Warranty Claim
Warranty claims may be rejected in the following cases:
• When the tracker is given for software diagnostics/upgrade or hardware diagnostics/
upgrade, to repair at an unauthorized service center or from an unauthorized person;
• In cases of defects of the Tracker or any of its components, including strap, caused
by improper use, transport, installation, operation and/or storage (overload, mechani-
cal damage, shock, the exercise of force, Impact of temperature, moisture and liquids
(see section Interaction with moisture, uids, and chemical detergents), dust, food,
beverages, objects, plants, animals, insects, toxic substances and/or other factors
beyond the permissible limits), the use of Product not intended or otherwise de-
scribed in this user manual and safety guide.
• Damage caused by shocks, thunder, oods, res, force majeure, working with
non-standard power supply or other external inuences outside the control of the
manufacturer, Importer or Merchant:
• In case of use with defective or non-original chargers, cables, batteries, data media,
including SIM cards;
• In case of attempted replacement or manipulation of the software;
• If there is a discrepancy between the data in the purchase documents and the prod-
uct and in case of suspicion of forgery of a document;
• In case of malfunction/technical incompatibility on the Internet or mobile network
or the devices with which the Tracker is connected;
Producer Responsibility
Manufacturer is not liable for any damages caused by the device, due to or in connec-
tion with usage of the device not intended or noncompliant with the safety and use
instructions in this manual, and the general Terms of use of the MyKi™ SPOT mobile
app, available when installed in the user’s account.
User Rights
The user who has purchased MyKi™ SPOT may exercise his right to withdraw from the
purchase contract, return, replace and/or repair the Tracker and receive a refund in ac-
