The upper basket is designed to hold more delicate and lighter dishware such as glasses, coffee
and tea cupsand saucers, aswell as plates,small bowls andshallow pans (aslong as theyare
not too dirty).
Position the dishes and cookware so that they will not be moved by the spray of water.

We suggest that you place large itemsand items that are the most difficult to clean into thelower basket
such as: pots, pans, lids, serving dishes and bowls, as shown in the figure below.
It is preferableto place servingdishes and lidson the sideof the racksin order to avoid blocking the rotation of the
top spray arm.

caughtbythefilter,gentlysqueezethetaponthetopofthis
filterandliftout.

preventsitfrombeingredepositonthedishesduringwashcycle.

ProtectAgainstFreezing
1.Cutofftheelectricalpowertothedishwasher.
2.Turnoffthewatersupplyanddisconnectthewaterinletpipefromthewatervalve.
3.Drainthewaterfromtheinletpipeandwatervalve.(Useapantocatchthewater)
4.Reconnectthewaterinletpipetothewatervalve.
5.Removethefilteratthebottomofthetubanduseaspongetosoakupwaterinthesump.
Incolderclimates,itmaybenecessaryto
completingawashcycle,pleasedothefollowing:
takefrostprotectionmeasuresonthedishwasherinwinter.Everytime
-Inspectthefiltersforblockingaftereverytimethedishwasherhasbeenused.
