The 'auto-backup function' is different from the backup you perform yourself.
Please note that files saved with the 'auto-backup function' cannot be checked
from a computer.
Data stored in this unit or on a personal computer cannot be stored for a long
period of time or permanently. Please note that the Company shall not be liable
for any loss of data or profit from loss of data resulting from malfunctions, repairs,

When using the unit, be sure to read the operating instructions carefully and use the unit

product without observing the displayed instructions is described below.

About the main unit

If fluid leaking from the battery gets into your eyes, wash immediately with clean
water and seek medical attention.
About the AC adapter
The supplied AC adaptor and USB cable are for use with this unit only. Do not
use them to charge any device other than this unit. Charging other devices may
result
in excessive
current or voltage, which may cause the batteries of other
devices to leak, rupture, ignite or generate heat
.

About the main unit
If abnormal noises, smoke, heat or unusual smells are noticed, immediately unplug
the
USB
cablefromthe unit andswitchofftheunit.Usingtheunitasitismayresultinfire or
electric shock.
If charging is not completed after the prescribed charging time, stop charging. This
may cause leakage or rupture.
If there are any abnormalities such as liquid leaks, unusual odours or discolouration
during use or charging, disconnect the USB cable from the unit immediately and
switch off the unit. Doing so may cause fire, burns, injury or electric shock.
About the AC adapter
Use the supplied

About radio
Do not use this unit in places where the use of radio waves is prohibited, such as
hospitals. Radio waves from this unit may affect electronic or medical equipment
(e.g. pacemakers).
Contact the respective airline for information on the use of this equipment on board
the aircraft. Many airlines have regulations for the use of electronic equipment.
*Please note that the Company cannot be held responsible for any accidents or
social damage caused by malfunctions of the unit.
Other. Do not carry or store magnetic cards (e.g. cash cards, credit cards, prepaid cards)
together. The magnetism of the unit may render magnetic cards unusable.
Keep away from medical electronic equipment and surrounding electronic
equipment, etc., as they may be affected by magnetism (magnetic force). Magnetic
(magnetic) forces may affect pacemakers, etc.
Do not use in equipment that may be seriously affected by malfunction. In rare

Handling instructions.
Please take care not to place the product under heavy objects in your bag, asexcessive
force may damage the LCD screen or internal circuit boards, causing them to malfunction.
The warranty does not cover the product even if there is no external damage.
If soiled, wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do not use benzine/thinner/alcohol/detergent as it
may alter the exterior and lettering.
The LCD screen used in this unit is made using very advanced technology, but there
may be some dots (dots) that do not light up or light up constantly in some parts of the
screen. Please note that this is not a malfunction.
Do not intentionally subject the LCD screen to strong shocks, such as hard pressing or
tapping, or rub it hard. This may cause scratches or damage.
Do not place near air conditioner vents. Dew condensation caused by sudden
temperature changes may cause internal corrosion and malfunction.
Forced key operations during use may result in unusual behaviour, such as operation
stoppage or loss of data.
About SD cards
Do not touch the terminals directly or apply metal or hard objects to them. There is a
risk of data destruction or loss due to static electricity.
Do not disassemble or modify the unit or subject it to strong shocks.
Avoid using or storing theproduct in areas with high temperatures, high humidity,
condensation,dust, static electricity, electrical noise or strong magnetism.
Do not switch off the device or pull out the SD card from the device while updating or
reading data. Operation may stop, data may be lost or unusual behaviour may occur.
Dispose ofthe waste in accordance with the rules of your local authority.
Do not remove or insert the SD card while reading or writing data. The stored data may
be damaged.
About the main unit
If the liquid inside the battery gets on your skin, rinse it off thoroughly with clean
water immediately. If leakage of liquid occurs, immediately unplug the USB cable
from the unit and switch off the unit.

About the built-in battery
Batteries have a life span. If charging does not restore functionality, the battery has
reached the end of its service life and needs to be replaced and repaired. Continued use
of a deteriorated battery may cause rupture, ignition or heat generation. Note that the
service life depends on the conditions of use.
Do notremove or replace the battery by yourself. Forbattery replacement, contact your dealer
or our Customer Service Department.
The battery is a consumable item. If the battery continues to be used as it is when its
charging performance is degraded, it may suddenly switch off, resulting in failure to write
or read data, loss of memory contents or malfunction.
Charge the battery before use for the first time or if it has not been used for a long time.
If the battery is not used for a long period of time, store it away from high temperatures
and humidity. Also, charge the battery once every 3-5 months to prevent it from
deteriorating.
As a general characteristic, the performance of batteries is reduced at low temperatures.
When using the unit in a low temperature environment, keep the unit cool.

Other notes on radio.
About wireless LANs
The frequency band of the wireless
LAN
used by this unit overlaps with the
premises radio stations and specified low-power radio stations for mobile
identification devices used in medical equipment, industrial and scientific
equipment such as microwave ovens, and factory production lines, which may
cause interference in radio communications due to radio wave interference.
Before using this equipment, check that no premises radio stations for mobile
identification equipment or specified low-power radio stations are in
operationwithin the interference range.
In the unlikely event that radio interference occurs during the use of this
equipment with mobile identification equipment premises radio stations or
specified low-power radio stations, stop using the equipment immediately.
Terms and conditions of use
For connections, frequent connection interruptions, extremely slow
communication speeds and errors may occur if the connection is used around
other wireless devices, around microwave ovens or other devices that emit
radio waves, in areas with many obstructions or in other poor radio wave
conditions.
The unit does not guarantee connection and operation with all wireless LAN devices.
The company is not liable for any data or information leakage that occurs during
data transmission by wireless equipment, except in the case of intentional or
gross negligence on the part of the company.

About Bluetooth
This unit has received construction design certification as radio equipment for the
radio station of a low-power data communication system in accordance with the
Radio Law. Therefore, a radio station licence is not required when using this unit.
This unit uses the
2.4 GHz
frequency band.
Bluetooth is in the same frequency band as 2.4 GHz radios and wireless LAN
devices and may affect other devicesusing the same frequency band.
Before using the unit, check that there are no "other radio stations*" operating
nearby.
In the unlikely event of radio interference between the unit and "other radio
stations*", change the location of use or stop using the unit.
*"Other radio stations" refer to industrial, scientific and medical equipment using the same
2.4 GHz
band as thisunit, as wellasother similar radio stations, mobile identification premises
