1.Bolt Bottom Shroud Holder (15) on Base Assembly (2) and then bolt Front Leg (1) & Back Leg (3) to
Base Assembly(2)using bolting shown.
2. Insert Front Upright (4) on the Base Assembly (2), hold the Double Pulley Bracket (11)
in place while bolting Front Upright (4) to Base Assembly (2) using bolting shown and bolt
Back Upright (5) to Base Assembly (2).
3. Slide the Adjustable Pulley Assembly (8) on Front Upright (4), then bolt Top Bracket (7) to
Top Beam (6),Front Upright (4) and Back Upright (5) using bolting shown.

4. Install Dual Swuivel Pulley Bracket (9) on Adjustable Pulley Assembly (8), using bolting shown.
5. The Pulleys (R) , Single Pulley Cable Retainer (10),Double Pulley Cable Retainer (17) and Nylon Spacers (P)
to be installed at the time of Cable (AC) routing

Tighten by hand 3/8" x 2" Bolt (C)until Shroud Mesh (19)
is installed, then tighten to remove slack in mesh.

6. Place 4x Rubber Bumpers (L) over the
holes on Bottom Shroud Holder (15) and
slide Guide Rods(16) into them.
NOTE: For improved performance,we
recommend you apply a silicone lubricant
to the Guide Rods prior to their installation.
7. Leaning Guide Rods (16) toward you,
slide fifteen Weight Stack (AA) ,
Selector Shaft (12) & Top Shroud Holder (14)
onto the Guide Rods (16) as shown.
Note: Install Top Shroud Holder (14) after
installing Rod Retainer Support (18) step 9
8. Slide the Guide Rod Retainer (S) onto the Guide Rods and position Guide Rods(16) in to
the Top Beam.
9. Positon the Rod Retainer Support (18) as shown in Guide rod retainer assembly details and
then slide the Rod Retainers support (18) along with the Guide Rod Retainer (S) up the
Guide Rods (16) until the holes align for the bolting as shown.
10. Bolt Top Shroud Holder (14) on Top Beam (6)
11.Install the pulleys (R) and Cable (AC) with the Single Pulley Cable Retainer (10) and Nylon Spacers (P) using
the bolting shown. Start the installation from Start 1 to Finish 9 , install Pulley U-Bracket Stack (13) with Jam Nut (K)
,take care to keep the cable in the pulley groove. Clip in the Cable Handle (M) using the Carabiner (N).
12.To adjust the cable tension, loosen the jam nut on the Pulley U-Bracket Stack (13) and remove Pulleys (R)
and rotate the Pulley U-Bracket Stack (13), clockwise or counterclockwise as required. Reinstall the Pulleys (R)
and tighten the jam nut. In case if the Cable (AC) is too short, use the extra Rubber Bumpers (L)
to increase the height of the weight stack

Simply return the defective part, insured and
prepaid to Northern Lights and we will replace it
at no charge. This warranty is for original product
owners and does not cover damage resulting
from product alterations, misuse, abuse,
improper assembly, normal wear and tear or
other conditions, which are beyond our control.
No other express warranty has been made or
will be made on behalf of Northern Lights with
respect to any Northern Lights product or the
operation, repair or replacement of any Northern
Lights product. Northern Lights shall not be
responsible for injury, loss of use of the product,
inconvenience, loss or damage to personal
property, whether direct or indirect. This
warranty does not include any implied warranties
or liability for incidental or consequential
damages created by any provincial or state law.
