Instructions
Thank you for purchasing the Little Kiwi Pikler Arch! To ensure your little one is as
safe as possible, please follow the safety tips and assembly instructions below.
Safety Tips
-Do not overload the arch. The arch has been tested for up to 80kg but a maximum of two
children at any time.
-Do not modify the arch or use the arch with missing or damaged components.
-Only use the arch on a hard, non-slip, level surface. Take care to ensure all 4 legs are firmly
planted on the ground.
Care Tips
-Never leave your arch in areas of high moisture, the arch is not suitable for use outside.
-Routinely check to ensure all rungs are secure and do not rotate by hand. If the rung does rotate
and you cannot tighten the screws further, you may glue the rung in in place with a wood glue
such as PVA
Assembly tools required
-Electric Drill/Driver.
-Phillips head driver bit.
-Screwdriver (optional).

Assembly Instructions
Assemble one side of the arch using one leg and all of the dowels, screw each dowel into
place. Ensure screws are fastened firmly and as straight as possible into the dowels.
Assemble all dowels into one leg first before lining up the pockets on the second leg and
driving the screws in.

Further tips:
-Once the triangle is fully assembled, check and make sure the rungs are all firm and
do not rotate. If rungs rotate, tighten the screws on each side of the rung with a
philips head screwdriver. You may hold the screwdriver in position on the screw and
rotate the rung to tighten it, for extra leverage.
