Disassembly
1. Remove panel from the front, left hand side of the center console.
2. Remove (2) 10mm bolts holding the hood and gas flap release
levers in place.
3. Remove the silver trim piece on the left side of the radio/climate
control panel.
4. Remove (2) Phillips head screws from the front of the steering
column shroud. These screws can be accessed by turning the
steering wheel left and right.
5. Remove the top half of the steering column shroud and pull the
black trim panel surrounding the instrument cluster straight
towards you and remove.
6. Remove (1) Phillips head screw above the instrument cluster.
7. Unclip and remove panel surrounding push-to-start switch and
instrument cluster.
8. Remove (2) Phillips head screws from left and right of instrument
cluster to remove and access BCM.
9. *Optional: Remove (1) Phillips head screw from the bottom side of
the steering column shroud. This is only needed to access the horn
wire.
