
2.5. Montage des Displays - Display mounting
Das vorbereitete Display auf den Displayträger aufhängen, mit den beiden Sicherungsriegeln (im Lieferumfang enthalten)
sichern und anschließend mit den Schrauben M4x8 fixieren.
Hang the prepared display on the display carrier, secure it with the two safety latches (in scope of delivery) and fix it
with the screws M4x8.

2.6. Montage Bedieneinheit - Mounting of control unit
Schrauben Sie die Bedieneinheit, entweder an den im Displayträger links oder rechts unten
vorgesehen Positionen oder wählen Sie die Position frei mit dem Klettklebeband.
Verlegen Sie das Steuerkabel der Bedieneinheit am Displayträger und verbinden Sie
dies über die Steckverbindung mit der Hubsäule.
Screw the control unit, either to the positions provided at the bottom left or right
of the display support or select the position freely with the Velcro tape.
Lay the control cable of the control unit on the display support and connect it
to the lifting pillar via the plug connection.
2.7. Kabelverlegung - Cable laying
Verlegen Sie das Stromkabel an der Rückseite der Hubsäule mit den Kabelführungsschellen wie im Bild unter Punkt 5 angedeutet.
Achten Sie bei allen drei Varianten bei der Kabelverlegung darauf, dass diese beim Verfahren des DisplayLifts nicht beschädigt
werden können. Verbinden Sie den DisplayLift mit dem Stromnetz. Der Lift ist nun einsatzbereit.
Lay the power cable at the rear of the lifting pillar with the cable guide clamps as shown in the picture at point 5. When laying the
cables for all three variants, make sure that they cannot be damaged during movement of the DisplayLift.
Connect the DisplayLift to the power supply. The lift is now ready for use.
