The player does not work
The power supply has not been plugged into the
socket properly Plug the power supply into the socket securely
The power switch is not turned on Turn the power switch to ‘ON’
Not available to play
The disc is not placed properly Place the disc in printed surface upward,
The disc is not compatible Use a compatible disc CD / CD-R / CD-RW
The CD door is not closed Close the CD door
No sound
Operation method is incorrect Operate as per the operating instructions
The volume is adjusted to the lowest setting Adjust for greater volume
The sound stops
The disc or the laser lens is dirty Clean the disc or laser lens
The disc is scoring, scufng or curl Change for a good disc
