Please read the user manual before you start and use the MIOTY Premium
Gateway.
Please be aware that only qualified personnel may use the MIOTY Premium
Gateway. It is not suitable for use in places where children may be present.
Product
The MIOTY Premium Gateway is a standard industry PC with the ability to
receive and send MIOTY telegrams.
It has a RJ45 Ethernet and an antenna connector and an external power
supply.

Shipment
The MIOTY Premium Gateway is delivered in a package with transport
protection, with a power supply, a user manual and an antenna guide.
Wall mount brackets and mounting instructions are included on demand. From
an installation height of 2m, they must be used with suitable mounting material
on a suitable support.
For your safety
Only use original power supply units on 235V sockets. If connecting an
antenna, follow the antenna instructions. Do not mount the active transmitter
unit near people, but keep at least 20 cm distance. Only antennas for 868 MHz
with SMA connection and an antenna gain of 0dBd/2.2dBi for bidirectional use
are suitable.

Start up
Front: Antenna, power switch, LED for SSD (red) and operation (green)
Rear: LAN2 (productive), power
1. Connect your LAN to LAN2.
2. Connect your antenna to the antenna interface.
3. Connect the provided power supply to the power interface.
4. If the green LED glows the MIOTY Premium gateway starts.
5. If it does not start automatically, press the power switch.
Open the configuration via either web browser or IZAR@Mobile 2.
Remark: You can use mDNS/ Bonjour to find the configuration
interface.

Default user is: Login “admin”and Password “admin- <M-number>”.
Follow the instructions of the configuration assistant.
