The packing of the pyramid should be done in
the reverse order as described above.
– Remove rest of candles, take off stainless
steel sleeves, angles and palm trees and put
it into the appropriate cardboard boxes.
– Put candles holders into according box.
– Install transport securing device (2 strips of
cardboard between turning platform and
central assembly and 2 strips of soft
cardboard between base plate and turning
platform).
Karton schließen.
Seal the box.

Falls es einmal zu Laufschwierigkeiten kommen
sollte, ist Folgendes zu prüfen:
– Bremsen Fremdkörper oder Verschmutzungen
die Drehscheibe oder das Flügelrad?
– Ist ein Schleifgeräusch hörbar?
– Läuft die Achse frei in der Bohrung der
Plattform, auf der die drei Könige stehen?
– Läuft die Achse frei und es ist kein Schleif-
geräusch hörbar, wird die Ursache am Lager
zu suchen sein.
WHAT TO DO IF PYRAMID IS NOT ROTATING
PROPERLY / REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
If there are rotating problems, the following
should be checked:
– Is foreign material or dirt slowing down the
turning platform or the propeller?
– Can you hear a rubbing noise?
– Does the axis run freely in the bore hole of
the platform on which the three Magi are
standing?
– If the axis runs freely and there is no rubbing
sound to hear, the bearing can be the cause
of the problem.
The bearing at the bottom of the pyramid is
easily accessible if you remove the propeller and
turn the pyramid upside down. Push the wooden
pen which is visible at the bottom of the
pyramid to the outside and take out the wooden
cylinder which the bearing is glued on. Clean the
trough of the bearing and add a drop of mineral
oil (clock oil) into the trough.

Befindet sich die Achse dicht am Innenrand der
Bohrung bzw. ist ein Schleifen erkennbar, ver-
schieben Sie mit leichtem Druck die Königsbau-
gruppe und lassen dabei die Drehscheibe rotie-
ren. Die Pyramide dreht sich wieder normal und
wird wieder abgebremst, wenn Sie den Druck
beenden. Ursache ist ein leichtes Verziehen des
Holzes – ein ganz natürlicher Vorgang. Um die
Pyramidennadel zu zentrieren, entnehmen Sie
wie oben beschrieben das Lager und setzen Sie
es leicht versetzt wieder ein, so dass die Nadel-
spitze in veränderter Position ihren Drehpunkt in
der Mulde findet.
Sollte das Verschieben des Pyramidenlagers
nicht ausreichend sein, kann man die Position
der mittleren Baugruppe mit Hilfe der in der
Deckplatte eingearbeiteten Madenschrauben
verstellen. Lösen sie erst die Torx-Schrauben, mit
denen die mittlere Baugruppe am Außengestell
verschraubt ist. Diese Torx-Schrauben nur eine
halbe Umdrehung lockern. Dann die Maden-
schrauben in der Deckplatte leicht anziehen.
Die Lochbohrung wird sich in der Richtung dann
verschieben. Wenn die Pyramide neu eingestellt
ist, die Torx-Schrauben wieder anziehen.
If the axis is close to the edge of the bore hole
and if there is a rubbing noise audible, move the

a close look at the bearing, you can look into

Das Lager ist vom Boden der Pyramide aus leicht

nach außen schiebt und den Holzzylinder, auf
dem das Lager aufgeklebt ist, heraus nimmt. Die
Lagermulde ist zu reinigen und ein Tröpfchen
Mineralöl (Uhrenöl) in die Mulde zu geben.
