The unit is suitable only for free and direct intake of
the air to be heated and free discharge of the heated
air to be heated and free discharge of the heated air
into the space in which the air heater is located.
Application:
Due to the risk of the hot heat exchanger pitting, wall-
mounted unit heaters can not be used to heat spaces
containing corrosive vapours (particulary
chlorinated hydrocarbons) which may be taken in by
the heater directly from the space or from the
atmosphere through a connection or open connection.

Dieses Gerät eignet sich ausschließlich zum ungehind-
erten, direkten Ansaugen der zu erwärmenden Luft und
zum freien Ausblasen der erwärmten Luft in den Raum,
in dem der Warmlufterzeuger augestellt ist.
Anwendung:
Für die Beheizung von Räumen, in denen korrosive
Dämpfe (insbesondere chlorierte Kohlen-
wasserstoffe) freigesetzt werden, die vom
Warmlufterzeuger entweder unmittelbar aus dem Raum
selbst oder von außen über einen Anschluß oder eine
offene Verbindung angesaugt werden, können die
Warmlufterzeuger wegen der Korrosionsgefahr für den
Wärmetauscher nicht eingesetzt werden.

Flue gas outlet and air supply:
C32 Flue system.
The maximum length L of the supply and outlet piping
is six metres, included two elbows of 90°
(3xD) in the inlet and two elbows 90° (3xD) in the
outlet.
Each extra 90° (3xD) elbow reduces this length by
2 metres.
When possible don’t use 90° (R=D) elbows.
For most usage, 45° elbows can be used.
Type 104 L-maximum is 1 mtr. including 1 x 2
90° elbows.
Different flueplan on request.
Flue gas outlet and air supply:
C12 Flue system.
It’s allowed to fit the elbow directly on to the unit.
The maximum length L of the supply and outlet piping

outlet.

meisten Fällen ist es ausreichend 45° Bögen zu
verwenden.

und Abgasführung 1 Meter einschl. 1x2 Bogen 90°.
Abweichende Schornsteinführung auf Anfrage.

Room thermostat:
The room thermostat should be mounted ± 1.5 meter
above the floor and not in the hot air stream.

Each unit must be provided with a room thermostat.
If more units are connected on one room thermostat,
be sure that no other electrical supply can reach the
burner control use a relais for seperation electrical
supply.
Any other connection renders the factory guarantee
null and void.
Raumthermostat:
Der Raumthermostat sollte auf einer Höhe von etwa
1.50 m montiert werden und nicht direkt im warmen
Luftstrom.

GSE-O (=R)
Jedes Gerät soll mit seinem eigenen Raumthermostat
versehen sein.
Indem man mehrere Geräte mittels einem Thermostat
schaltet sollte man immer eine oder mehrere
Hilfsrelais verwenden um Fremdspannungen zum
Brennerautomat vorzubeugen.

Check the unit for damage after unpacking.
Check whether the type/model and power supply volt-
age are correct (230 Volt).
General:
The prevailing national and any regional and local reg-
ulations (such as gas company regulstions, building
reglulations, etc.) must be observed for the installati-
on of wall-mouted air heaters.
Take particular note of the latest version of the gas
installation regulations.
Note: Always refer to the latest version of the
regulations!
The air heater must be installed only in an area and
at a location suitable for that purpose.
Minimum required clearances:
Pay particular attention to the clearance for the clean-
ing of burners (see 1.3.3.1 and 1.3.3.2) and the cle-
aning of the flue fan (see 1.3.3.1).
Gas supply and gas connection:
An improved gas shut-off valve must be installed in
the indoor line.
Flue gas outlet and outlet duct / exhaust line
discharge:
Combustion air intake pipes (1) and flue gas outlet
pipes must have as few bends as possible.
In general the resistance must be limited to a minim-
um and the same size must always be kept along the
entire run (see 1.3.6).
The flue system must not be supported by the heater
but must be suspended by the heater but must be
suspended effectively! (see 1.3.3.1 and 1.3.3.2).

Nach dem Auspacken ist das Gerät auf mögliche
Beschädigung zu überpüfen.
Prüfen Sie, ob Modell/Typ und elektrische Spannung
korrekt sind (230 Volt).
Allgemeines:
Bei der Installation von Warmlufterzeugern sind die,
im jeweiligen Land gültigen Gesetze, sowie etwaige
regionale und örtliche Verordnungen (z.B. Vor-
schriften des Gasversorgungsunternehmens,
Landesbauordnungen u.ä.) zu berücksichtigen.
Es wird insbesondere auf die neueste Version der
Gasinstallationsvorschrift verwiesen.
Anmerkung: Es ist immer die neueste Ausgabe der
jeweiligen Vorschriften zu beachten!
Warmlufterzeuger dürfen nur in einem dafür
geeigneten Raum und an einem geeigneten Ort
in Betrieb genommen werden.
Benötigte Mindestabstände:
Die für die Brennerreinigung (siehe 1.3.3.1 und
1.3.3.2) und die Abgasventilatorreinigung (siehe
1.3.3.1) sind zu berücksichtigen.
Gaszuführ und Gasanschluß:
Vor jedem Warmlufterzeuger ist eine zugelassenen
Gasabsperreinrichtung zu installieren.
Verbrennungsluftzuführung und Abgas-
abführung:
Die Zuluft- (1) und Abgasanlagen sollen mit möglichst
wenig Bogen versehen sein. Im allgemeinen ist der
Widerstand auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren und es ist
auf jeden Fall für die gesammte Leitung derselbe
Rohrdurchmesser einzuhalten
(siehe 1.3.6).
Das Abgassystem darf nicht auf den Warmlufter-
zeuger abgestützt werden, sondern ist separat
aufzuhängen! (siehe 1.3.3.1 und 1.3.3.2).
