1. 一致性聲明

2. 指定用途

4. 特殊安全說明
操作衝擊式電鑽 (有SB 標示的工具) 時配戴防護

如果工作時使用的切割配件有可能接觸隱藏電線

電池組不可沾水和受潮！
不要使電池組接近火源！
不要使用有故障或變形的電池組！
不要拆開電池組！
不可觸碰觸點或使電池組短路！
損壞的電池組可能會洩漏弱酸性可燃性
液體！
如果電池滲漏出的液體接觸到皮膚，請立即
用大量清水沖洗。如果電池滲漏出的液體接
觸到眼睛，請用清水沖洗並立即就醫！
如果電動工具損壞，請取出其中的電池組。
進行任何調整、更換工具、維護或清潔之前，請
取出工具的電池組。
裝回電池組前，確保電動工具已關閉。
手不可靠近轉動的工具！
只有在電動工具靜止時，才可取出碎片和類似的
金屬。
固定工件，以免滑動或轉動 (例如，使用螺絲鉗
固定)。
LED 燈(12)：不可通過光學儀器直視 LED 光線。
減少灰塵暴露：

按照與運送危害商品有關的法律 (UN 3480 和UN

7. 使用
7.1 電池組、電量和訊號指示燈 圖 B
使用前將電池組充電。
如果性能降低，請將電池組重新充電。
理想的存放溫度介於 10°C 與30°C 之間。

7.7 開啟/關閉、設定速度

開啟、速度：按下觸發開關 (14)。觸發開關按得越
深，旋轉速度越快。
關閉：放開觸發開關 (14)。注意：關閉電動工具時
發出的噪音與設計 (快速停止) 有關，不影響
電動工具的功能和使用壽命。
7.8 自緊式夾頭
圖 G
對於軟刀柄，經過一段短的鑽孔時間後，可能需
要重新鎖緊。
有SB... 標示的工具相關的說明：
1. 打開夾頭後可能聽到咯吱作響的聲音是正常現
象，朝相反方向轉動套筒即可停止聲音。
2. 將工具固定：
朝「緊」的方向轉動套筒，直到克服明顯的機
械阻力為止。
小心！工具尚未固定！繼續轉動套筒 (在轉動時
必須「卡住」)直到轉不動為止 - 直到現在工具
才會牢固地固定。
清潔：垂直握住電動工具，夾頭朝下，並朝「緊」
方向完全轉動套筒，然後朝「鬆」方向完全轉
動。累積的灰塵會從自緊式夾頭落下。

8. 疑難排解
8.1 工具的多功能監控系統
如果電動工具自動關閉，表示工具的電子元
件已經啟動自動防護模式。警告訊號音效 (持
續嗶聲)。嗶聲會在 30 秒或解除觸發開關 (14) 後
停止。
雖然有這項保護功能，但是工具在某些應用
中仍會發生過載而導致損壞。
原因和補救方式：
1. 電池組電力幾乎用盡
圖 A 、 B(電子元件可
防止電池組完全放電，避免無法彌補的損壞)。
如果一個 LED (10) 閃爍，表示電池電力幾乎用
盡。必要時，按下按鈕 (9) 檢查 LED (10) 來查看
電量。如果電池電量幾乎用盡，則必須充電。
2. 工具長時間連續過載將啟動溫度保險裝置。
讓工具或電池降溫。
注意：如果感覺電池組溫度很高，在「AIR
COOLED」充電器中的電池組冷卻較快。
注意：如果以怠速進行操作，工具降溫的速度
會加快。
3. 麥太保安全關閉：工具本身具備關閉功能。如
果突然減速 (例如工具突然卡住或發生回彈)，
工具將關閉。關閉工具的觸發開關 (14)。再
次啟動並繼續像平常一樣作業。嘗試避免工具
卡住。
8.2 注意：
LED 燈(13) 會在特定時間自動熄滅。
9. 配件
務必使用原廠麥太保電池組和麥太保配件。
務必僅使用符合這些使用說明中所列需求和參數
的配件。
牢穩地固定配件。如果工具裝在固定座上運轉：
確實固定工具。失去控制可能造成人員受傷。

10. 維修
只有合格的電工可以修理電動工具！

11. 環保
不可使電池組沾水！
保護環境，不可連同家庭廢棄物丟棄電動工
具和電池組。請依照所在國家的法規，分別
收集和回收廢棄的工具、包材及配件。
在丟棄前，將電動工具的電池組放電。避免觸點
短路 (例如，用膠帶保護)。

8. 문제 해결
8.1 장비 다기능 모니터링 시스템
장비가 자동으로 꺼지면 장비의 전자 장치가 자동
보호 모드를 활성화합니다. 경고 신호가 울립니다
(연속 경고음). 경고음은 최대 30초후또는 트리거 스위
치(14)를놓으면 멈춥니다.
이러한 보호 기능에도 불구하고 특정 사용으로 인
해과부하가 발생할 수있으며 이로 인해 장비가 손
상될 수있습니다.
원인 및해결 방법:
1. 배터리 팩이 거의 비어 있음 그림 A, B (전자 장
치가 적용되어 완전 방전으로 발생하는 배터리 팩
의손상 방지).
LED(10) 하나가 깜박이면 배터리 팩이 거의 방전된
것입니다. 필요한 경우 버튼(9)을눌러 LED 램프
(10)에서 충전량을 확인하십시오. 배터리 팩이 거의
방전된 경우 재충전이 필요합니다.
2. 장비가 장시간 연속해서 과부하 상태로 유지되면
온도 차단 기능이 작동합니다.
장비 또는 배터리 팩이 식을 때까지 그대로 두십시오.
참고: 배터리 팩이 과열을 감지하면 "AIR COOLED"
충전기에서 더신속하게 배터리 팩이 냉각됩니다.
참고: 장비를 공회전 속도로 작동하면 장비가 더빠
르게 식습니다.
3. Metabo 안전 종료:장비가 자체적으로 종료되었습

"live" wire may make exposed metal parts of the
power tool "live" and could give the operator an
electric shock.
Ensure that the spot where you wish to work is free

Protect battery packs from water and
moisture!
Do not expose battery packs to re!
Do not use faulty or deformed battery packs!
Do not open battery packs!
Do not touch or short circuit battery pack contacts!
A slightly acidic, ammable uid may leak
from defective Li-ion battery packs!
If battery uid leaks out and comes into
contact with your skin, rinse immediately
with plenty of water. If battery uid leaks out
and comes into contact with your eyes, wash them
with clean water and seek medical attention
immediately!
If the machine is defective, remove the battery
pack from the machine.
Remove the battery pack from the machine before
making any adjustments, changing tools,
maintaining or cleaning.
Before tting the battery pack, make sure that the
machine is switched o.
Keep hands away from the rotating tool!
Remove chips and similar material only with the
machine at a standstill.
Secure the workpiece to prevent slipping or
rotation (e.g. by securing with screw clamps).
LED lights (13): do not observe the LED radiation
directly with optical instruments.
Reducingdustexposure:
Some of the dust created using this power
tool may contain chemicals known to cause
cancer, allergic reaction, respiratory disease, birth
defects or other reproductive harm. Some of these
substances include: lead (in paint containing lead),
mineral dust (from bricks, concrete etc.), additives
used for wood treatment (chromate, wood
preservatives), some wood types (such as oak or
beech dust), metals, asbestos.
The risk from exposure to such substances will
depend on how long you or people nearby are
exposed to them.
Do not let particles enter the body.
Do the following to reduce exposure to these
substances: ensure good ventilation of the
workplace and wear appropriate protective
equipment, such as respirators able to lter
microscopically small particles.
Observe the relevant guidelines for your material,
sta, application and place of application (e.g.
occupational health and safety regulations,
disposal).
Collect the generated particles at the source, avoid
deposits in the surrounding area.
Use suitable accessories for special work. In this
way, fewer particles enter the environment in an

Use a suitable extraction unit.
Reduce dust exposure with the following measures:
- do not direct the escaping particles and the
exhaust air stream at yourself or nearby persons
or on dust deposits.
- use an extraction unit and/or air puriers.
- ensure good ventilation of the workplace and
keep clean using a vacuum cleaner. Sweeping or
blowing stirs up dust.
- Vacuum or wash the protective clothing. Do not
blow, beat or brush.
Transportofli-ionbatterypacks:
The shipping of li-ion battery pack is subject to
laws related to the carriage of hazardous goods
(UN 3480 and UN 3481). Inform yourself of the
currently valid specications when shipping li-ion
battery packs. If necessary, consult your freight
forwarder. Certied packaging is available from
Metabo.
Only send the battery pack if the housing is intact
and no uid is leaking. Remove the battery pack
from the machine for sending. Prevent the contacts
from short-circuiting (e.g. by protecting them with
adhesive tape).

Cleaning: from time to time, hold the machine

8. Troubleshooting
8.1 Themachine'smultifunctional
monitoring system
If the machine switches o automatically, the
machine electronics have activated automatic
protection mode. A warning signal sounds
(continuous beeping). The beeping stops after a
maximum of 30 seconds or when the trigger switch
(14) is released.
In spite of this protective function, overloading
is still possible with certain applications and
can result in damage to the machine.
Causesandremedies:
1. Battery pack almost empty Fig. A, B
(The electronics protect the battery pack
against damage through total discharge).
If one LED (10) is ashing, the battery pack is
almost at. If necessary, press the button (9)
and check the LED lamps (10) to see the
charge level. If the battery pack is almost at, it
must be recharged.
2. Long continuous overloading of the machine
will activate the temperature cut-out.
Leave the machine or battery pack to cool.
Note: if the battery pack feels very warm, the
pack will cool more quickly in an "AIR
COOLED" charger.
Note: the machine will cool more quickly if you
operate it at idling speed.
3. Metabo Safetyshut-down: The machine has
SHUT DOWN by itself. If the speed suddenly
drops (for example, if the machine suddenly
seizes or kickback occurs), the machine
switches o. Switch o the machine at the
trigger switch (14). Switch it on again and
continue to work as normal.Try to prevent the
machine from seizing.
8.2 Note:
The LED lamp (13) switches o automatically after
a specic time.
9. Accessories
Only use original Metabo battery packs and
Metabo accessories.
Use only accessories that full the requirements
and specications listed in these operating
instructions.
Fit accessories securely. If the machine is operated
in a holder: secure the machine well. Loss of
control can cause personal injury.

with water!
Protect the environment, and do not dispose

disposal. Prevent the contacts from short-circuiting
(e.g. by protecting them with adhesive tape).
