1. Brief introduction
The GSM MMS Camera S800 is a new security protection solution
special for home, house and office and other applications. It based on
Wireless GSM Communication network, intergrated MMS and Computer
technology. When any sensor activated, it will Call&Send MMS &SMS to
owners telephone immediately.
Also, the user can set it by PC through USB cables with PC Programmer.
What you need is a SIMCard which supports MMS function.
2.Safety Directions
Safe Startup
Do not use GSM MMS Camera when using GSM equipment
is prohibited or might bring disturbance or danger.
Interference
All wireless equipment might interfere network signals of GSM
MMS Camera and influence its performance.
Avoid Use at Gas Station
Do not use GSM MMS Camera at a gas station. Power off
GSM MMS Camera it near fuels or chemicals.
Power it off near Blasting Places
Please follow relevant restrictive regulations. Avoid using the
device in blasting places.
Reasonable Use
Please install the product at suitable places as described in
the product documentation. Avoid signal screening by

5.1 The advantages of the GSM MMS Camera S800
1) Can send photos(MMS) to cellphones when it activated, and require
photos by user cellphone;
2) Supports Timer: e.g.: fixed time armed or fixed time disarmed, fixed
time capture picture then send to your mobile phones;
3) Supports programmed by PC through USB cable;
4) Alert SMS contents are editable by User;
5) Built in internal mircophone and speaker, you can speak to it or listen
what happening;
6) Internal GSM Anttena, small and portable;
7) Enable to rotate the camera on the Bracket.
5.2 Functions & Features of the GSM MMS Camera
1) Quad_band 850/900/1800/1900MHZ;
2) Can arm or disarm by SMS or remote control;
3) Automaticed send MMS (Photos) to pre-set cellphone when it
triggered;
4) Automaticed send SMS Alert to pre-set cellphone when it triggered;

6) Supports 10 pcs wireless sensors, each sensor can be named by user;

6. Settings
[The S800 can be setup by two way, the first one is by SMS, another is by
PC through USB cable. We suggest setup basic functions by SMS, setup
MMS parameters and other functions by PC through USB Cable.]
Notice:
User Authority Levels
MMS Alarm System users are of three types with different authorities.
Host: The host must input his or her mobile phone number into the MMS Alarm System
(refer to Elementary Use/Start using MMS Alarm System), otherwise the MMS Alarm
System cannot realize automatic alarm. Only one host number is permitted. The host
enjoys all the MMS Alarm System services and must remember the MMS Alarm System
password and mobile phone number.
Family: Family can monitor onsite sounds or acquire onsite images from the MMS Alarm
System. Family’s mobile phone numbers must be added through short message
commands sent from the host’s mobile phone. For operate the equipment, family must
remember SIM card password. Family with the MMS Alarm System password share the
configuration authority with the host.
Guest: To be a guest, only MMS Alarm System password and SIM card number is
required. A guest may send short message commands with the password using any
mobile phone to the MMS Alarm System to acquire onsite MMS images or help or inquire
the MMS Alarm System state.

6.1 Setup the S800 by SMS Commands.
Tips!
1) Please insert one SIMCard into the S800 SIMCard Solt, this SIMCard must support
GPRS and MMS functions.
2) Power on the S800, the SIMCard will register the gsm network, if registered the gsm
network successful, the SVR led will be off. This process will take about 3~10S.
3) Please send SMS Text Message: 000000 (six zero) to the S800 SIMCard to set the
first alarm phone number, this number will be the host number. When the S800
received the command, will return a confirmation to you by SMS.
4) After you reset the system, please send 000000 to the S800 again.
5) After you setup the S800 by SMS, the S800 will return a confirmation to you by SMS.

Examples:
1). Modify the password to 123456. you can send 88000000,123456 to the S800;
2). Set the 13570810254 as the family alarm number, you can send 30013570810254
to the S800;
3). Remove the 13570810254 from the family alarm number, you can send
30113570810254 to the S800.
4). Disable the buzzer when the S800 triggered, you can send 503 to the S800.
5) The format of other commands are similar to the above mentioned examples.
6.2 Setup the S800 by PC through USB Cable.
Tips: All the functions can setup by PC through USB Cable with our PC
Programmer Tool. Also, you can reset the S800 by click the Load default
button in the PC Programmer Tool.
6.21 Install the S800 PC Programmer Tool
1) Insert the CD which attached in the package;
2) Click the S800 MMS Camera Driver program to install it into your pc;
3) Connect the S800 to your PC through USB Cable, please don't insert
SIMCard and don’t switch on it;
4) Run the S800 PC Programmer Tool by double click it in the CD, the

software will popup the below warning windows:
Click Ok button to enter into the interface. Then it will popup the below
warning windows:
Please close the popup windows by the X button.
5) Click “No card mode” button, it will popup a windows, please see below,
please click OK button then switch on the S800.
6) The S800 will connect the PC by USB Cable, you can check the process
information at the right-bottom text label on the software. When it displays
“Reload successfully, connected with pc”, then you can do the next step.
And all parameters will be dump.

7) Now, you can setup the parameters of the S800.
6.22 Setup the Parameters of the S800.
1) Click the “Phone numbers” page, this page set the host phone and the
family alarm numbers. You can double click the item in the listbox, and
fill the phone number in popup box. By another way, u can fill the phone
number in edit box, and then click the “save” button. You can set 1 Host
alarm number and 4 Family alarm numbers.
2) Click on the Emails page, then you can edit the email address, when the
S800 triggered, it will send the alarm informations to these email
box.(Some email proxy not support this function.)

3) Click Basic Params to setup the basic information.
Tips:
a) The PIN Code needn’t fill; country code usually needn’t fill, but you can fill it if
you can’t receive SMS&MMS alarm informations.
b) Night Mode is to setup in night, the IR Led equipped with the camera will
switch on or switch off.
4) Click the “MMS Prams” page, fill mmsc,setup the photo size, etc., and
then click “SAVE” button.

Tips: Your should ask your gsm operator to get the MMSC url, Gateway IP, Port, APN,
Username, Password parameters firstly. For S800, the Port must be 9201,can’t
be 8080 port. please see below:
5) Click all SMS to edit the related sensor name, means when the sensor
triggered, what SMS content you want to receive by SMS. You can setup
0~9 total 10 SMS contents to related Wireless sensors.
6) Click the Urgent Phone page to setup the SOS alarm phone, when the
S800 happens SOS alarm, example: Press the SOS button in the
remote controls, Press any Emergency Button. The system will send
alarm informations to the Urgent Phone by SMS. Other case, will not
send alarm informations to these Urgent phone numbers. You can set
0~3 total 4 Urgent Phone numbers.

7) Click the I-sensors page to setup AC power failure alarm function, sound
alarm functions.
8) Click Timer page to setup the Timer details.
9) Click the Others to add new wireless sensors. Learning new wireless
sensor, remote control to the S800. In the submenu of the Others, click
the Comm tool Button.Then you can see the study and erase button,
click the study button, then activate one wireless sensor or press any
key of the remote control, the system will show the results and make didi
sounds. This is means the wireless sensor added successful.Repeat the
above operation to add the other wireless sensor. If you press
Erase,then all the wireless sensors and remote controls will be removed
from the S800. if you Load defaults, the learned sensors will not be
removed from the S800.
7. Operating Instructions
7.1 Arm or Disarm or Bypass Arm(At House Arm) and Emergency

Alarm by remote controls
Press the button “ ” on the remote control, the Control Unit enters arm
status. Under this status, any sensor triggered, the control unit will alarm.
Press the button “ ” on the remote control, the Control Unit disarms
immediately. Under this status, any sensor triggered, the control unit will not
alarm.
Press the button “ ” or “ ” on the remote control, the Control Unit enters
Silent Armed status. in this status, any sensor triggered, will not make
sounds.
Notice:
No matter in armed or disarmed mode, the AC power failure alarm function if you
enabled in the software, when AC power failure, the S800 will alarm.
Press Emergency button” ” on the remote control or Press any
Emergency button.The Control Unit will enter emergency alarm status.

8. Installation
Before installing the control unit and sensors and sirens, please help to test
the system firstly, including wireless sensor, wired sensor, power supply,
gsm signal, etc.
8.1 Insert SIM into Control Unit
In the right side of the control unit, please install the GSM SIM
card .
8.2 Install the Magnetic door/window sensors
Magnetic door/window sensors signal the Control Unit when the two parts
separate by more than between 1.5 to 3.0cm.
In some circumstances an Infrared beam fence is more appropriate than

magnetic sensors. i.e. veranda, picture window balcony, boundary wall e.t.c.
Wired or wireless glass break sensor can also be used (see below)
For a Scrolling Steel Door, a special Wireless Scroll Steel Door magnetic
sensor, must be used due to interference of the wireless signal caused by
the steel door.
Installation: attach the larger half to the floor and attach (rivet or glue) the
smaller half to the scroll steel door. An alarm is triggered when the halves
are separated by more than three to 5.00 cm.

8.3 Install the wireless PIR Motion Sensor
The PIR sensor will detect a person since human temperature is different to
ambient temperature. When triggered, the PIR will signal the Control Unit.
Apply the detection area illustration below when installing.

8.4 Install other sensors
For smoke, you can use wireless smoke sensor, for gas leakage detection,

8.5 Install the Control Unit
In order to avoid destruction of the Control Unit by intruders, please install it
in a concealed location, convenient to the operator.
If applicable, ensure that an uninterruptible AC power outlet is available
near the Control Unit. First connect accessories to the Control Unit then the
AC adapter.
Desk-top Mode:
1）Unfold the mainframe base and lay it on the desktop flatly; The
photographing visual angle of mainframe camera is a 62°coniform angle;
2）Turn the mainframe body to adjust for a photographing direction and a
horizontal angle
3）Make fine adjustment of camera lens cap to a desired height.

Wall-mounted Mode:
1）Nail two nails on the wall with a horizontal distance of 55mm and vertical
distance of 9mm between two nails. There are mounting holes for wall nails
on the metal sheet of MMS Alarm System mainframe base for mounting the
mainframe on the wall.
2）Turn the flexible base and mainframe body to adjust for a desired
photographing angle.
9. Add Wireless Sensors to the Control Unit
The Wireless sensors in the package box are pre-coded prior to shipping.
Add additional wireless sensors to the control units, please help to see
below:
1) Open the back cover of the Wireless sensor carefully;
2) Locate the IC boards black jumpers, labelled A0-A7 and D0-D3.
3) The A0-A7 , 3X8 PIN connectors,are the Wireless Address bits code
area, and the D0-D3 are 3X4 PIN connectors, are Wireless data bits
