WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Warranty conditions or guarantee as stipulated in this card as well as the warranty period. This Warranty includes the
maintenance and repair of the product only and It does not include the replacement of the product new product. The warranty
will be definitely canceled in the following cases:
1- lf the user tries to fix tfie device by himself without resorting to a specialized service centers.
2- In case of using the product witfiout the using comply with the instructions contained in the user manual
3- In case the damages was caused by misusing of the product.
4- In case the damages were caused by faults in the electrical Nutrition (increase or decrease in power supply which usually
produces following:
error in the electrical systems installed, power continuously and intermittently, connected the product to an outlet which has a
different
Voltage From those necessary for operating the product which is usually a code affixed to the plate of the device.
5- If the product of the work engine stopped due to a malfunction in the power supply.
6- In case the fault caused by a device driver generators.
7- in case the crash caused by the transfer device and damage after it was recognized for the user.
8- lf the product does not guarantee unless the user is holding this card nor if the holder has a card that does not carry the
company seal.
9- lf you do not provide the serial number of the product as a result of scratching or something like that and be a code on the card
10- When a malfunction happens in a part of the product: for example, a malfunction in the remote control, the battery or the
Speakers of the device.
11- When a malfunction in the electronic cards it will be replaced only once.
Notes:
• Product transportation cost to the service center will be paid by the consumer .and if the service expert was forced
to go and repair the product at home in that case the transportation expenses must be paid to him.
• When the seller doesn’t mention the date of selling the product to the consumer in that case the date of production
will be considered the same as the date of sale.
