Neverunplug the refrigeratorbypulling the powercord.Alwaysgrip the plug firmlyand pullstraightoutfromthe
receptacle.
Donotusean extension cordwiththisappliance.If thepowercordistoo short, haveaqualifiedelectrician orservice
technician installanoutletnear the appliance. Useof an extensioncordcan negativelyaffect theperformanceofthe unit.

Locks
If yourRefrigerator isfittedwitha lock, keep the keyout of reach and notin the vicinityof theappliancetopreventchildren
beingentrapped.When disposing of an old Refrigerator, breakoff anyold locks or latchesasasafeguard.
Freon-free
The freon-free refrigerant(R600a)andthe foaming insulationmaterial (cyclopentane)thatis environmentallyfriendlyare
usedforthe refrigerator,causing nodamagetotheozone layerand having averysmallimpactontheglobalwarming.
R600a isflammable,and sealed in arefrigeration system,withoutleakageduring normaluse.But, in caseofrefrigerant
leakage due totherefrigerantcircuitbeingdamaged,be suretokeep the applianceawayfromopen flamesand openthe
windowsfor ventilationasquicklyaspossible.

III.Preparationsfor use
Installationlocation:
1.Ventilation condition
The position you selectfortherefrigeratorinstallation should be well-ventilated and hasless hotair.Donotlocatethe
refrigeratornearaheatsourcesuchascooker,andavoid itfromdirectsunlight,thusguaranteeing therefrigerationeffect
while saving energyconsumption.Donotlocatethe refrigeratorin thedampplace,soastopreventthe refrigeratorfrom
rusting and leaking electricity. The result ofthe refrigerant chargeamount of the refrigeratorbeing dividedby
the totalspace ofthe roominwhich therefrigeratorisinstalledshall be lessthan8g/m .
Note:The amount of refrigerant chargedforthe refrigerator can be found on the nameplate.
2. Heat dissipationspace
Whenworking,the refrigerator givesoff heattosurroundings. Therefore,atleast 30mmoffree spaceshould be sparedat
the topside,morethan 100mmon bothsides, andabove50mm at the backside of therefrigerator.

3.Level ground
Place the refrigeratoron the solid and flatground(floor) tokeep itstable,orelse,itwill giverise tovibration and noise.
Whenthe refrigeratorisplaced on suchflooring materialsascarpet, strawmat, polyvinylchloride,the solid backing plates
should beapplied underneaththe refrigerator,soastoprevent colorchange due toheat dissipation.
Unobstructedventilation shall be maintained aroundtheapplianceorin an embeddedstructure.
Preparationsforuse
1.Standingtime
Afterthe refrigeratoris properlyinstalledand well cleaned,do notswitchitonimmediately.Makesuretoenergizethe
refrigeratoraftermorethan1hour’sstanding, soastoensureitsnormal operation.
2. Cleaning
Confirmthe accessorypartsinsidethe refrigerator andwipe the insidewithasoftcloth.
3. Power-on
Inserttheplugintothesolidsockettostartthecompressor.After1hour,opentherefrigeratordoor,ifthetemperature
inside the refrigeratorcompartmentdropsobviously, it indicatestherefrigerationsystemis working normally.
4.Storage offood
Afterthe refrigeratorrunsforaperiodoftime,theinternaltemperatureoftherefrigeratorwill beautomaticallycontrolled
accordingtothe user’stemperaturesetting.Afterthe refrigeratorisfullycooled,putinfoods,whichusuallyneed2~3
hourstobe fullycooled.Insummer,when thetemperatureis high,ittakesmorethan4hoursforthefoodstobe fully
cooled (Trytoopentherefrigerator door aslessaspossible beforethe internaltemperaturecoolsdown).
If the refrigeratorisinstalled inthemoistureplace,makesuretocheckwhether thegroundwireandleakage circuit
breakerarenormal.If vibration noisesareproduced duetotherefrigeratorcontacting the wall orifthe wall getsblackened
byairconvectionaroundthecompressor,movetherefrigeratorawayfromthe wall.Settingup therefrigerator maycause
jammingnoiseorimagechaostothe mobilephone,fixed-linetelephone, radioreceiver,televisionsurroundingit,sotryto
keepthe refrigerator asfarawayaspossibleinsuchcase.
IV.Functions
Whenthe refrigeratorsystemisconnected topowersupplyforthe firsttime,alliconson thedisplaypanel getsilluminated
for 2s, andthesystemrunsat-18 bydefault.
1Functions
1.1Temperaturesetting

Temperaturecan beadjusted bypressingthe ‘SET’key. Everytimewhen the SET”keyispressed,the currentmode
indicatorlightsoff while the nextmode indicatorlightsup,withthe said mode setting validated ifno keyoperationwithin 5s
(or else, the modesettingwill be invalid). After the setting takeseffect, temperaturewill beimmediatelycontrolled asper
the mode setting.
The temperaturemodescycleasfollowing: -16 →-18 →-20 →-22 →-24 →(fast freezing)→-16 ”
1.2Fast freezing
Whenthefastfreezing functionis enabled,the compartment temperaturecan be cooled downin arapid manner, whichis
beneficial tothepreventionof food nutrition againstlost and the preservation of freshness.
After acumulativerunning period of 26 hours, the fastfreezingfunction will exit automatically,withthe temperaturemode
restored tothat set beforethe fast freezingfunction isenabled.
1.3Dooropenalarm
Whenthe refrigeratordoorkeepsopen for morethan 3minutes, the buzzer startsissuing alarms,whichcan be
suspended for 3minutesbypressing anykey, but theywill not be stoppeduntil the saiddoor getsclosed.
1.4Power-cutmemory
Incaseof power failure, therefrigerator will maintaintheoperatingstatebeforepower failurewhen power supplyis
restored.
1.5Power-on delay
Inordertoprotectthe refrigeratorcompressorfrombeingdamagedin thecaseofshort-timepowerfailure(i.e., lessthan 5
minutes), thecompressor will not bestarted immediatelyafter it ispowered on.
1.6Defrosting
The refrigeratorcan defrostautomaticallyormanually.
Whenthe refrigeratorisnotdefrosting,the automatic defrosting programcanbe enabledbyholding downthe SETkeyfor
15s, withall the modeindicator lightsilluminated, refrigerationstopped, anddefrost heating started. During the defrosting
process,you can hold downtheSET keyfor3stostop defrosting manually,orwaituntilthedefrostingprogramgetsexited
automatically.
Inorder toavoid frequent defrosting actionsof the refrigerator, do notaccesstothedefrost functionduring the defrosting
process; andmakesurenottoenable the defrost function again within 10 minutesafter itismanuallydisabled.
1.7Faultalarm
Whenthe alarmindicatorkeepsflashing (withthe corresponding indicator lightof -16, -20, -24, orfastfreezing”flickering
simultaneously), it indicatesfault withtherefrigerator. Pleasecontactthe aftersalesperson for visitingserviceinsuch
case.
V.Instructionsfor food storage
Food storage locations
Shelf: When taking theshelfout, lift itupwards,and thenpull it out; when installing theshelf, makesuretoplaceitinto
positionbeforeputting it down.
Crisperbox (drawer): You canpullout thedrawer for accesstofoods.
Donotputtoo manyortooweightfoodsinsidethe refrigerator. Keep enoughspacebetween foods;iftooclose,the cold
airflowwill beblocked,thusaffectingtherefrigerationeffect. Donotstoreexcessiveoroverweightfoods,toavoidthe
shelffrombeing crushed.When storingthe foods,keep adistanceawayfromthe innerwall;and do notplacethe
water-rich foodstoo closetotherefrigerator rearwall, lest theyget frozen on theinner wall.
Freezermode:
Long-termstorageof foods: The freezer compartment, wherethetemperatureis generally controlledbelow-18 , is
suitable forthepreservation offoodsforalongterm,butthe shelflifeindicated onthe food packagesshouldbe abided by.
Freezerdrawer: Used for the frozen foodstorage; For themass piecesofmeat or fish, cutthemintosmaller ones, pack
themup separatelywiththe fresh-keepingbags, and distributethemevenlyin the drawer.
Fast freezing
(1) Refer tothe descriptionaboutfast freezingfunction inthe Function”section.
(2) Compared withthe normal freezing,fastfreezing enablesfood topassthroughthemaximumicecrystal formation
zone atthefastestspeed. Fastfreezing canfreezethe food watercontentintofine icecrystals,withoutdamaging the
cellmembrane,socell juicewill notbelostwhen thawing,and the originalfreshnessandnutritionoffoodcan be
maintained.
(3)The fast-freezingfunction isdesignedtopreservenutrition ofthe frozen food,withthe foodthoroughlyfrozen inthe
shortesttime. Fast freezingconsumesmoreenergythanthenormalfreezing does.
★Allowthe hot foodstocool downtothe roomtemperaturebeforeputtingtheminthefreezer compartment.
★Donotputaglasscontainerwithliquidorthecanned liquid thatissealed inthefreezercompartment, soastoavoid
burstdue tovolumeexpansionafter the liquid getsfrozen up.
★Divide the food intoappropriatelysmall portions
★You’dbetterpackthe foodup beforefreezingit,andthepacking bag used should be dry,in casethe packingbagsare
frozen together. Foodsshouldbe packed or coveredbysuchsuitable materialsasarefirm,tasteless,impervioustoair

and water, non-toxic andpollution-free, toavoid cross-contaminationandtransferof odor.
Tips forshopping thefrozenfoods
1.Whenyou arebuying frozenfood,lookat theStorage Guidelinesonthepackaging. You will be able tostoreeachitem
of frozenfoodfortheperiodshownagainstthe starrating.Thisisusuallytheperiodstatedas Besttousethembefore×”,
found on the front of thepackaging.
2. Check the temperatureofthefrozen food cabinetin the shop whereyou buythe frozenfoods.
3.Makesurethe frozen food package is in perfect condition.
4. Alwaysbuyfrozen productslaston yourshopping trip orvisit tothesupermarket.
5.Trytokeepfrozen food together whilstshopping and on thejourneyhome,asthiswill helptokeepthe foodcooler.
6. Don’t buyfrozenfoodunlessyou can freezeitstraight away. Special insulated bagscan be boughtfrommost
supermarketsandhardwareshops. Thesekeepthefrozen foodscold longer.
7.Forsomefoods,thawing beforecooking is unnecessary.Vegetablesandpastacan be added directlytoboiling wateror
steamcooked.Frozen saucesand soupscan be put intoasaucepan and heatedgentlyuntilthawed.
8. Usequalityfoodandhandle it aslittleaspossible.Whenfoodsarefrozen insmallquantities,it will takeless thanfor
themtofreezeup and thaw.
9. Estimatetheamount offoodstobe frozenup.Whenfreezing large amountsof freshfood, adjust the temperature
control knobtothe lowmode,withthe freezertemperaturelowered. So, foodscanbe frozen up in fastmanner, withthe
food freshnesswell kept.
Howtousethe ice-makingbox
Placethe ice-makingboxin the upper position of thefreezercompartment, sothat iticesup assoonaspossible.
VI.Tipsfor specialneeds
Moving the refrigerator/freezer
•Location
Donotplaceyourrefrigerator/freezernearaheatsource,e.g.cooker,boilerorradiator.Avoid itfromdirectsunlightin
out-buildingsorsunlounges.
•Leveling
Makesuretolevelyourrefrigerator/freezerusing thefrontlevelingfeet. Ifnotlevel,therefrigerator/freezerdoorgasket
sealing performancewill be affected, oreven itmaylead tothe operating failureofyour refrigerator/freezer.
After locating the refrigerator/freezer in position, wait for4hoursbeforeusing it, soastoallowthe refrigeranttosettle.
Installation
Donotcover orblock the ventsor grillesof yourappliance.
Whenyou areout for alongtime
•If the appliancewill notbe used for several months,turnitoff first,andthenunplugtheplug fromthewall outlet.
•Takeoutallfoods.
•Clean anddrythe interiorthoroughly.Topreventodorandmold growth,leavethedoorajar: blockitopenorhavethe
door removed if necessary.
•Keep the cleaned appliancein adry,ventilatedplaceandawayfromthe heatsource,placethe appliancesmoothly,and
do notplaceheavy objectsontop ofit.
•The unitshouldnot be accessibletochild’splay.
VII. Maintenance and cleaning
Beforecleaning,unplug the powerplug first; Donotpluginorplugoutthe plug withwethand,becausethereis a
risk ofelectricshockandinjury. Donotspill waterdirectly on the refrigerator,toavoidrust, electricityleakageand
accidents.Donotstretchyourhandsintothebottomoftherefrigerator,sinceyou mightbe scratchedbysharpmetal
corners.
Internalcleaning and external cleaning
The food residualsinthe refrigeratorareliable toproducebad odor,sothe refrigeratormustbe cleanedregularly.The
freshfoodcompartment isusuallycleaned onceamonth.
Removeall shelves,crisperbox,bottle racks,coverboard,and drawersetc., andcleanthemwithasofttowel orsponge
dippedinwarmwater or neutral detergent.
Clear off thedustsaccumulatedon the rear panelandside platesof therefrigeratoroften.
After usingdetergent, besuretorinseit withclean water,andthenwipe it dry.
Donot usebristle brush, steelwirebrush, detergent, soappowder, alkaline detergent, benzene, gasoline,acid,hot
waterand othercorrosiveorsoluble itemstocleansethecabinetsurface,doorgasket, plasticdecorativeparts,etc., soas
toavoid damage.
Carefullywipe drythedoorgasket, cleanthegrooveusingawoodenchopstickwrappedwithcottonstring.Afterthe
cleaning, fixthe four cornersof the doorgasketfirst, andthenembed it segmentbysegment intothedoor groove.
Interruptionofpower supplyorfailureoftherefrigerating system
•Takecareof the frozen foodsin theevent ofan extended non-running of the refrigerating appliance(suchasinterruption
of power supplyor failureof therefrigerating system).
•Trytoopen the refrigeratordooraslessaspossible,in thiswaycan food safelyandfreshlykeptforhourseven in hot

summer.
•If you getthepower outage noticeinadvance:
1) Adjustthethermostatknob tothehigh mode an hourinadvance,sothatfoodsgetfullyfrozen (Donotstorenew
food duringthis time!). Restorethe temperaturemode totheoriginal setting when powersupplybecomesnormal ina
timelymanner.
2)You can alsomakeicewitha watertightcontainer,andput it in the upperpart of thefreezer,soastoextend thetime
for freshfood tobestored.
Note:Oncethe refrigeratorisused,you’dbetteruseitcontinuously;and undernormalcircumstance,donotstop its
use,soasnot toaffect theservice life.
Defrosting
Thisapplianceis designed withautomatic defrosting function, and meantimeit can bemanuallydefrosted.
Isthepower plugabnormallyoverheat?
Note: Electricshockandfireaccident maybe caused in casethepower cordand plug is damaged or stained by
dust.If anyabnormality, pleaseunplug the power plug andget in contact withthe vendor.
Howtodisassembletheparts.
Shelf:
Hold oneendofthe shelf, and lift it upwhile pulling it outward.
Flipcover:
Keep theflip cover inthevertical direction, alignit withthe rotating shaftopeningon the right side,andpull it outwardto
removeit;
Duringuseof the refrigerator, do notclosethedoor whentheflip coverisopened, toavoiddamagingtherefrigerator
door!

Reversing theDoor Swing
1.Makesurethatyour refrigerator isunplugged.
2. Prythehinge coverup and off,removethethree
screwsthatsecuretheupperhingetothe door,then
removethe hinge.
3. Removethe freezercompartmentdoorfromthe
cabinet.
4. Removethescrewsthatsecurethelowerhingetothe
rightsideofthe cabinet, then removethehinge.
5. Removethe washerandnut thatsecurethe pin shaftto
the right hole on the lower hinge, then removethe shaft
6. Insertthe pin shaftintotheleftholeon thelowerhinge,
then securethe shaft withthe washer and nut.
7. Installthelower hinge on theleft side of thecabinet.
8. Removethe screwthatsecuresthe doorstop fromthe
bottomrightofthefreezercompartmentdoor,then
removethe door stop and install tothebottomleft side.
9. Installthefreezer compartment door.
10.Movethe doorbushing fromthetoprightsideofthe
freezerdoortothe top left sideofthe door.And movethe
left holecover totherightside.
11.Removethe hole coverfromthetopleftside ofthe
cabinetandsecuresthe coveron the top rightside ofthe
cabinet.
12. Securetheupperhingetothetop left sideofthe
cabinetwiththethreescrewsyou removedpreviously.
Beforeyou tightenthe upperhinge screws,makesure
thatthe topofthedoorislevel withthe cabinetandthat
the rubbergasketmakesagood seal.
12.Installthehingecoveroverthehingeonthetop left
sideof the cabinet.
13. Removetheleftholeplugs,screwoffthe bolts,and
removethe right holeplugs.
14. Installthe rightholeplugson the leftside ofthe door,
and install the handle on theright side of the door.
Note:Ensurethe rubbergasketsaremakingagoodsealwiththecabinetallthewayaround the doorsbeforetightening
the hingescrews.
