MONTA GENERAL INFORMATION
All MONTA models are Swiss-Made, equipped with a
self-winding mechanical movement which is wound automatically
by wrist movements. Wearing your watch daily will ensure
optimum winding.

MONTA CROWN POSITIONS
& SETTING THE TIME
To manually wind the watch, unscrew the crown counterclockwise
to Position 1. To quick-set the date, transition the crown to Position 2 and
rotate the crown counterclockwise. Avoid setting the date using the
quick set function in Position 2 between the hours of 9pm and 3am.
For A GMT Model, the GMT hand can be advanced by turning the
crown clockwise in Position 2. To set the time, transition the crown to
Position 3 and rotate the crown clockwise. In the time setting position,
the seconds hand stops to ensure the time can be set accurately.
After every adjustment, gently push the crown back in while simultaneously
screwing it down carefully against the case to ensure water resistance.

MONTA BEZEL FUNCTION
The unidirectional rotating bezel on the Oceanking has 60
positions which allows for precise measurement of dive times.
The bidirectional rotating bezel on the Skyquest has 72 positions
which allows for precise measurement of GMT time across all of
the world’s timezones.

You can wash the watch and either the included rubber strap
or metal bracelet with a soft brush and soapy water but make
sure the crown is tightly screwed down.

Please note, the leather straps either purchased separately or
with a watch model are not waterproof.

MONTA WARRANTY
Your MONTA watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty.
The warranty card included must be completed, signed and
dated by MONTA or an Authorized MONTA Retailer at the
time of purchase.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused
by accident or mishandling, or the loss of theft of your watch.
Additionally, any modification of your MONTA watch, including
adding or substituting any non-original parts, voids your warranty.
