Beschreibung
LEUCHTE IM 3-ROHR-SYSTEM
Im Kern das „Lichtrohr“ gesichert vom transparenten oder mattierten
„Schutzrohr“ umhüllt vom „Designrohr“ aus Edelstahl.

Edelstahlrohr aus V2A oder V4A mit Ø68mm
Oberfläche glasperlengestrahlt oder pulverbeschichtet.
Schutzrohr aus transparentem oder mattiertem Polycarbonat oder
Acrylglas oder PVC, Schutzart: IP 65.
Lichtarmatur mit Kompaktleuchtstofflampen:
PLC-E 22W, TC-L 24W, TC-L 36W, TC-L 40W, TC-L 55W, LED
230V/50Hz, weitere Leuchtmittel auf Anfrage
2. Gebrauchshinweis
Die Leuchte wird in komplett zusammengebautem Zustand mit dafür
vorgesehenem Zubehör geliefert. Sie ist zuerst auf etwaige
Transportschäden zu untersuchen und zu prüfen.
Um Fehler zu vermeiden bitten wir Sie, die einzelnen Punkte der
Montageanleitung zu beachten.
ACHTUNG: Vor Wartungsarbeiten oder Leuchtmittelwechsel ist
die Leuchte spannungslos zu schalten!
3. Montage / Elektrischer Netzanschluß
· Schraube M6x12 (Pos. 1) lösen und Rohrkappe abnehmen.
· 2 Schrauben M5x4 (Pos. 2) lösen und Designrohr abziehen.
· 2 Muttern an Gewindestangen (Pos. 3) lösen und PVC- und
Metallunterlegscheibe abnehmen.
· Schutzhülse mit Leuchtenkopf nach oben ziehen.
· Netzleitung durch M20x1,5 Kabelverschraubung einführen.
(Netzleitung kann sowohl ein wie ausgeführt werden – Leuchten
sind bei Ein- und Ausgang zum Durchschleifen geeignet,
max. 2,5mm² Kabelquerschnitt.)
Bei werkseitigem Netzkabel sind die vorangegangenen Punkte
nicht zu beachten!
· Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
4. Leuchtmittelwechsel
· Schraube M6x12 (Pos. 1) lösen und Rohrkappe abnehmen.
· 2 Schrauben M5x4 (Pos. 2) lösen und Designrohr abziehen.
· Untere Konusverschraubungen lösen und Schutzrohr nach oben
wegziehen.
· Leuchtmittel wechseln.
· Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Die Konusverschraubungen müssen mit ca. 3 Nm (handfest, bis
zur Deformierung der Abdichtungen) angezogen werden, um die
Schutzart IP 65 zu gewährleisten!
5. Reparatur und Ersatzteile
· Bei Instandsetzung / Instandhaltung nur Originalteile verwenden.
Bitte geben Sie bei Bestellungen unsere Bestellnummer an!
· Werden nachträglich Änderungen am LECCOR Produkt
vorgenommen, so erlischt die Gewährleistung.
· Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden, die durch
unsachgemäßen Einsatz entstehen.

3-PIPE SYSTEM LIGHT
within the design pipe made of stainless steel, the core of the light is
a light tube, secured by a protection pipe, made of polycarbonate.

2. General instructions
The light is delivered completely put together with the necessary
equipment. First of all you should examine the light for possible
damages caused by transporting. To avoid mistakes please follow the
installation instructions.
CAUTION: before maintainance works or changing of light tube,
the light has to be disconnected from electricity!
3. Mounting /electrical connection
·Loose the screw M6x12 (Pos.1) and take off the top of the light.
·Loose the two screws M5x4 (Pos.2) and take off the design pipe.
·Loose the two nuts on the thread spindles (Pos.3) and take off the
PVC and metall liners.
·Draw out the head of the light together with the adaptor.
·Insert the cable through the M20x1,5 fitting (Cable can be leaded in
and out. Cable can be looped in the lights. Maximum Ø of cable:
2,5mm²)
When factory-network cables are the preceding steps not
observed!
·The remounting of the lights happens the other way round.
4. Change of light tube:
·Loose the screw M6x12 (Pos.1) and take off the top of the light.
·Loose the two screws M5x4 (Pos.2) and take off the design pipe.
·Open the lower seals and take off the protection pipe.
·Change the light tube.
·The remounting of the lights happens the other way round.
The seals have to be fastened with about 3Nm (until the seal
deforms) to secure IP rate 65!
5. Repair and spare parts
·We ask you to use only original equipment for the mounting and the
maintenance of the light. Please indicate our article number.
·If later alterations are made, our guarantee expires.
·The producer does not accept liability for damages that arise from
not proper use.
