SUPPLEMENTARY MAINTENANCE TO REPLACE THE WIRING TRAY:
The luminaire Indus is equipped with a replaceable gear tray thanks to a tool free fast hooking system
1.Unhook the closing clips (12) and remove the whole LED wired tray (13).
2.Unfasten the wiring tray (14) by rotating the relevant lock (15).
3.Disconnect the quick release connectors out of the driver.
4.Replace the wiring tray (14), by connecting the drivers’s quick release wires and pay attention to respect the colours and cable polarity.
5.Put back the lock (15) in the initial position in order to secure the wiring tray (14).
6.Place the whole LED wired tray (13), over the side hooks (16) of the base support (10), and close the side clips (12).

Guide for the correct
cable polarity
Pict. 8
1. Adjust the luminaire position according to the type of installation (see Pict.9 or Pict.10) by completely untightening the screws (8)
that secure the pole top adaptor (9) to the base support (10). Once you have set the angle of the pole top adaptor (9), tighten
the screws (8) strongly.
2. See Pict.2: unscrew the central ring nut (1) and disconnect the connector (2).
3. Unscrew the ring nut (3) and insert the power supply cable (4) into the ring nut (5) and into the gasket (7);
loosen the ring nut (5) if necessary.
4. Strip the power supply cable (4) following the indications as per Pict.3, then connect it paying attention to respect the
polarities shown in Pict.4: apply 0.8 Nm
5. Close the connector by tightening the ring nut (3) and the ring nut (5) until they stop. Apply 2.5 Nm.
6. Close the terminal block by connecting the connectors paying attention to respect the position of the reference notch.
7. Tighten the central ring nut (1) fully to ensure the IP rate declared. Apply 1 Nm.
8. Insert the luminaire into the pole and tighten the dowels (11).

A CAUTION: Use only a flexible power supply cable in double insulation sheath (type HAR or suitable for
outdoor use). The outer cable diameter must be between 7 and 13,5mm; if the diameter exceeds 9mm,
remove the gasket (20) see Pict.5. The section of the inner electrical wires must be between 0,5 and 4mmq
(1,5mmq is recommended).
