Introduction
For proper operation, it is necessary to
use the entire set of devices - 20 pcs
Preparation of the device:
1. As an attachment to the device in the
package there is a flyer with your unique order
number: keep it to claim your devices on cloud.
2. Using the start.kontakt.io website, create a
customer account and use the order number to
add your devices to the customer panel.
3. Download the mobile app and configure
your Asset Tag 2.
4. Asset Tag 2 is now operational.
5. Long press of the button allows you to turn
off the beacon (only if the configuration allows
it). Activation works in the opposite way.
Asset Tag 2 continuously transmits Bluetooth
signals for tracking purposes and continuously
scans for infrared signals to track your location.
In the event of a malfunction, users should
contact Technical Support for assistance and
replacement of defective and still under
warranty devices.

Application:
- Asset Tag 2 is designed for location tracking -
using iBeacon and Eddystone format via radio
signal. The radio signal is transmitted and
received via the BLE chip (nRF52832)
- Activation takes place by pressing the button
for 5 seconds
- Asset Tag 2 has 2 holes, thanks to which it is
possible to install it with zip ties
Characteristics
The manufacturer and name of the device can
be found on the original packaging in which the
device is delivered.
Device dimensions: 49 mm x 49 mm; 15 mm.
The housing of the device is factory sealed and
cannot be opened.

Asset Tag 2 contains
electronic elements and a
battery (2x model: ER14250)
which should be properly
disposed of. If a beacon needs
to be disposed of, please contact the
manufacturer technical support first.
