Tip: After a new battery has been
installed, the safety watch will re-activate
once it is within range of the Lively hub.

Installing the battery
•Remove the Lively safety watch and
battery from its packaging.
•Insert the coin battery (standard Li-Ion
battery, CR-2032) into the watch.
•Using a coin, twist the back cover
firmly to close it. This is important to
ensure waterproofing.

Activating the watch
•Make sure the safety watch is near the
Lively hub for activation.
•Make sure you have completed the
online Lively activation process up to
the “Activate system” step.
•Follow the on-screen instructions
to activate the watch.
During this process, you will perform
a test of the help button and receive a
phone call from the Lively Care Team.
If you do not currently have online access
via a computer or tablet, please call the
Lively Care Team at 888-757-0711.
•After you have completed activation
and successfully received a test phone
call, your watch will be ready for use!

Tip: At a minimum, we recommend
testing your help button when you
replace the battery. Just press the
button to test the response of Lively’s
Care Team. Once you receive a
confirmation phone call in response,
let Lively know you’re ok and there’s
no need for assistance.
