. Safety Precautions
CAUTION
This unit dispenses water at temperatures that can
cause severe burns; avoid direct contact with hot
water. Keep children and pets away from unit while
dispensin. Never allow children to dispense hot
water without full supervision.
• For indoor use only.
• For use in USA and Canadian markets
only (110V).
• Unit must be installed on a level/flat surface.
• Keep unit in dry place away from direct sunliht.
• Do not place unit in an enclosed space
or cabinet.
• The unit must be at least 4 inches from any wall.
• The unit must be connected to a rounded wall
outlet at all times. Use of an extension cord does
not comply and will void warranty.
• Do not lean the cooler more than 45 derees
durin handlin. If the cooler is temporarily laid
on its side, allow it to stand upriht for 24 hours
before powerin on.
• To protect from shock, do not submerse cord,
plu or any part of the machine in water.
• Never allow children to dispense hot water
without proper and direct supervision. Unplu
unit to prevent unsupervised use by children.
To reduce risk of user injury or damae to the
equipment, the user must read this manual in full
prior to installation. Failure to follow the instructions
in this manual may result in injury.

3.0 Setup & Installation
. AquaEase™ Water Cartride Installation
. Dispenser Placement
1. Press lid release buttons on either side of the lid,
and open the lid.
Find a shaded location for the unit, and place it on a flat surface within 6ft of
a power outlet, at a minimum of 4 inches from any wall.
2. Press and lift tab to release ray bracket
at front of unit.
Install the cup stand by insertin the clips into
the dispensin area wall.
4. Once all components are in place, push firmly
on the handle to fully seal, and press foam rin
down into place, securin the openin of the
cold reservoir.
5. Press down and click the ray bracket closed,
then close the lid.
3. Remove the upper cartride from the packain.
Holdin the handle of the upper water cartride:
AFeed upper cartride tube down the small,
round cavity near the front of the unit
BAlin the dispensin tube to the front
CGently lower the reservoir bottle into the
lare, round openin
DAlin the handle inlet to the steam chamber

3. Remove red hyiene cap from upper cartride
tube, and discard. Ensure side tabs are alined
with the slots of the lower cartride cap.
Push down to lock into place. The upper
cartride tube and red air connector will be
found inside the cabinet.
4. Attach red air connector to inlet on cap.
The connection should be tiht and secure.
5. Slide bottle inside cabinet, ensurin no tubes are
pinched or kinked. Close cabinet door.

2. Put on supplied loves and remove lower
cartride from packain. Lower dip tube into
new, full bottle and secure cap onto bottle
openin. Press down on clampin lever to lock.
1. Place cup on cup stand. Lift red safety lever,
and simultaneously press and hold the
hot & cold levers for one second, then release.
Primin has started when you see flashin
dispensin liht. After two minutes, the liht will
stop flashin and dispenser is ready for use.

1. Before powerin on the unit, ensure the hot
water switch is in the OFF position.
2. Plu the unit into a rounded wall outlet. Do not
use an extension cord.
IMPORTANT: The unit must be primed before
activatin the hot water.
1. Turn on the hot water switch located inside
the cabinet.

1. Remove entire cap by holdin tab firmly, peelin
halfway around bottle neck and pullin upwards.

6. Attach red air connector to inlet on cap.

7. Slide bottle inside cabinet, ensurin no tubes are
pinched or kinked. Close cabinet door.
8. Place cup on cup stand. Lift red safety lever,
and simultaneously press and hold the
hot & cold levers for one second, then release.
Primin has started when you see flashin
dispensin liht. After two minutes, the liht will
stop flashin and dispenser is ready for use.
1. The solid red liht will indicate the bottle is
nearly empty.
2. Brin in a new, full 5-allon bottle of water over
to your dispenser. Remove entire cap by holdin
tab firmly, peelin halfway around bottle neck
and pullin upwards.
3. Remove empty bottle from cabinet and
disconnect red air connector by pullin upwards.
4. Lift up clampin lever to unlock, release cap,
and pull the lower cartride upwards. Let water
drain from tube, then remove from bottle.
5. Lower dip tube into new, full bottle and secure
cap onto bottle openin. Press down on
clampin lever to lock.

5. Lift up clampin lever to unlock, release cap,
and pull the lower cartride upwards.
Let water drain from tube, then remove from
bottle and discard.
6. Press lid release buttons on either side of the lid,
and open the lid.
7. Press and lift tab to release ray bracket
at front of unit.
8. Holdin handle of water cartride, slowly pull
upwards to remove reservoir bottle, tubes and all
connections. Keep reservoir bottle upriht.
. AquaEase™ Water Cartride Chane
By replacin your AquaEase™ Water Cartride every three months (the red indicator liht will flash when
it’s time), you’ll be swappin out all internal cold-water contact parts to ensure a clean dispensin source.
Before installin the new cartride, recycle the empty reservoir bottle and discard the remainin used water
cartride parts.

1. The flashin red liht will indicate that the
AquaEase water cartride is ready to be
replaced.
Because a new bottle of water is required at this
time, wait until the flashin liht turns to a solid
liht, indicatin that the bottle is empty.
2. Remove empty bottle from cabinet and
disconnect red air connector by pullin upwards.
3. Open your new AquaEase box and locate
the spare, red hyiene cap and have it handy.
4. Disconnect tube from cap by squeezin tabs
and pullin upwards, then place hyiene cap
onto end of tube to ensure no water drips.
9. Remove foam rin. Then, expand and remove
C-shaped bracket from the neck. Separate
bottle from upper cartride (this water can be
consumed). Place empty reservoir bottle in
recyclin bin, and discard remainin parts.

15. Remove red hyiene cap from upper cartride
tube, and discard. Ensure side tabs are alined
with the slots. Push down to lock into place.
16. Attach red air connector to inlet on cap.
The connection should be tiht and secure.
17. Slide bottle inside cabinet, ensurin no tubes are
pinched or kinked. Close cabinet door. To prime,
see step 3.5.
14. Put on supplied loves and remove lower
cartride from packain. Lower dip tube into
new, full bottle and secure cap onto bottle
openin. Press down on clampin lever to lock.

then close the lid.

5.0 Troubleshootin
. Water Is Leakin
. Ensure that the cup stand is dry. If not,
remove tray and drain residual water.
. Ensure ray bracket is closed fully and secured
in place. (See section 3.2, step 5)
. Ensure upper cartride and foam rin
are properly alined and fully sealed.
(See section 3.2, step 4)
. Ensure the upper to lower cartride connector
is assembled correctly and fully seated.
(See section 3.3, step 3)
. Ensure that the rubber dispense tubes are sittin
properly inside the nozzle and bein pinched by
the ray bracket. If any debris is observed, wipe
the area with a clean cloth to remove.
. If the AquaEase™ cartride was recently
chaned, water may have spilled durin handlin
of the old cartride. Condensation from the
cold reservoir may also accumulate durin the
chane. Monitor the cooler for hours to see if
the leak stops.
. If the issue cannot be identified, unplu unit,
remove water bottle and call customer support
for assistance.
. No Water Is Dispensin/
Poor Flow Rate
. Ensure there is water in the water bottle.
If not, replace. (See section 4.1)
. Ensure the unit has power.
(See section 3.4, step 2)
. If dispensin hot water, ensure child safety lever
on the hot dispenser is lifted to disenae.
. Cold Water Is Not Cold
. It takes up to one hour after setup to chill
the water.
. Ensure the unit has power.
. Ensure the unit is at least inches from
any wall.
. If more than . liters ( fl. ounces) of cold
water was consecutively dispensed, the majority
of the cold reservoir was depleted. Allow the
dispenser minutes of non-use to fully chill
the water.
. If dispenser was recently tilted more than
derees, unplu dispenser for hours
before powerin on.
. Hot Water Is Not Hot
. It takes up to minutes after setup to heat
the water.
. Ensure the unit has power.
. Ensure the hot tank switch is turned on.
(See section 3.6)
. If more than liter ( fl. ounces) of hot water
was consecutively dispensed, the majority of the
hot reservoir was depleted. Allow the dispenser
minutes of non-use to fully heat the water.
. Dispenser Is Noisy
. Ensure the unit is level and not on an
uneven surface.
. Ensure that the front door and top lid are
properly closed. Partial closures may produce
rattlin noises.
. Ensure the lower cartride is fully seated
and sealed. (See section 4.1, step 5)
. Ensure the clampin lever is locked in the
down position. (See section 4.1, step 5)
. Ensure the air connector is tihtly connected.
(See section 4.1, step 6)
. While dispensin, ensure the lever is pressed
all the way down to enae the air pump and
dispense LED liht. The air pump must turn
on with every dispense to maintain system
pressure and dispense water.
. Ensure the dispenser was primed after
the bottle and AquaEase™ water cartride were
installed. If the dispenser was depressurized
for any reason, it will need to be re-primed.

. Dispense Flow
Is Choppy Or Contains Air
. After a bottle chane or AquaEase™ water
cartride chane, air bubbles may be present in
the first few dispenses. This is normal.
. Ensure the upper to lower cartride connector
is assembled correctly and fully seated.
(See section 3.3, step 3)
. Ensure upper cartride is properly alined
and fully sealed. (See section 3.2, step 3)
. Ensure that the rubber dispense tubes are sittin
properly inside the nozzle and bein pinched by
the ray bracket. If any debris is observed, wipe
the area with a clean cloth to remove.
. If the dispense stream still contains air after
several cups are dispensed, the AquaEase™
water cartride may be damaed. Call customer
support for assistance.
. Ensure that the plastic cups are properly
positioned inside the cup dispenser
(if applicable).
. Durin primin, the dispense LED will flash
and the air pump will run continuously for
minutes. As air is pured from the system,
you may hear whistlin in addition to the
runnin pump. This is normal.
. Red Notification LED
Is Not Functionin Properly
. In order for the LED to function properly, a new
-allon bottle must be used for every bottle
chane and cartride chane. If a partially filled
bottle was used, the LED will reain functionality
on the next new/full bottle chane.
. The Bottle Chane Indicator liht is dependent
on customer usae. Small variations on when
the liht illuminates is normal.
. If the cooler is left unpowered for extended
periods of time, the notification timers may
reset themselves. The notification LED will
return to its proper function on the next bottle
or cartride chane.

6.0 Technical Information
Refrieration System
Refrierant can be harmful to the environment if released.
Never attempt to modify or repair the refrieration system.

Water Flow
The flow rate from the water outlets on the dispenser is approximately

Ambient Operatin Conditions
The unit is certified by UL for indoor use only. The unit is rated
IP, and therefore, is not protected aainst the entry of water.
The acceptable operatin temperature is -°F.
Dispensin Method
The unit utilizes an air pump to dispense water under positive
pressure. Never attempt to modify the air pump, its tubin, or any
of the unit’s internal components.
