1. Inspect the clipper making sure that it is free from hair and dirt.
2. Make sure that the Hair clipper is free of oil between the cutting blade
teeth. Wipe off any excess oil and then turn the unit ON to distribute the oil
and to make sure it is running smoothly. This should be done after each
use.
3. Before cutting, always comb the hair so it is tangle-free and dry.
4. Seat the person whose hair you will be cutting in such a way that their
head is at the height of your chest.
5. Use a towel to cover the neck and shoulders to protect clothing from hair
clippings.
6. Switch the Hair clipper ON by pushing the Power switch upwards.
7. When you finish with the cutting, turn OFF the Hair clipper by pushing the
Power switch downwards.
OPERATING THE HAIR CLIPPER
- Cutting hair requires practice, so it is always better to leave the hair longer
for the first few haircuts until you become used to the length to which each
comb attachment cuts the hair.
- To ensure an even haircut, the flat part of the comb attachment must
constantly remain in contact with the scalp. Slowly move the Hair clipper
against the direction of hair growth.
- Regularly remove hair accumulating in the attachment. Before removing
the hair, turn OFF the Hair clipper.
NOTE: Do not use the clipper in the opposite direction as it may cause cuts.
CUTTING YOUR HAIR
USING THE PRODUCT
THE HAIR CLIPPER IS SUITABLE FOR CUTTING DRY OR LIGHTLY DAMPENED
HAIR OR BEARDS. DO NOT USE IT TO CUT HAIR THAT HAS JUST BEEN WASHED.

- Use the Beard trimmer blade to trim your beard.
- Trim the beard when it is dry without the use of shaving gels or foams.
- The Beard trimming combs allow you to trim your beard to different
lengths.
- When you trim for the first time, start with the longest comb to familiarize
yourself with the product.
- Trim the beard by slowly moving against the growth direction of the
beard, going from the bottom upwards.
- Always trim in the direction of the teeth of the Beard trimming comb,
making sure the flat part of the comb is in full contact with the skin for an
even trimming result.
- The Detail trimmer blade is suited for creating fine details on the
hair/beard.
BEARD TRIMMING
ATTACHING THE BLADE
Insert the bottom part of the blade
into the blade socket and snap the
blade in place.
Place your thumb under the teeth
of the blade and pull it upwards to
remove the blade.
REMOVING THE BLADE
ON

1. Switch OFF the Hair clipper.
2. Remove the attachment comb and the blade from the Hair clipper.
3. Use the cleaning brush to remove the hair clippings from the blade and
comb attachments.
4. Clean the blade with running water.
5. Wipe off any drops of water with a dry cloth.
6. After cleaning the blades, we recommend using a rubber alcohol to disin-
fect them. It keeps all blades hygienically clean and is effective against
bacteria and viruses.
ATTACHING A COMB
Hook the front edge of the comb
to the front teeth of the blade.
Then push the back of the comb
down until it snaps in place.
REMOVING A COMB
Push up the back of the comb until it
clicks o the clipper blade.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

LUBRICATING THE BLADES
We recommend lubricating the blades after each cleaning to protect them
against corrosion. A special lubricating oil was provided with your product
for this purpose.
1. Switch OFF the Hair clipper.
2. After removing and cleaning the blade, apply two to three drops of oil
between the cutting teeth and smear evenly.
3. Wipe off excess oil using a clean, dry cloth.
4. Turn the appliance ON briefly (approx. 10 seconds) to ensure the oil film
is evenly distributed.
NOTE: When all the supplied oil has been used up, use an oil that does not
contain acids. For example, you can use some light machine oil such as
sewing machine oil. Do not use hair oil, grease, or any oil mixed with kero-
sene or any solvent, as the solvent will evaporate and leave the thick oil,
slowing down the blades.
DISPOSAL
The battery contains substances that may pollute the environment and, therefore, must
be disposed of properly. Contact your local town or city officials for battery disposal
information. You can also call 1-800-822-8837 or visit www.call2recycle.org for battery

Your product is designed and manufactured with high-quality materials and components,
