Thank you for choosing our Rack cabinet SR1928FV3, SR1942GAC, SR1965GACV2 or SR1980GACV2.
The information contained in this manual will help you assemble the product.
Tools
Assembly
• Wrench and/or Ratch with 1/2” and 7/16” sockets
• Cross screwdriver (preferably an electrician’s screwdriver)
• Adjustable wrench
1.- Use the 7/16" screws to join pieces A and B. For this, lay the pictures on the narrowest part on a
surface as flat as possible. A parts with a ground screw should be facing the same end, tighten the
screws completely.
2.- Screw the wires of the grounding kit with female terminal to the screw in piece A.
3.- Join pieces B, C and D using 1/2” screws. Place the piece D in the area indicated in the circle.
This side corresponds to the back and lower sectino of the cabinet.
4.- Screw the leg levelers on piece E and one of this parts into piece B using 3 1/2” and 2 7/16”
screws for each one.
5.- Use the piece F to to check the assembly at both ends. Once secure, tighten all screws.
6.- Screw the piece at the top using a cross or phillips screw, preferably an electrician’s screw-
driver.
7.- One of the pieces G and H as shown in the diagram. Screw them to the C next to the I piece in
the desired position. Use 4 7/16” screws for each I piece.
8.- Install the J on the K piece.
9.- Install the L pieces in the B pieces and the M pieces in the J and N pieces.
10.- Install the O piece to the N piece. O piece must have an angled cam.
11.- Install the O piece to the P piece. O piece must have a straight cam.
12.- Screw the ground cables with the male terminal on the P piece screws.
13.- Place the J and N pieces on the structure.
Install your device(s) once you finish assembling the cabinet.
