MOVEMENT
WATCH CASE
Mechanical, manual-winding, caliber LA 3133. Based on the First Moscow Watch Factory Poljot standard movement,
caliber 3133, created before 1991 (before the Poljot’s manufacturing base shutdown).
31mm movement diameter, 7,4mm thickness, 23 rubies, 21 600 beats per hour, shock protection system, power
reserve up to 42 hours.
Depending on the model, movement is skeletonised, engraved and/or rhodium plated.
Functions: hours, minutes, seconds, date of the month, chronograph with a horizontal clutch.
40mm diameter, 12,6mm thickness, sapphire crystal. Depending on the model, a screw watch back cover is made with
sapphire crystal through which skeletonized, engraved, decorated rear movement bridge is seen or without crystal, but
with a bas-relief (three-dimensional image) of Orion.
Depending on the model, watch case is made of precious metals (white, yellow, rose gold or silver). Alloy type and
fineness of precious metals are specified i n a watch label.
Depending on the model, watch case is partially or completely encrusted with precious stones (diamonds, rubies,
emeralds, sapphires). Features and carat weight are specified in a watch label.

STRAP
BUCKLE
Depending on the model, strap is made of natural calf leather, alligator leather or other rare animals’ leather (python,
ostrich, lizard, toad) or silk.
Depending on the model, buckle is classical or it can be a folded clasp. Buckle/clasp is made of precious metals,
encrusted with precious stones or is made of white, yellow or rose PVD-plated steel in the color of a watch case.

TIME SETTING AND WINDING
DATE SETTING
To set up time pull the crown out to the extreme fixed position 3 (picture 1) and move the watch hands to the present
time; after that push the crown back to position 1.
Watch winding is performed by turning the crown to its original position until the full wind of the mainspring.
To set (or adjust) the date pull the crown to the medium fixed position 2 (picture 1) and turn it until the right date appears
in the dial’s window. For a quick date adjustment set the date and rotate the crown anticlockwise until watch hands
reach «10 hours» position; after that rotate the crown clockwise to set the next date. In every «1-10-1» shifting cycle of
hands there is a change of the date for 1 day. Further change of the date is automatically performed once in 24 hours.
Manual date adjustment is required once in a month only if the number of days in a month is less than 31.
Attention! To ensure the timely switch of the calendar when you are setting time in the afternoon, move the hands 12
hours ahead. After the switch of the date, set the desired time and push the crown back to position 1.

STOPWATCH (CHRONOGRAPH) OPERATION
To ensure accurate operation of the stopwatch, first, you need to wind the watch. Stopwatch is a complex mechanical
device: it is recommended to use it only for the calculation of time intervals.
Start and stop the stopwatch by pressing the top pusher (picture 2). Set the stopwatch to zero position (return of
stopwatch hands to the initial «12 hours» position) by pressing the lower button (picture 2) after you already stopped the
stopwatch by pressing the top pusher (picture 2). For summation of time intervals after every stop repeat its launch and
stop it by pressing the top pusher (picture 2).
Attention! It is strictly recommended not to press the lower pusher (picture 2) during the operation of the stopwatch in a
launch regime. This can lead to the failure of the stopwatch.

NOT RECOMMENDED:
• to use the watch in conditions that may destroy it mechanically – impact loading (falling), vibration (rapid and/or
sharp and/or intermittent motions) etc.
• to use the watch in destructive environmental conditions – extremely high and/or low temperatures (heat, cold),
chemically aggressive environment, dust, dirt, humidity etc. (sauna, beach, shower);
• to use the watch in conditions that may destroy it with static electricity and magnetic fields (mobile phones, tablets,
TV, audio and video systems, microwaves, hairdryers);
• to open the watch case and repair the watch in unauthorized service center;
• to use corrosive and/or flammable liquids for external care (gasoline, alcohol, acetone etc.)

RECOMMENDED:
• to replace gaskets (that protect the watch from water and dust) in an authorized Legenda service center at least
once in two years – impermeability is the most important factor of the watch protection and longevity of the watch
operating period;
• to immediately replace the cracked glass in an authorized Legenda service center - impermeability is the most
important factor of the watch protection and longevity of the watch operating period;
• to perform movement maintenance service in an authorized Legenda Service Center at least once in three years -
compliance with technical regulations of watch movement servicing is the second important factor of the watch
protection and longevity of the watch operating period;
• to replace the battery in an authorized Legenda service center;
• to clean the external surface of the watch with a dry and soft cloth, or with a dry cloth dampened with mild neutral
detergent liquor;
• to wind the watch after removing it from the wrist;
• to wind manual-winding watches with the same frequency (for example, once in 24 hours), at the same time (for
example, in the morning before putting it on); to wind the watch push the crown clockwise not letting it reach the
extreme position;
• to wind automatic watches (in case of day to day use) with the same frequency, once in a week, at the same time
(for example, in the morning before putting it on); to wind the automatic watch rotate the crown clockwise 20-30
times;

• prior to setting (adjusting) the date of the calendar move the hour hand to the lower sector of the dial so that the
hour hand is 100% not in the zone (phase) of date transition, namely from 21:00 to 03:00; otherwise, the probability
of the calendar mechanism failure is very high;
• to take off the watch before sleep;
• to wear the watch with not tightly clasped strap – a little finger should be able to go through between the wrist and
the strap.

In accordance with the law of the Russian Federation on Consumer Rights Protection the seller (manufacturer) is
obliged to provide full information about the goods (products).
The summary of Legenda products is specified in a watch or jewelry label. Detailed information, care recommendations,
terms of guarantee and servicing of Legenda watches are specified in the User Manual.
When selling a Legenda watch the Seller is obliged to fill the watch guarantee card (plastic card) by stating the following
information:
• model of the product (engraved on the watch back cover, specified in the watch and jewelry label);
• LIN number (if applicable);
• date of the purchase;
• Seller’s stamp.
Guarantee is not valid if:
• the watch doesn’t match the model specified in the guarantee watch card;
• the watch doesn’t match the LIN number specified in the guarantee watch card (if applicable);
• date of the purchase is not specified;
• Seller’s stamp is absent.
Guarantee period of Legenda watches is 3 (three) years from the date of the purchase subject to an annual
maintenance service in an authorized Legenda Service Center.
Annual maintenance service meets the requirement if not later than one calendar month after the end of each year from
the date of the watch purchase, the Customer submits the watch to an authorized Legenda Service Center for
maintenance service.

Elimination of defects detected during the guarantee period, the watch replacement or refund is performed in
accordance with the law of the Russian Federation on Consumer Rights Protection.
Legenda guarantee and non-guarantee watch service is carried out by OOO «Manufactura Legenda» at 9 Savvinsky
Bolshoi Lane, Moscow, Russia, 119435.
