Umidificatore ad ultrasuoni.
L’umidificatore ad ultrasuoni utilizza delle oscillazioni ad alta frequenza , non percepibili dall’orecchio
umano, per scomporre l’acqua in minuscole particelle, diametro di circa 1 – 5 µm. Il sistema di
ventilazione interno, disperde questa nebbia di particelle nell’aria. Incrementando nell’ambiente
circostante il grado di umidità.

- Incrementa e regola l’umidità relativa dell’aria dell’ambiente nel quale viene collocato.
- Elimina le cariche elettrostatiche.
L’uso di qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico comporta l’osservanza di alcune regole fondamentali:
- All’apertura dell’imballo verificare l’integrità dell’apparecchio, prestando particolare attenzione
all’integrità delle parti plastiche, perché danni alle stesse possono rendere accessibili parti interne
dell’apparecchio sotto tensione. In caso di dubbio contattare il centro di assistenza autorizzato.
- Eventuali imballaggi, polistirolo, sacchetti ecc. vanno adeguatamente smaltiti e tenuti fuori dalla
portata dei bambini.
- Leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima dell’uso ed attenersi alle indicazioni fornite.
- Accertarsi che i dati di targa corrispondano a quelli della rete di distribuzione elettrica.
- E’ sconsigliato l’uso di adattatori semplici o multipli. In caso di utilizzo di una prolunga, svolgere
completamente il cavo.
- Non inserire o disinserire la spina nella presa di alimentazione con le mani bagnate.
- Non tirare il cavo o l’apparecchio stesso per staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.

- Questo dispositivo può essere utilizzato da bambini dagli 8 anni in su e da persone con capacità
fisiche, sensoriali o mentali ridotte, oppure non in possesso dell’esperienza e delle conoscenze
necessarie. Ciò a condizione che le stesse abbiano ricevuto le informazioni necessarie all’utilizzo
sicuro del dispositivo e che siano in grado di comprendere i rischi inerenti, oppure che utilizzi-
no l’apparecchiatura sotto supervisione. Non permettere ai bambini di giocare col dispositivo. Le
operazioni di pulizia e manutenzione possono essere effettuate da bambini unicamente sotto la
supervisione di un adulto.
- Tenere lontano l’apparecchio da fonti di calore.
- Tenere lontano l’apparecchio da apparecchiature elettriche e/o elettroniche.
- Questo apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato da bambini o da persone con ridotte facoltà fisiche,
mentali e sensoriali, nonché da persone che manchino di esperienza o conoscenza dell’utilizzo di
apparecchi elettrici.
- L’apparecchio non è un giocattolo. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
- Nel caso il cavo di alimentazione risulti rotto o usurato, provvedere alla sostituzione presso un
centro assistenza autorizzato.
- In caso di guasto o cattivo funzionamento, spegnere immediatamente l’apparecchio, togliere la
spina e rivolgersi al centro di assistenza.
- Non toccare l’acqua contenuta nel serbatoio, o i componenti dello stesso quando l’apparecchio è
in funzione.
- Non accendere l’apparecchio quando manca acqua nel serbatoio.
- Non bagnare o immergere l’apparecchio nell’acqua.
- L’apparecchio è per uso interno. Non lasciarlo esposto ad agenti atmosferici.
- Questo apparecchio dovrà essere destinato esclusivamente all’uso per il quale è stato concepito.
Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e pericoloso. Il Costruttore non può essere considerato
responsabile per eventuali danni derivati da usi impropri o errati.
- Utilizzare solo acqua fredda (non utilizzare acqua calda). Sono vietati l’aggiunta di essenze, profu-
mi, sostanze medicinali o altro.
- Non togliere il serbatoio dell’acqua prima di aver spento l’apparecchio e tolto la spina dalla presa
di corrente.
- Posizionare l’umidificatore su una superficie piana, solida e impermeabile.
- L’umidificatore deve essere tenuto lontano da tende, tappeti, mobili ed altri oggetti sensibili all’umi-
dità.
- Quando l’apparecchio non viene utilizzato, va scollegato dalla presa di corrente e riposto in luogo
adeguato.
Istruzioni d’uso
Manutenzione
Pulizia
- Tenere l’apparecchio a temperatura ambiente per 30 minuti prima dell’utilizzo.
- Utilizzare l’apparecchio ad una temperatura ambiente compresa tra +5°C e +40°C.
- Rimuovere il serbatoio dell’acqua dall’apparecchio FIG D. Svitare il tappo di riempimento (3) e
riempire il serbatoio con acqua del rubinetto* FIG C (non utilizzare acqua calda). Avvitare il tappo
(3) e riposizionare il serbatoio sull’apparecchio.
- Inserire il cavo di alimentazione (10) nella presa di corrente.
- Ruotare la manopola (5) in senso orario per accendere l’apparecchio FIG A.
- Ruotando ulteriormente la manopola ( 5) si ottiene una regolazione sulla quantità di nebbia in uscita (2)
- L’uscita della nebbia non è immediata, possono passare alcuni secondi, sino a quando la vasca (4)
non si è riempita.
- Per la luce notturna utilizzare il pulsante (6) On / Off
- Quando l’acqua nel serbatoio finisce, la luce (7) da blu diventa rossa. Spegnere l’apparecchio e
togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.
Quando si utilizza l’apparecchio e in modo particolare in luoghi dove l’acqua risulta particolarmente
dura, ovvero che contiene troppo calcio e magnesio, la presenza di queste due sostanze può lasciare
una “patina bianca“ e formare un considerevole strato di calcare sulle pareti del serbatoio e sul
trasduttore, riducendone l’efficienza.
Si raccomanda di adottare le seguenti precauzioni:
- *Utilizzare acqua fredda precedentemente bollita o acqua demineralizzata o distillata.
- Pulire il trasduttore con un panno umido, la vasca ed il serbatoio dell’acqua ad ogni riempimento.
Mantenere i componenti completamente asciutti quando l’apparecchio non è in uso.
Realizzare circa 1L di miscela composta da 50% di acqua e 50% di aceto bianco.
- Svitare il tappo di riempimento (3) e riempire il serbatoio con la miscela ottenuta FIG C.
- Avvitare il tappo (3) e riposizionare il serbatoio sull’apparecchio.
Attendere circa 1 ora. (NON FARE FUNZIONARE ASSOLUTAMENTE L’APPARECCHIO).
- Svuotare sia il serbatoio, sia la base dell’umidificatore.
- Risciacquare abbondantemente con acqua solamente il serbatoio (NON RISCIACQUATE PER
NESSUN MOTIVO LA BASE DELL’UMIDIFICATORE).
- Asciugare con un panno la base dell’umidificatore.
Per un corretto funzionamento dell’apparecchio l’operazione di pulizia dovrebbe essere effettuata
settimanalmente durante il periodo di uso.

Smaltimento: In conformità alla Direttiva 2002/96/CE, il simbolo riportato sull’apparecchia-
tura indica che l’apparecchio da smaltire, è considerato come rifiuto, e deve essere quindi
oggetto di “raccolta separata”. Pertanto, l’utente dovrà conferire (o far conferire) il suddetto
rifiuto ai centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle amministrazioni locali, oppure con-
segnarlo al rivenditore all’atto dell’acquisto di una nuova apparecchiatura di tipo equivalente. La
raccolta differenziata del rifiuto e le successive operazioni di trattamento, recupero e smaltimento,
favoriscono la produzione di apparecchiature con materiali riciclati e limitano gli effetti negativi
sull’ambiente e sulla salute causati da un’eventuale gestione impropria del rifiuto. Lo smaltimento
abusivo del prodotto da parte dell’utente comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative di

Ultrasonic humidifier.
The ultrasound humidifier uses high frequency oscillations that cannot be heard by the human ear
to break the water down into tiny particles with a diameter of approximately 1 – 5 µm. The built-in
fan system propels this mist of particles into the air. This causes an increase in the humidity of the
surrounding environment.

The use of any electrical appliance must respect a few fundamental rules:
- When opening the packaging, make sure the appliance is intact, particularly the plastic parts,
which, if damaged, may expose live internal parts of the appliance. If in doubt, contact an
authorised After Sales Service.
- Packaging materials must be properly disposed of and kept out of children’s reach.
- Read the instructions carefully before use and follow the indications provided.
- Check that the data on the specification plate correspond to those of the electrical supply.
- Use of single or multiple adaptors is not recommended When using an extension lead, make sure
that the cord is completely unwound.
- Do not plug or unplug the recharger base with wet hands.
- Never pull on the lead, or on the appliance, to disconnect the plug from the socket.

- Keep the appliance at room temperature for 30 minutes before using.
- Use the appliance at a room temperature of between +5°C and +40°C.
- Remove the water tank from the unit FIG. D. Unscrew the top-up lid (3) and fill the tank with tap
water* FIG. C (never use hot water). Unscrew the top-up lid (3) and reposition the tank on the
appliance.
- Insert the power supply cord (10) in the power socket.
- Turn the knob (5) clockwise to switch the appliance on FIG A.
- Turn the knob further ( 5) to adjust the amount of mist dispensed (2)
- The mist is not dispensed instantly, it may take a few
seconds to fill the chamber (4).
- Operate the night light using the ON /OFF switch (6).
- When the water in the tank runs out the blue light (7) becomes red. Switch the unit off and pull out
the plug
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children without supervision.
- Keep the unit away from sources of heat.
- Keep the unit away from electric and/or electronic appliances.
- This unit must not be used by children or persons with physical, mental and/or sensory impairment,
and those lacking experience or knowledge of the use of electric appliances.
- The unit is not a toy. Keep out of the reach of children.
- If the power supply cord is broken or worn, contact an authorised service centre for replacement.
- In the event of breakdown or malfunction, switch the appliance off immediately, disconnect from
the power supply and contact your local service centre.
- Do not touch the water in the tank, or components of it whilst the appliance is switched on.
- Never switch the appliance on when the water tank is empty.
- Do not wet the unit or place it in water.
- For indoor use only. Protect it from exposure to atmospheric agents.
- This appliance must be used for its intended use only. Using it for any other purpose is both
improper and dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage deriving
from improper or incorrect use.
- Always use cold water (never hot). Do not add essences, perfumes, medicines or any other
substance.
- Always switch off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before removing the water
tank.
- Position the humidifer on a flat, stable and waterproof surface.
- The humidifier must be kept away from curtains, rugs, furniture or any other moisture-sensitive
objects.
- When not in use, disconnect from the power supply and store in a suitable place.

Cleaning
When using the unit and particularly in places where the water is very hard, i.e. it contains too much
calcium and magnesium, the presence of these two substances may leave a white film and a thick
layer of lime scale may form on the walls of the tank and transducer, thus reducing their efficacy.
Always comply with the following precautions:
- *Use previously boiled cold water or distilled or demineralised water.
- Clean the transducer, chamber and water tank with a damp cloth each time it is topped up.
Keep the components completely dry when the appliance is not in use.
Make up approximately 1L of a 50-50 mixture of water and white vinegar.
- Unscrew the top-up lid (3) and fill the tank FIG. C.
- Screw the top-up lid (3) and reposition the tank on the appliance.
Wait for about 1 hour. (ABSOLULTELY DO NOT OPERATE THE UNIT)
- Empty both the tank and base of the humidifier.
- Rinse the tank well with water (NEVER RINSE THE HUMIDIFIER BASE).
- Dry the base of the humidifier with a cloth.
For correct appliance operation, the cleaning procedure should be performed once a week during
use.

Disposal: In conformity with Directive 2002/96/EC, the symbol shown on the appliance to be
disposed of indicates that this is considered as waste and must therefore undergo «sorted
waste collection». The user will therefore have to take the above waste (or have it taken)
to pre-sorted waste collection centres organised by the local authorities, or else return it to
the dealer at the time of purchasing a new appliance of the same type. The pre-sorted collection
of the waste and subsequent treatment, recovery and disposal operations favour the production
of appliances made from recycled materials and limit negative effects on the environment and on

Ultraschall-Luftbefeuchter.
Der Ultraschall-Luftbefeuchter benutzt Schwingungen mit hoher Frequenz, die vom menschlichen Ohr
nicht wahrgenommen werden, um das Wasser in winzige Teilchen von rund 1 – 5 µm Durchmesser
zu zerlegen. Das interne Lüftungssystem bläst diesen Teilchennebel in die Luft. Dadurch erhöht sich
die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum.

- Erhöht und reguliert die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit im Aufstellungsraum.
- Beseitigt elektrostatische Aufladung.
Bei der Verwendung von Elektrogeräten sind einige wichtige Grundsätze zu beachten:
- Beim Öffnen der Verpackung den einwandfreien Zustand des Geräts kontrollieren, dabei besonders
auf den Zustand der Plastikteile achten, denn wenn diese beschädigt sind, können unter Spannung
stehende Teile des Geräts zugänglich werden. Im Zweifelsfall den autorisierten Kundendienst
befragen.
- Verpackungsteile, Styropor, Beutel usw. müssen vorschriftsmäßig entsorgt und außer Reichweite
von Kindern gehalten werden.
- Vor Benutzung die Anleitungen aufmerksam durchlesen und die Hinweise beachten.
- Sich vergewissern, dass die auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Daten denen des Stromnetzes
entsprechen.
- Von der Verwendung von Einfach- oder Mehrfachadaptern wird abgeraten. Bei Benutzung einer
Verlängerung das Kabel vollständig abwickeln.

- Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber sowie von Personen mit verringerten
physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen
benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes
unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht
mit dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Benutzer- Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne
Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.
- Den Netzstecker nicht mit feuchten Händen ein- oder ausstecken.

- Das Wasser im Behälter und die Komponenten des Behälters nicht berühren, wenn das Gerät in
Betrieb ist.
- Das Gerät nicht einschalten, wenn kein Wasser im Behälter ist.
- Das Gerät nicht nass machen oder in Wasser eintauchen.
- Das Gerät ist für den Gebrauch im Innenbereich bestimmt. Keinen Witterungseinflüssen aussetzen.
- Dieses Gerät darf ausschließlich für den Zweck benutzt werden, für den es entwickelt wurde. Jeder
andere Gebrauch ist als unsachgemäß und gefährlich anzusehen. Der Hersteller übernimmt keine
Haftung für eventuelle Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen oder falschen Gebrauch entstehen.
- Nur kaltes Wasser verwenden (kein Warmwasser benutzen). Die Zugabe von Essenzen, Parfüms,
Medikamenten oder Sonstigem ist verboten.
- Den Wasserbehälter nicht herausnehmen, bevor nicht das Gerät ausgeschaltet und der Stecker
abgezogen ist.
- Den Luftbefeuchter auf einer ebenen, stabilen und wasserdichten Fläche aufstellen.
- DerLuftbefeuchtermussvonVorhängen,Teppichen,Möbelnundanderenfeuchtigkeitsempfindlichen
Gegenständen fern gehalten werden.
- Wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird, muss es vom Stromnetz getrennt und an einem geeigneten Ort
aufbewahrt werden.

Reinigung
- Das Gerät vor Beginn der Benutzung 30 Minuten lang auf Raumtemperatur halten.
- Das Gerät bei einer Raumtemperatur zwischen +5°C und +40°C benutzen.
- Den Wasserbehälter aus dem Gerät nehmen, Abb. D. Den Einfüllstutzen (3) aufdrehen und den
Behälter mit Leitungswasser* befüllen, Abb. C (kein Warmwasser verwenden). Den Stutzen (3)
zudrehen und den Behälter wieder in das Gerät einsetzen.
- Das Netzkabel (10) an die Steckdose anschließen.
- Den Knopf (5) im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, um das Gerät einzuschalten, Abb. A.
- Durch Weiterdrehen des Knopfs ( 5) wird die Menge des austretenden Nebels (2) reguliert.
- Der Nebelaustritt erfolgt nicht sofort, es können einige Sekunden vergehen, bis die Wanne (4)
befüllt ist.
- Für die Nachtbeleuchtung den Knopf (6) benutzen Ein / Aus
- Wenn das Wasser im Behälter zu Ende geht, wechselt die Leuchte (7) von blau auf rot. Das Gerät
ausschalten und den Stecker von der Steckdose abziehen.
Bei der Benutzung des Geräts, besonders an Orten, wo das Wasser sehr hart ist, d.h. zu viel Kalzium
und Magnesium enthält, können diese beiden Substanzen eine “weiße Patina” hinterlassen und eine
erhebliche Kalkschicht an den Wänden des Behälters und auf dem Messfühler bilden, die deren
Wirksamkeit beeinträchtigt.
Es wird empfohlen, folgende Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zu ergreifen:
- *Kaltes, vorher abgekochtes Wasser oder entmineralisiertes oder destilliertes Wasser verwenden.
- Den Messfühler, die Wanne und den Wasserbehälter bei jedem Befüllen mit einem feuchten
Lappen reinigen.
Die Komponenten vollständig trocken halten, wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird.
Eine Mischung von etwa 1 l herstellen, die aus 50% Wasser und 50% weißem Essig besteht.
- Den Einfüllstutzen (3) aufdrehen und den Behälter befüllen, Abb. C.
- Den Stutzen (3) zudrehen und den Behälter wieder in das Gerät einsetzen.
Etwa 1 Stunde warten. (DAS GERÄT IN DIESER ZEIT AUF KEINEN FALL IN BETRIEB NEHMEN)
- Den Behälter und die Basis des Luftbefeuchters leeren.
- Nur den Behälter mit reichlich Wasser ausspülen (AUF KEINEN FALL DIE BASIS DES LUFTBE-
FEUCHTERS AUSSPÜLEN).
- Die Basis des Luftbefeuchters mit einem Tuch trocknen.
Für einen einwandfreien Betrieb des Geräts sollte die Reinigung während der Betriebszeit jede Wo-
che vorgenommen werden.

Entsorgung: In Übereinstimmung mit der Richtlinie 2002/96/EG zeigt das auf dem Gerät
angebrachte Symbol an, dass das zu entsorgende Gerät als Abfall eingestuft wird und somit
der “Mülltrennung” unterliegt. Der Verbraucher muss den genannten Abfall also den von
den Kommunalverwaltungen eingerichteten Sammelstellen zuführen (bzw. zuführen lassen)
oder beim Kauf eines neuen, gleichartigen Geräts dem Händler übergeben. Die Mülltrennung sowie
die weiteren Schritte der Verarbeitung, der Wiederverwertung und der Entsorgung fördern die
Herstellung von Geräten mit Recyclingmaterial und begrenzen die negativen Auswirkungen auf die
Umwelt und die Gesundheit, die durch unsachgemäße Abfallentsorgung verursacht werden können.
Die vorschriftswidrige Entsorgung des Produkts durch den Verbraucher kann die Verhängung von
in den Umsetzungsgesetzen zur Richtlinie 2002/96/EG vorgesehenen Verwaltungsstrafen von Seiten

personale; pertanto, in caso di malfunzionamento, l’apparecchio verrà riparato (in un
tempo congruo). Sono esclusi dalla presente garanzia le batterie e le parti soggette a
naturale usura, i danni derivati da usi impropri, da cadute, dal trasporto, dalla mancata
manutenzione o comunque da cause non attribuibili al fabbricante. Il Fabbricante declina
ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni, diretti od indiretti, a persone, animali e/o cose

PER USUFRUIRE DELLA GARANZIA
In caso di guasto, l’apparecchio adeguatamente pulito e impacchettato, deve essere
inviato tramite spedizione postale e/o portato al Centro di Assistenza Tecnica Autorizzato;
chiamate il Numero Verde 800-236622 per informazioni sul Centro di Assistenza a Voi più
vicino e sulle modalità di spedizione. Allegate inoltre il presente manuale con la garanzia
debitamente compilata e lo scontrino fiscale o fattura d’acquisto (attenzione: l’importo
del prodotto deve essere leggibile, non cancellato); diversamente la garanzia non sarà
ritenuta valida e sarà addebitato l’importo della prestazione e del trasporto. Le spese
postali di spedizione e riconsegna dell’apparecchio sono a carico del Centro di Assistenza
Tecnica Autorizzato o del fabbricante, nel caso di operatività della garanzia. Nel caso in
cui il Centro di Assistenza Tecnica Autorizzato dovesse riscontrare che l’apparecchio è
esente da difetti e/o risulta funzionante, il costo della prestazione e gli altri eventuali costi
