SIM Card
1. Select a SIM card (g.1)
Make sure that the card is micro SIM and has active voice and data services. If the
SIM card PIN is active, it must be deactivated. More information you can nd at the
Web address: www.мykifamily.com/help-and-support.
2. SIM card insertion method (g.2)
Unscrew the screw on the cap with the supplied screwdriver. Carefully open the cover
and insert the SIM card into the slot with the chip upwards, according to the instruc-
tions (note: BEFORE inserting the SIM card, make sure the tracker is off). Close the
cover and screw it. After inserting the SIM card, turn on the tracker (by pressing and
holding for more than 4 seconds the SOS button). The device will detect that it is
turned on by vibration, audible and light signal. Wait up to 1 minute and proceed
registering the tracker in the application Myki™ SPOT.

Device light indication
If you press the SOS button on MyKi™ SPOT once, the same lights up briey with blue
or white light (depending on whether the Device is connected or not).
• Blue light indicates that the Device is not connected. Please check the steps below again:
1. A SIM card is inserted into the Device as shown in Fig. 2
2. The SIM card has the PIN disabled.
3. The SIM card has active mobile data
• The white light indicates that the Device has successfully connected.
• The red light means the device has a low battery.
Charging the battery
Connect the device to the original charger:
А) The device is charging if the LED indicator ashes in green.
B) The device is fully charged when the LED indicator lights up permanently in green.
Note: Full battery charging takes up to 2 hours. It is possible during this time the
device to warm up.
THE MYKI™ SPOT APPLICATION
How do I create a MyKi™ SPOT account?
• Install the MyKi™ SPOT app for Android, iOS and AppGallery.
• Open the app and create an account.
• Select the app language
• Select “Create Account”
• Agree with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions
• Enter your e-mail (user name)
• Enter the password (must contain six or more characters, one uppercase, one low-
ercase, and one special character, such as: @, $, &, etc.).
• Conrm the password.
• Enter your mobile number and go to the next step.
• Scan the barcode from the package.
• Enter the name of the tracker.

• Enter the mobile number of the SIM card inserted into the tracker and go to the next step.
• Select the tracker mode: SOS button, Pet Tracker or Assets tracker.
• Select “Done”.
Can I add and track more than one tracker in my MyKi™ SPOT application?
Yes, if you register them using Settings > Add New Tracker. You can switch between
trackers by using the arrow in the upper-right corner of the application screen or se-
lect Show all devices to display them simultaneously.

Terms of use
This safety instructions leaet is applicable in accordance with the User Manual,
which is part of the Tracker kit. More information can be found on the ocial website
of MyKi™ SPOT at www.mykifamily.com. By purchasing MyKi™ SPOT, you agree to
familiarize yourself with the safety instructions and follow them carefully to ensure
the correct and safe use of the tracker and to exercise your user rights.
Personal data
The use of the Tracker requires registration in the mobile application for which person-
al data of the user (via the device) can be collected including, but not limited to: name,
address, telephone, location, photos, etc., entered by the user in the application, as well
as those to which the user has provided access through the functionalities of the appli-
cation. By activating the device and registering in the app (including pairing the device
with the mobile phone on which the app is installed), the user agrees that his/her per-
sonal data can be collected and processed for the proper functioning of the Tracker.
Allterco Robotics EOOD is not responsible for the collection and processing of per-
sonal data performed by internet and/or telecommunication providers, whose ser-
vices you have subscribed to or whose SIM card is installed in the Tracker, in the pro-
cess of their monitoring provision of services on the Internet or telecommunications.
Further information on the processing of personal data can be found in the MyKi™
SPOT application Privacy Policy, available on its installation and in the user’s account.

Safe use
With its 40 g of weight, MyKi Spot is very light and compact. We recommend that you
use the device on pets weighing 3 kg or more. There is no upper weight limit. Use
the Tracker only as intended. Keep the device away from the ear. The Tracker can
create high-powered sounds. Clean the Tracker with a clean, dry cloth. Do not knock
the Tracker, do not throw, scratch, or drop the Tracker! Тhe device is not shockproof!
Do not place the Tracker directly on the sand (on the beach, in the playground, etc.)!
Do not exert force on the Tracker and its components (including the strap), do not
change or replace them! Do not change the design of the Tracker!
Keep the Tracker away from children under the age of four. In cases of breakage of the
device, collect the pieces to prevent them from swallowing, as they can cause suffoca-
tion or bodily injury. Do not let the children charge the Tracker unattended. The product
has not been tested for allergies. In the case of an allergy to plastic and/or metal, as
well as skin sensitivity, the Tracker should not be used. Do not manipulate the battery!
Improper use of the battery can even lead to an explosion. Do not divulge or repair the
device yourself. In case of need, please take it to an authorized service center.
Operating Temperature range
It is not advisable to use the Tracker at temperatures below 0°C or above 40°C. Ex-
posure to lower or higher temperatures can damage it. For the best battery life, it
is recommended to use in the range [0; 40]°C. Do not expose the Tracker to direct
sunlight for long periods of time; do not heat it, keep the device and its components
away from re!
Interaction with moisture, uids and chemical detergents
Do not use cleaning products or chemicals on the Tracker! Chemical preparations
can damage the device! Please do not allow the Tracker or any of its components
(including its battery) to get wet! Do not swim with it; do not use it underwater! Do
not use the Tracker if it is wet!
The Tracker is IP67 certied. The device withstands immersion up to one meter deep in
freshwater for up to half an hour. The latter applies to a tightly closed lid covering the
SIM card slot. The device is not suitable for use in a swimming pool or seawater. Do not

wet the device intentionally. Water and moisture protection is directly related to water
pressure - a strong jet can compromise the integrity of the device and cause damage.
Water protection is designed to protect the Tracker from accidental wetting. The protec-
tion of the device is not intended to be wetted with other liquids other than fresh water.
Battery / Charge
The device contains a built-in battery with a capacity of 480 mAh, charge on 5V, 0.5-
1.5A. The battery is charged via a USB cable type A, available in the box with which
the Tracker is sold. At the rst use of the device or if the Tracker has not been used
for a long period of time, recharge the battery completely. Do not charge the Tracker
for more than three hours. Always disconnect the charger from the wall socket after
the Tracker is fully charged.
Careful: The Tracker generates heat while it is charging. Do not charge the Tracker if
it is placed on the hand and/or pet!
Careful: In case of a defect do not attempt to remove the battery yourself. Please
contact an authorized service center.
Do not connect defective USB cables and chargers to the device. Use only the sup-
plied charging accessories! Using a faulty or improperly connected USB cable, other
than the one in the Tracker’s kit, can severely damage the device. Do not damage the
integrity of the USB cable. Do not cut, twist, tear, bite, or crush.
SIM Card / Mobile network
The Tracker functions with a micro SIM card (3FF).The SIM card is placed in the Track-
er by the user, according to the instructions (see SIM Card Insertion Method). For the
correct operation of the Tracker, the SIM card that is inserted must have active voice
and data services within the network of a mobile operator or its roaming partners.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by
a replaced, lost, or stolen SIM card.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for any malfunctions relating to the Internet or
telecommunication network or the technical means used by the user.
SAR (Specic Absorption Rate)
Your mobile device (“Tracker”) is a radio receiver. It is designed not to exceed interna-

tional norms and standards for exposure to radio waves. The SAR limit is 2 W/kg, and
the maximum SAR value of the Tracker is below 1.25 W/kg.
Exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy
Your device has cell phone elements, and it contains a transmitter and receiver. When
you are communicating through your device, the call processing system controls the
power level on which the Tracker transmits.
Operation
You should always turn the Tracker off in places where mobile phone use is forbid-
den, or the use of devices in airplane mode is required. You can do this through set-
tings > turn off Tracker from the app or by pressing and holding for three seconds on
the SOS button (having previously removed the SIM card and waited for a blue light
to light up). Keep the Tracker away from pacemakers and other medical devices.
Avoid contact with Magnets.
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
Do not touch the metal parts of the Tracker, especially the connectors and SIM card.

[e-mail]. Update the application regularly when new versions appear.
Warranty and validity of the warranty
Concerning the Tracker MyKi™ SPOT, a legal guarantee valid throughout the European
Union is applied. The guarantee shall be applied in accordance with the applicable
consumer protection legislation.

Warranty Claim
Warranty claims may be rejected in the following cases:
• When the tracker is given for software diagnostics/upgrade or hardware diagnostics/
upgrade, to repair at an unauthorized service center or from an unauthorized person;
• In cases of defects of the Tracker or any of its components, including strap, caused
by improper use, transport, installation, operation and/or storage (overload, mechani-
cal damage, shock, the exercise of force, Impact of temperature, moisture and liquids
(see section Interaction with moisture, uids, and chemical detergents), dust, food,
beverages, objects, plants, animals, insects, toxic substances and/or other factors
beyond the permissible limits), the use of Product not intended or otherwise de-
scribed in this user manual and safety guide.
• Damage caused by shocks, thunder, oods, res, force majeure, working with
non-standard power supply or other external inuences outside the control of the
manufacturer, Importer or Merchant:
• In case of use with defective or non-original chargers, cables, batteries, data media,
including SIM cards;
• In case of attempted replacement or manipulation of the software;
• If there is a discrepancy between the data in the purchase documents and the prod-
uct and in case of suspicion of forgery of a document;
• In case of malfunction/technical incompatibility on the Internet or mobile network
or the devices with which the Tracker is connected;
Producer Responsibility
Manufacturer is not liable for any damages caused by the device, due to or in connec-
tion with usage of the device not intended or noncompliant with the safety and use
instructions in this manual, and the general Terms of use of the MyKi™ SPOT mobile
app, available when installed in the user’s account.
User Rights
The user who has purchased MyKi™ SPOT may exercise his right to withdraw from the
purchase contract, return, replace and/or repair the Tracker and receive a refund in ac-
cordance with EU law. To exercise these rights, please contact the merchant from whom

you purchased the Tracker. Any claim regarding the conformity of the product with the
terms of the purchase agreement (in place or through distant communication) should be
directed to the trader from whom the product was purchased.
Environmental protection
• The separate collection designation depicting a crossed-out container on
wheels, as shown in the picture, indicates that the product and its accesso-
ries must not be disposed of with other municipal waste but in containers
designated for separate collection.
• Proper collection and recycling helps to ensure that discarded electronic appli-
ances are recycled in a way that preserves valuable materials and protects human
health and nature.
• Improper handling, accidental breakage and/or inappropriate recycling after com-
pletion of operation may have a detrimental effect on health and the environment.

The device has 2 (two) years of legal warranty starting from the date of purchase.
Please keep this leaet, part of the package. To exercise the rights under the legal
guarantee, you must present it together with an original invoice and/or receipt cer-
tifying the purchase date of the device. The provision of the legal guarantee is the
responsibility of the trader from whom the device was purchased. All claims relat-
ed to the application of the legal guarantee must be directed to the merchant from
which the device was purchased. Warranty and post-warranty service of the device is
performed only by Allterco Robotics EOOD or by authorized repairers of its partners.
