Steps for Installation of mounting bra ket and inside reinfor ement
1. Remove either end pie e of the sign and slide the fa e out. If the
fa e is in more than one pie e then both end pie es must be
removed.
2. Clamp 026-0009 Mounting Bra ket to the ba k lip of the sign
abinet at the desired mounting lo ation. Drill 3/8" holes in the
abinet using 026-0009 as a guide.
3. Align the 972-0291 reinfor ement with the 3/8" holes and mount
972-0291 to the inside of the sign abinet with the 3/8" hardware
provided with the sign.
4. Drill 1/4" holes in the ba k of the sign abinet using 972-0291 as
a guide and atta h the other side of the reinfor ement using the
1/4" hardware provided.
5. The mounting bra kets on the sign should align with the
mounting posts for outdoor signs.
6. Large signs may have extra mounting bra kets.

Notes
1. Install ADL Sign on mounting beams by follwing
installation for ADL Sign Outdoors.
2. S oreboard should be installed above sign, and the
"S" bra kets and mounting bra kets should be
positioned as shown on the next page.
3. S oreboard should be installed a ordingly to size
and type using the installation instru tions with the
s oreboard.

1. For sign power refer to the serial number tag on top of the
sign.
2. Power should exit out the ba k of the sign for outdoor
installation.
3. Power should exit out the top of the sign for indoor
installation.
4. This sign is intended to be installed in a ordan e with the
requirements of Arti le 600 of the National Ele tri al Code
and/or other appli able lo al odes. This in ludes proper
grounding and bonding of the sign. All personnel who work
with ele tri al onne tions must be edu ated in the safe
pro edures for installing and repairing ele tri al onne tions
before they are given the responsibility of performing su h
tasks.
5. Conduit and fittings are supplied by installer.
