An HD contrast enhancer and color
purity processor (at 30 MHz) are utilized
to generate a faithful reproduction with
accurate and vivid color reproduction.
For reduced flicker and smooth edges
a DDFC (Digital Double Format
Converter) transfers conventional
broadcasts to 480P and then further
converts them to 1080i images.
Furthermore a 10-bit 3D-Y/C high-
definition brightness signal processor
improves data resolution by a factor
4. Along with an intelligent
noise reduction circuit, detection of
the optimum brightness and image
reproduction level at minimal noise
level is continuously calibrated.
The use of an intelligent gamma
and luminance/chrominance transit
correction results in optimum picture
quality, suitable for large screens.
Hear the Sound
The PV6111W is equipped with 3D Q
sound processing with 4 built in speaker
option, delivering a sound field with
natural expansion and greater sense of
depth. A virtual surround mode is
optional with two speakers connected
to a DTV decoder and a DVD player.
The PV6111W provides all of the
functionality via the in/output terminals
to optimize sound processing through
an extensive home entertainment
system.
Personalized Convenience
The PV6111W is equipped with all
discrete IR commands and features a
dual NTSC tuner for PIP and a dual
operational screen for multi program
viewing and search function. Close
Caption allows you to view
conversations, narration and sound
effects as subtitles if available. Extremely
