This smart air pump is powered by a 2,000mAh lithium ion battery to inflate vehicle tyres, bicycle tyres, sports balls and inflatables.
This product is intended for household consumer use only.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Work area safety
● Keep work area clean and well lit.
● Do not operate the pump in explosive atmospheres, such
as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. This
product may create sparks which could ignite dust or
fumes.
● Keep children and bystanders away while operating the
inflator.
● Do not expose the pump to rain or wet conditions. Water
entering the pump will increase the risk of damage.
● Store the pump out of the reach of children and do not
allow persons unfamiliar with the pump or these
instructions to operate the pump.
● Operate the pump in an open area at least 45cm away
from any wall or object that could restrict the flow of fresh
air to the ventilation openings.
Device-specific safety instructions
● This appliance may not be used by children or people
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or a
lack of experience and knowledge. Children must not use
the appliance as a plaything. Cleaning and user
maintenance tasks may not be carried out by children
unless they are supervised.
● Avoid using the pump at temperatures below +5 degrees.
● Never leave the pump unsupervised while it is in use.
● Caution! Operate the pump only for a short time. The
appliance may overheat if operated continuously for longer
than 10 minutes. Switch the appliance off immediately and
allow it to cool down for at least 10 minutes.
● This product does not contain any user servicable parts -
do not disassemble.
● Check the condition of the airline and fixings prior to use;
make sure all connections are secure.
● Only use the accessories supplied with the pump.
● Do not use if there is any sign of damage to the product
or if any switchgear is unoperational.
Lithium-Ion safety instructions
• Only ever recharge the battery using the USB charging cable
supplied.
• If at any time you witness a battery starting to balloon, swell
up, emit smoke or become hot, discontinue the charging
process immediately, disconnect the product and observe it in
a safe place for approximately 15 minutes. Since delayed
chemical reaction can occur, it is best to observe the battery
as a safety precaution; observation should occur in a safe area
outside of any building or vehicle and away from any
combustible material.
• Do not store or charge the battery in extreme temperatures
and keep out of direct sunlight.
• Do not allow the battery to remain discharged for extended
periods.
•Never attempt to use or charge a damaged battery.
•Do not attempt to disassemble the battery.
Risk of injury!
•Do not inflate any objects beyond stated maximum pressure.
They could burst and cause injury and/or material damage.
● Do not use at a pressure greater than 150PSI.
● Never use the appliance for purposes other than the ones for
which it was designed.
● The appliance must always be kept clean, dry and free from
oil or grease.
● Do not use this pump while you are tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
● The use of personal protective equipment such as eye
protection and hearing protection is recommended.
● Keep your hair, clothing & gloves away from moving parts.
Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair could get caught in moving
parts.
● Remain alert at all times! Never use the appliance when you
are distracted or don’t feel well.
● Do not carry or hang the appliance by the air hose.
● Note that the pump and hose can get very hot during
extended operation. This is normal but care should be taken to
avoid injury.
● The appliance will vibrate during operation; this is normal.
● Never obstruct the air intake or outlet during operation.
● Never point the pump towards yourself or others during
operation.
WARNING –do not leave items being inflated unattended
whilst in use. These items could burst and cause injury

•Only ever recharge the battery via a 5VDC USB supply; note that charging via a PC or laptop may extend charge times.
•Connect the type C USB plug into the USB input charging socket.
•Connect the type A plug to a 5V 1A supply.
•The battery charging status can be confirmed when ‘CHG’ is displayed. The battery level indicator shows the charging
status.
•After 10 seconds of no operation during charging the display will automatically turn off.
•The device cannot be used when charging.
•Once all 4 battery indicator lights are permanently illuminated the charge process is complete.
•Fully charge the battery at least once every 3 months to ensure the condition of the battery is maintained.
•Before use, ensure the device is sufficently charged and check the manufacturer’s recommended pressure for the item
you are inflating.
•Ensure the air hose is securely screwed into the pump.
•Select the appropriate adaptor for the item you are inflating and screw into the air chuck.
•Connect the adaptor into the valve of the item you are inflating.
•To turn on the air pump hold the ‘POWER’ button for 3 seconds.
•The current pressure of the item being inflated will be displayed, unit of measure can be changed (psi, bar, kPa, kg/cm2)
by pressing the ‘SET’ button.
•To switch between 5 user modes press the ‘MODE’ button. Each mode is pre set at the below default pressures:

•Press the ‘POWER’ button to start the air pump.
•The air pump will run continuously until the ‘POWER’ button is pressed again.
•To activate the LED light press and hold the ‘SET’ button.
•To turn off the air pump hold the power button for 3 seconds. Note –it will automatically shut down after 3 minutes of
no activity.

•The default pressure will be set according to the chosen user mode setting.
•Note: The display will only show inflation pressures when the pump is connected to a valve.
•Press the ‘SET’ button to select the unit of measure (psi, bar, kPa, kg/cm2).
•Press the “-“ or “+” button to choose the desired value. Holding the “-“ or “+” button will accelerate the numerical
change.
•Connect the adaptor into the valve of the item you are inflating.
•Press the ‘POWER’ button to start the air pump.
•When the item to be inflated has reached the preset value the unit will automatically turn off.
•To stop the pump at any time press the On/Off button again.
•You may notice the actual pressure reading may drop after a couple of seconds, this is normal.
•In automatic shut off mode the air pump will inflate approx 1.5 PSI over the pre set value before it cuts out to compensate
for pressure fluctuations during the inflation process.
•Note: The user mode and pre set pressure value will be saved when the device is turned off and will be automatically
restored when it is next used.
•The air pump can be used as a power bank to charge anything that requires a 5VDC supply, such as phones, tablets and
many other portable devices
•To charge a device insert a USB cable (not included) into the 5V/1.5A USB outlet.
•Connect to your device.
•The charging status can be confirmed when ‘’USB” is displayed.
•If the pressure value is not 0.0 when the device disconnected from a valve the pressure requires calibrating.
•Press the PRESET (+) and PRESET (-) simultaneously for 2 seconds. A change of display denotes the calibration process.
The pressure value should be re-set at 0.0.

There are no servicable parts included in this air pump. Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after
each use. Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt. If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy
water. Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia or water, etc. These solvents may damage the plastic parts. The
machine requires no additional lubrication.
In order to prevent the machine from damage during transport, it is delivered in sturdy packaging. Most of the packaging
materials can be recycled. Take these materials to the appropriate recycling locations. Take your unwanted machines to your
local dealer. Here they will be disposed of in an environmentally safe way.
Discarded electric appliances are recyclable and should not be discarded in the domestic waste! Please actively support us in
conserving resources and protecting the environment by returning this appliance to the collection centres (if available).
