is not qualied to operate this appliance. All users of this appliance must read and
understand this Instruction Manual before operating or cleaning this appliance.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including:

2. DO NOT TOUCH the hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
3. This appliance is NOT A TOY.
4. Unsupervised young children and cognitively challenged
individuals should never operate this appliance.

6. To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plug or

Operating Safety Precautions
1. Avoid contact with moving parts.
2. Check appliance for presence of foreign objects prior to use.
3. NEVER put any metal objects, bowls or utensils in the microwave oven during cooking.
4. Some products, such as whole eggs and sealed containers/closed glass jars,
may explode and should not be heated in this oven. Foods like potatoes,
sausages or chestnuts should be peeled or pierced before cooking.
5. NEVER put anything living into the microwave oven for risk of severe injury or death.

6. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not
use corrosive chemicals or vapors in this appliance. This type of oven is specically
designed to heat, cook or dry food. It is not designed for industrial or laboratory use.
7. Do not cover or block any openings on the appliance.
8. PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO EXCESSIVE MICROWAVE ENERGY:
a. Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open; open-door
operation can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy. It is
important not to defeat or tamper with the safety interlocks.
b. Do not place any object between the oven front face and the door or
allow soil or cleaner residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
c. Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. It is particularly important that the
oven door close properly and that there is no damage to the: (1) door (bent), (2)
hinges and latches (broken or loosened), (3) door seals and sealing surfaces.
d. The oven should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone
except properly qualied service personnel.
9. To reduce the risk of re in the oven cavity:
a. Do not overcook food. Carefully attend appliance when paper, plastic or other
combustible materials are placed inside the oven to facilitate cooking.
b. Remove wire twist-ties from paper or plastic bags before placing bag in oven.
c. If materials inside the oven ignite, keep oven door closed, turn oven o and
disconnect the power cord or shut o power at the fuse or circuit breaker panel.
d. Do not use the cavity for storage purposes. Do not leave paper
products, cooking utensils or food in the cavity when not in use.
e. Avoid built-up grease, which is ammable, by cleaning microwave with a
damp cloth after use. DO NOT place inside of a dishwasher to clean.
10. Liquids, such as water, coee or tea, are able to be overheated beyond the boiling point
without appearing to be boiling. Visible bubbling or boiling when the container is removed
from the microwave oven is not always present. THIS COULD RESULT IN VERY HOT LIQUIDS
SUDDENLY BOILING OVER WHEN A SPOON OR OTHER UTENSIL IS INSERTED INTO THE
LIQUID.
11. To reduce the risk of injury to persons:
f. Do not overheat the liquid.
g. Stir the liquid both before and halfway through heating it.
h. Do not use straight-sided containers with narrow necks. Use a wide-mouthed container.
i. After heating, allow the container to stand in the microwave oven
at least for 20 seconds before removing the container.
j. Use extreme care when inserting a spoon or other utensil into the container.
k. If the oven light fails, consult an authorized service technician or electrician.
l. This appliance must be properly grounded. See Grounding
Instructions for information on how to ground this appliance.

Instructions for the Electrical Cord and Plug
1. ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD: Failure to follow these instructions
can result in death, re, or electrical shock.
• Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet.
• DO NOT remove ground prong.
• DO NOT use an adapter.
• DO NOT use an extension cord.
2. This unit MUST be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding
reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.
This unit is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug.
The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.
3. WARNING: Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric
shock. If the plug does not t fully into the outlet, contact a qualied
electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
4. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting
from becoming entangled or tripping over a long cord.
5. The manufacturer does not recommend using this machine in countries that do not
support 120V AC even if a voltage adapter, transformer, or converter is in use.

oven offers 6 programmable cooking settings with express auto cooking. Defrost by
time or weight and the one-touch/+30 second cooking makes cooking super easy!

GROUNDING THE UNIT
This appliance must be grounded. This microwave oven is equipped with a cord having
a grounding wire with a grounding plug. It must be plugged into a wall receptacle that
is properly installed and grounded in accordance with the National Electrical Code
and local codes and ordinances. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding
reduces risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.
WARNING: Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
The electrical requirements are a 120 volt 60 Hz, AC only, 15 amp. or more protected
electrical supply. It is recommended that a separate circuit serving only this
appliance be provided. The oven is equipped with a 3-prong grounding plug. It
must be plugged into a wall receptacle that is properly installed and grounded.
Should you only have a 2-prong outlet, have a qualied electrician install a correct
wall receptacle. A 3-prong adapter may be purchased and used temporarily if local
codes allow. Follow package directions. A short power-supply cord is provided
to reduce risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
EXTENSION CORD
If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a 3-wire extension cord
that has a 3-blade grounding plug and a 3-slot receptacle that will accept the
plug on the microwave oven. The marked rating of the extension cord should
be AC 115-120 volt, 15 amp. or more. Be careful not to drape the cord over the
countertop or table where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.
NOTE: If you have any questions about the grounding or electrical instructions,
consult a qualied electrician or service person. Nostalgia Electrics™ cannot
accept any liability for damage to the oven or personal injury resulting
from failure to observe the correct electrical connection procedures.
RADIO OR TV INTERFERENCE
Should there be any interference caused by the microwave oven to your radio or TV,
check that the microwave oven is on a dierent electrical circuit, relocate the radio or TV
as far away from the oven as feasible or check position and signal of receiving antenna.

Your MICROWAVE OVEN is fully assembled.
Before using, remove all packing materials from inside the oven. Check
the oven for any damage, such as misaligned or bent door, damaged door
seals and sealing surfaces, broken or loose door hinges/latches and dents
inside the oven or on the door. If there is any damage, DO NOT operate the
oven. Return damaged items to the store where it was purchased.

HOW TO OPERATE
CHOOSING A LOCATION
You will use the oven frequently, so plan its location for ease of use. Allow at least 2
inches on the sides, top and at the rear of the oven for air circulation. Do not place or
install the oven in any area where heat and steam are generated; for example, next
to or above a conventional gas or electric range or above a conventional wall oven.
Heat and steam may damage the electronics or the mechanical parts of the oven.
STOP/CLEAR
Clear all previous settings before cooking or go back to standby mode during cooking.
START/PAUSE
Touch to start or stop cooking.
NUMBER PADS (0-9)
Touch to set the cooking time.
SETTING THE CLOCK
1. Touch CLOCK once (for 12 hour clock) or twice (for 24 hour).
2. Use number pad to enter correct time.
3. Touch CLOCK again.

NOTE: This is a 12 or 24 hour clock. During the cooking program,
the current time can be seen by touching the CLOCK pad.
SETTING THE KITCHEN TIMER
This function can be used alone, even in the process of cooking.
1. Touch KITCHEN TIMER once.
2. Enter the amount of time you want to count down by touching the number pads.
3. Touch START/PAUSE to start.
NOTE: The maximum time you can enter is 99 minutes and 99 seconds. Timer
can be seen in display for 5 seconds by touching KITCHEN TIMER, and it can
be cancelled by touching STOP/CLEAR pad during this 5 seconds.
EXPRESS
Program will start immediately after touching the number pad (1-6). Each number
is a minute - so 1 would be 1 minute, 2 would be 2 minutes, up to 6 minutes.
ADD 30 SECONDS
Touch to set cooking time to add 30 seconds each.
• Touch once and cooking will start immediately for 30 seconds.
Touching this button repeatedly will add 30 seconds each time.
• During the TIME COOK and TIME DEFROST, you can add 30 seconds for each push.

2. Touch number pad to enter desired cooking time.
NOTE: The maximum number can be entered is 99 minutes, 99 seconds.
3. Touch POWER LEVEL pad.
4. Use the number pads to enter the power level as shown in the table below.

3. 1 is 100 oz., 2 is 200 oz., 3 is 300 oz., 4 is 400 oz., 5 is 500 oz. and 6 is 600 oz.
4. Touch START/PAUSE.
NOTE: Sound beeps to remind you to turn food over. Press START/PAUSE to resume defrosting.
ONE TOUCH COOKING
For the following menus, you do not need to input
cooking power and time. Follow these steps:
1. Place food into microwave and close it.
2. Touch the correct auto menu to select the weight or amount.
3. Touch START/PAUSE.

For a 3.5 oz. bag of microwavable popcorn:
1. Touch POPCORN once.
2. Touch START/PAUSE.
NOTE: To pop package evently and to avoid burning, the bag must
be able to turn freely while cooking. Please listen to the popping
sound and watch the bag until the popping is completed.
CAUTION: Bag will be very hot - please use oven mitt to avoid burning yoru hands.
PIZZA
For reheating pizza:
1. Touch PIZZA pad.
2. Touch PIZZA once for one slice and touch twice for two slices.
3. Touch START/PAUSE.
BEVERAGE
For cups:
1. Touch BEVERAGE.
2. Touch once for one cup, touch twice for two cups, touch three
times for three cups and touch four times for four cups.
3. Touch START/PAUSE.
FROZEN DINNER
For frozen dinners:
1. Touch FROZEN DINNER.
2. Touch the pad once for one slice and touch the pad twice for two slices.
3. Touch START/PAUSE.
REHEAT
For a plate of cool food:
1. Touch REHEAT pad once.
2. Touch START/PAUSE.
TWO-STAGE COOKING
Use for multi-stage cooking. This enables cooking at multiple
power and time settings automatically.

1. Place food into microwave and close it. Touch TIME COOK pad.

SETTING THE CHILD LOCK
The CHILD LOCK prevents unsupervised children to be able to operate
the microwave. To set it, in standby mode, press and hold STOP/
CLEAR for 3 seconds. LOCK is indicated on the display.
To cancel, press and hold STOP/CLEAR for 3 seconds. LOCK indication disappears.
HELPFUL TIPS
CAROUSEL ROTATION
If the Glass Carousel inside of your microwave oven makes noise during
cooking or does not seem to be rotating properly, stop the cooking process
immediately by pressing the PAUSE/CANCEL button and make sure that:
A) The Glass Carousel is properly aligned on the Carousel Wheel and Hub.
B) There is no excess food or debris lodged underneath the Glass Carousel.
SPLATTERING
Some foods may splatter inside of the microwave when cooked in the microwave
oven. It is recommended that you use a paper towel, wax paper or microwave-
safe lid to loosely cover open dishes that may splatter. It is not recommended that
you use plastic wrap to cover foods while cooking in the microwave oven.
FOODS
• Eggs: Cooking eggs with yolk intact can cause eggs to explode. It's best to puncture
yolks before cooking. Never cook eggs inside of shell, or reheat whole, hardboiled eggs.
• Nuts: Do not cook dry nuts or seeds inside of the shell.
• Potatoes, apples, squash, hot dogs and sausages: Puncture the skin to
allow steam to escape, or these foods could explode during cooking
• Popcorn: Only use microwave popcorn that is especially packaged
for microwave oven cooking. Follow the directions on the packaging
exactly. Never exceed the maximum cooking time on packaging.
• Baby Food: Never heat baby food in its container. Transfer the baby food to a
microwave safe container before cooking. Check temperature before serving.
• General: NEVER use the microwave oven for deep fat frying
or for drying wood, gourds, herbs or wet paper.

• Metal pans and dishes, including those with metallic trim
• Glass that is not heat-resistant
• Plastic containers that are not microwave-safe
• Paper products
• Plastic bags used for storing food or oven baking
• Objects with metal twist ties or staples attached
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
To prolong the life of your MICROWAVE OVEN, please follow
these simple instructions for maintenance.
• Unplug microwave oven or set to LOCK mode.
Never place the microwave oven in a dishwasher.
• Remove Glass Carousel and Carousel Wheel.
• Wash Glass Carousel in warm, soapy water using a non-
abrasive cloth or sponge. Dry thoroughly.
• Wipe down inside and outside of microwave oven using warm, soapy
water and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Dry thoroughly.
• Never use harsh or abrasive cleaners on the microwave oven and
never use an abrasive sponge, cloth or scouring pad.

Nostalgia Products LLC (the“Company”) hereby warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the
date of original purchase, this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship under
normal home use, provided that the product is operated and maintained in accordance with the
operating instructions. As the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty, the Company will
at its discretion either repair or replace the product found to be defective, or issue a refund on the
product during the warranty period. This warranty is only available to the original retail purchaser of
the product from the date of initial retail purchase, and is only valid with the original sales receipt, as
proof of purchase date is required to obtain warranty benets. All warranty claims must be brought
to the attention of the Company within the warranty period and no later than 30 days of the failure
to perform. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by shipping, mishandling,
misuse, accident, alteration, improper replacement parts, or other than ordinary household use.
You may be required to return the product (with shipping prepaid by you) for inspection and
evaluation. Return shipping costs are not refundable. The Company is not responsible for returns
damaged or lost in transit. Unless otherwise specically permitted by the operating instructions, this
warranty applies to indoor household use only. In order to obtain service under this warranty, please
contact the Company at the telephone number listed above or by lling out the Customer Service
Inquiry Form located at www.nostalgiaproducts.com. Warranty valid only in USA and Canada.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of
merchantability and tness for a particular purpose, which are hereby excluded to the extent
permitted by law. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential,
or special damages arising out of or in connection with this product or the use thereof. Some
states, provinces or jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the foregoing exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty does not apply to re-manufactured merchandise.

Instrucciones para el cable eléctrico y el enchufe
