suitable cleaning agent such as isopropanol an a lint-free rag.

1/ The warranty is efine in the Price Quotation, Price Agreement,
Contract, or Or er. If the Price Quote, contract, or or er is not issue , the
warranty oes not apply to resources, maintenance, service an cleaning

warranties must be specifie in the Price Quotation, Price Agreement,
Contract, or Or er.
2/ As a basis for the claim, the customer must provi e a vali contract,
invoice, or other proof of payment. Otherwise, the manufacturer reserves
the right to refuse to provi e a warranty, so keep the proof of pro uct
purchase carefully.
3/ If the warranty applies to the efect foun , the customer informs the
seller by e-mail, telephone, or the Sales epartment of the manufacturer
(Lasvit) an passes the require information (project number or light
number, project or light name an escribes the efect).
4/ The Sales Department procee s on the basis of an internal customer
complaint resolution irective.
5/ The manufacturer will analyse the occurrence of a isagreement with the
customer or with the manufacturer after elivery of the non-conforming
pro uct to the manufacturer's premises.
6/ Once the analysis has been ma e, the Sales epartment is han e over
the ecision to accept or reject the complaint with an explanation.
7/ The Sales epartment agrees with the customer for further steps (e.g.
repair or replacement ate, etc. on the basis of customer an manufacturer
possibilities). Unless otherwise agree , the manufacturer is oblige to
remove the efect within 30 ays of the claim ate at the manufacturer's
expense.
8/ The warranty oes not apply to:
- efects cause by the customer
- efects cause by a thir party
- efects cause by regular usage
- efects cause by an installation contrary to the installation manual
- efects cause by inappropriate attachment or pro uct connection
- efects cause by performe in contra iction with the cleaning manual
