1. This machine should be installed in a vehicable with 12V . Do not install it to trucks or
buses with 24V battery.
2.Do not install this machine in places impeding driver ’s vision or impacting driving.
3.In order to avoid traffic accidents caused by distracting drivers’ attention, drivers are
not allowed to operate this machine or view the screen during driving, please park the
vehicle in safe places.
4. Do not place this machine, vehicle augments or speakers under humid or wet
environment, otherwise, it will cause electric short circuit and then lead to distaser
or other damages.
5.Do not change fuse device on power connector attached to this machine, for
unmatched fuse will lose over-current protection on this machine, which may burn
this machine or even arouse fire disaster.
6.If there’s no sound, no image, or there is water or small impurities leaking into the
machine, or there comes smoke and smell, please stop using this machine, and send it
to the after-sale service center; otherwise, it may cause fire disaster or other accidents.
7. Please adjust the volume to a proper extent during driving, for overloud volume may
interfere drivers’ listening to information outside the vehicle.
Tips
1.When there’s any abnormal phenomenon in this machine during operation, please refer to solutions in “
Troubleshooting Guide” in this instruction, if no solutions could be found, please press the [Reset] button on
the panel with a sharp tip, to reset the machine to factory status.
2. When machine panel and TFT LCD are dirty, please wipe with soft cloth or neutral detergent; while hard cloth
or diluents like alcohol etc. may scratch the panel or make texts disappear.
3. Please do not touch the display with hard materials to avoid damaging the screen
4. This machine is composed of par ts of high precision, please do not dismantle the cover or tune any part by
yourself, please come to nearby professional after-sale ser vice center for repair.
5. Strong impact on the machine shall be avoided, for this will damage mechanical par ts of the machine.
6. When temperature inside the vehicle is too high or too low, please adjust temperature first, and then use this
machine.
7. After using the heater for cold weather, there will be dew (water) inside the player, in this case, do not play the
disc, take it out, and use it after removing the dew from the player. If it could not be played normally after
several hours, please contact the dealer.
8. Discs with irregular shapes could not be inser ted into this machine, otherwise, it will cause machine core failure.
9. Illustrations shownin this instruction are to illustrate how to control in a clearer way, so display interface in these
illustrations may be slightly different from actual interface of this machine, and illustrations of some display
screens may not be realized during actual operation.
10.During operation, when occurs on screen, it indicates that this operation is not supported by this
machine or the current operation is invalid.
11. Please operate this machine according to user manual, and any damage caused by illegal operation is not in
warranty scope.

IV Main Interface Functional Operations
This vehicle multimedia player provides DVD, Radio, Bluetooth, SD, USB , iPod and AUNX
in functions, and related functional operations could be realized via clicking all functional
icons on main interface directly. Under all play modes, click upper right corner of the touch
screen to return to main interface.

2. DVD Play
1:During DVD play, click (5) icon in the center of the touch screen, to pop up <DVD> play button.
2: Click (5) icon in the center of the touch screen again, to close <DVD> play button.
3: If you do not operate <DVD> play button for 10 seconds, system will exit automatically

3. Search Play
1: During disc play, click bottom at up right corner (area A) of the touch screen, to pop up
<Search Play> menu.
2: Click “ ” icon, to close <Search Play> menu.
3: If you do not operate for 10 seconds, system will exit <Search Play> menu automatically,
as shown in the following figure:

Channel Search
Select FM/AM band
Click “ ” button of Radio interface, band will switch between FM1/FM2/FM3/AM.
Semi-auto search radio
Click“ ”button of Radio interface, system will search signals towards high level
frequency automatically, when it finds strong signals of a radio or a good working
station, it will stop searching immediately, or you could click this button again to stop searching.
Click“ ” button of Radio interface, system will search signals towards low level frequency
automatically, when it finds strong signals of a radio or a good working station, it will stop
searching immediately, or you could click this button again to stop searching.
Select preset channel to play
Select the band required , and click the radio preset in Radio interface to play.
Save channel manually
Select the band required, and then search channel, stop at the frequency required,
and select frequency display bar of the radio No. expected to be saved, press it for
3 seconds, this radio will save at the specified position.
Local search mode (LOC)
When local search function LOC is on, only radio stations with sufficient signals and sound
receiving status could be searched, when local search function is enabled, DX icon displayed
on the screen will become LOC.

1. Bluetooth Function User Manual
1:Pairing
After entering Bluetooth status, click “Pairing” icon, open the mobile bluetooth function to
search devices, and then choose " connection" when Bluetooth of this product is searched
(Bluetooth device name of this machine is Milion), connect and input matching password
“5802”, after matching succeeds, Bluetooth icon will display on top of the screen.
Bluetooth connection status icon instruction:
1.When icon flashes, it indicates no Bluetooth device is connected.
2.When icon keeps displaying, it indicates Bluetooth device has been connected.
2: Dial
Method: 1 When pairing succeeds, click keypad and input phone numbers, and then click
“dial” icon to make a call.
Method: 2 When matching succeeds, dial with mobile, Bluetooth interface will pop up
automatically.
3: Answer calls
After matching succeeds, when there’re incoming calls, in any Modes, system will go to
Bluetooth status automatically, click “Answer” icon to answer calls.
4: Ring off
Click “Ring off" icon, to reject incoming calls or end calls.
5: Call switch
Click “Switch” icon in calls, to switch calls back to mobile to continue, click “Switch" icon
again, to switch calls back to machine to continue.
6: Play Bluetooth music (which could only be realized by mobile phones supporting A2DP
protocol)
After Bluetooth matches with mobile successfully, click play button in Bluetooth interface to
play Bluetooth music.
Note: For different brand designs of mobile phones, sometimes it is required to select music to
play via mobile phones, sometimes it is only required to click play button in Bluetooth
interface directly.
! For different Bluetooth modules adopted by mobile phones of different brands and difference
between applications, there may be difference in some functions during actual usage, or even
incompatibility, please forgive.

2、 Touch Screen Calibration
① Click “Touch Screen Calibration” while setting general menu to enter touch screen
calibration interface.
② Calibration method: Align the center of “+” icon with touch pen and hold it, till “+” icon
runs to the next calibration point, repeat the previous action, and calibrate 5 points
according to sequence, and click the touch screen to exit touch screen status, if the
center of “+” icon is not aligned during calibration, it will be recalibrated, and exit touch
screen calibration status after calibration is done.
3、Steering wheel control Setting
Click “Steering wheel control Setting” in the general setting to enter setting interface.

This interface could set button light colors. You have seven LED colors optional or you
can close button light.
XIV Remote Controller Operation
Usage of Remote Controller
User Manual:
◆Remote controller uses CR2025 Li battery.
◆Under normal circumstances, the battery could be used for about 1 year. When the remote could not
operate normally, please replace battery in time.
◆Do not place the remote controller in high temperature or under sunshine directly, otherwise it could
not work normally.
◆During battery installation, do not install the battery in wrong direction (reverse positive + and negative -).
◆Do not take the battery with metal clamp, otherwise it will cause short circuit.
Replace Remote Controller Battery
1. Take out battery
Take the battery out from back of the remote controller according to below figure.
2 Install Battery
Use CR2025 Li battery, and put in the battery according to the following figure (place + and – correctly).
★Note: Please remove insulating plastic layer in battery buckle
of the remote controller the first time you use.
Remote Operation Instructions
1.PWR
Power switch, press this button to power on when the machine is
off, and long press this button to power off when the machine is
on, short press to Mute.
2.EQ
Long press this button to select preset sound effect mode, under
any Mode, press this button to dial or answer.
3.ANGLE/AMS
During playing Discs with angle switch function, press this button
to change view angle.
Under radio mode, long press this button to auto search and save
radio stations.
4.SUB-T/LOC
Under FM mode, press this button to select long/short range radio.
Under DVD mode, press this button to replace subtitle language.
5.PROG/A-B
Under DVD playing mode, press this button to set program play
sequence.
Under DVD/VCD Mode, long press this button to set Repeat
segments.
6.OSD/*
Under other modes, press this button to display time, front/rear
display output mode and current device (DISC/SD/USB).
Under sound play mode, press this button repeatedly to display play information.
Under Bluetooth Mode, press this button to process dial function.
7.GOTO/#
Under DVD mode, press GOTO and cursor key to select title, song name, disc sound, disc subtitle,
angle, title time, chapter time, Repeat, time display, and then press ok to enter options and set;
Under VCD mode, press GOTO and cursor key to select song, full disc time, song time, Repeat, time
display, and then press OK to enter option and set;
Under CD/MP3 mode, press GOTO to select song time “_ _;_ _” or song :_ _:XX”, and then press
0-9 number keys to select required song or time;
Under Bluetooth mode, press # key to process dial function.
8.MENU
Under DVD mode, long press this key to return to root directory of disc menu.
Under radio mode, press this key to shift to main interface.
9. Under sound play mode, select fast forward/fast rewind to play, and page up/down to select songs.
Under radio mode, search frequency, and select programs.
In DVD setting menu, use arrow keys to select file list and set catalogue, press ENTER to confirm.
10.RPT/NAV
Under sound play mode, press this key to Repeat.
Long press to enter or exit navigation mode directly.
11.PTY/LED
Under radio mode, long press this key to enable/disable PTY function.
Short press LED button to select different LED modes.
12.ZOOM/AF
Under radio mode, press this key to enable/disable AF function. During playing DVD/VD VD, press
this key to set image size.
13.SRC
Press this key to shift mode.
14.VOL-/VOL+/SEL
Press + key to increase volume, and press – key to decrease.
When no handbrake wire is connected, short press rather than long press SEL key to view videos
(valid during standby).
15. Eject Discs.
16.LOUD
Long press this key to enable/disable LOUD function.
Under Bluetooth mode, press this key to end calls.

Under radio mode, press number keys (1-6) to select corresponding preset radio stations; long press to
save.
Under sound play mode, press this key to select programs or songs directly.
Under Bluetooth mode, it is a telephone number input key.
18.CLEAR
Clear and key in correct number when a wrong number is input.
19. Press this key to pause and press again to play.
20.TITLE
Under DVD mode, press key to return to title menu.
Under VCD mode, press this key to enable/disable PBC function.
21. Press this key to stop playing
22. BAND/PN
Under radio mode, press this key to switch bands.
Under DVD/VCD mode, press this key to select output mode.

Press this key to enter DVD setting.

Under DVD mode, press this key repeatedly to select audio language.
Under VCD mode, press this key repeatedly to select sound track mode.
Under radio mode, press this key to select stereo or mono sound track.

Long press this key to enable/disable TA function. Under radio mode, press this key to play at random.
XV Notices
1. Machine Use Notices
Do not insert hard objects or other metal materials into the machine.
Do not try to repair. This display screen is composed of multiple precise electronic
components, and any dismantlement may damage it, if there’s any problem, shut down the
power immediately, and inform our company or related dealers.
Keep the display screen away from humidity, dust, steam and smoke etc.
Do not use diluents or other chemical detergents to wipe display surface; use soft cloth to wipe
off dirt on the surface.
Keep the display away from longtime disposure to the sun.
If there’s water or any other impurity penetrating into the machine, cut off power immediately,
and contact our company or related dealers.
During cleaning, please power off first.
Design of this product is for vehicle equipped with 12V negative grounded storage battery
system.
2. Disc Use Notices
Dirty, dusty, scrached or bent Discs may cause misoperation.
Do not put discs on sharp objects, to prevent from being scrached.
When not in use, eject disc.
Do not put discs in the following positions:
1.Places exposed to direct sunshine.
2.Places with dirt, dust and humidity.
3.Places near vhechile heater.
4.Vhechile seats or dashboards.
Do not use discs with a diameter under 12cm (excluding 12cm) or discs of irregular shapes
(heart shape or octagon etc.)
Clean discs: Use wet cloth to wipe disc surface; if there's too much dirt, use soft cloth soaked
with warm polyalcohol to wipe gently. Do not use solutions such as gasoline or diluents etc., to
prevent any damage to disc surface.
3. External Amplifier Setting Notices
Please check whether speaker resistance matches optimal resistance or not before
connection.
Please use speaker wire of high quality, and wire length shall exactly fits.
While connecting signal wire, sound track ports shall correspond, and not misconnection is
allowed.
In order to reduce noise, when there’s any external amplifier connected, tune machine volume
to 1/3 of the max. volume, and tune volume of external amplifier, till sound distortion
(Note: Volume adjustment shall be proper).
During installation, input/output wire shall be kept away from power and vehicle wire,
otherwise, there will be noise.
XVI Troubleshooting
Before sending the machine for repair, refer to the following table with respect to
possible reasons, and adopt corresponding solutions to carry out simple check or
