ASSEMBLYAND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: TO AVOID THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, BE SURE TO SHUT OFF POWER
BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING THIS PORTABLE.
Installation Steps：
1. Attach the metal rings (1) to the sockets.
2. Use 12V 10Watt (Maximum) halogen G4 bulb
(bulbs included). Install bulbs (2) into sockets.
3. Attach glass diffusers (3) to sockets by sliding
glass over the sockets .
4. Plug in to wall outlet and turn on with switch.
**Use 12V 10W x 5PCS(MAXIMUM) G4 BULB.
(BULBS INCLUDED) ”ONE EXTRA BULB”
** IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of
electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
** THIS UNIT COMES WITH A PROTECTIVE GLASS SHIELD WHICH PROVIDES ULTRAVIOLET
RADIATION PROTECTION. USER IS CAUTIONED TO REPLACE THESE PROTECTIVE SHIELDS
AFTER EITHER INSTALLATION OR REPLACEMENT OFTUNGSTEN HALOGEN BULB.

1. Turn off/unplug and allow to cool before replacing bulb.
2. Bulb gets HOT quickly! Only contact switch/plug when turning on.
3. Do not touch hot lens, guard, or enclosure.
4. Do not remain in light if skin feels warm.
5. Do not look directly at lit bulb.
6. Keep lamp away from materials that may burn.
7. Use only with 12V/5PCS*10 watt (G4) or smaller bulbs.
8. Do not touch the bulb at any time. Use a soft cloth. Oil from skin may damage bulb.
9. Do not operate the lamp with a missing or damaged guard lamp containment barrier, or UV light filter.

Remarks:
The guard is a portion of the portable lighting unit that prevents inadvertent contact with the lamp. May be
integral with the UV filter or as a portion of enclosure or shade.
Lamp Containment Barrier –lamp containment barrier is a part of a lighting unit that encloses the bulb.
UV Filter –UV filter is a portion of the lighting unit that limits ultraviolet (UV) emissions.
