Troubleshooting
Steamer
• Use only distilled or puried water. If you live in a hard water area, we highly recommend using only distilled water
in your steamer. Hard water will clog the steam intake mechanism and decrease steam performance.
• If using the steam oor stick with mop pads on hard surface oors, be sure to move steamer back and forth in a
continuous motion several times before moving to the next area. Use a towel to clean up extra moisture.
• The steamer hold 19 ounces of water and will run up to 28 minutes per tank depending on steam output setting and
accessory being used.
• Upon the rst use of your steamer, it may make a little clicking sound as the pump starts to engage. This is normal,
and could take up to 20 seconds before emitting steam. After this, you will enjoy one of the fastest boiler heat times
in the market.
Tips For Optimal Performance
• Steamer not emitting
steam.
a. No power a. Ensure power cord is securely
connected to outlet, solid green
indicator light should illuminate
• Steam output is weak
b. Water tank is empty or low
a. Use nozzle cleaning tool to clear build-
up from steam ports and nozzle tips
b. Rell water tank - see instructions on
p.9
c. Use paper clip to poke through center
opening to release blockage.
Problem Cause Solution
• Surfaces become
extremely wet or
remain dirty after
steaming
a. Steam cloth or cover may be
saturated & dirty.
b. Steam cloth or cover may be
damaged
c. Water is not absorbed when
brush accessory or bare nozzle is
used alone
a. Replace with clean, dry cloth or cover.
c. Steam nozzle, extension hose,
handheld unit or diuser base not
connected properly
a. Mineral deposit build-up in unit
b. Water tank is empty or low
c. Air valve on water tank lid is
blocked
b. Replace damaged cloth or cover.
c. Use separate dry towel or rag to wipe
away loose grime and excess water as
you steam clean.
b. Rell water tank - see instructions on
p.9
c. Carefully reinstall components -
ensuring proper alignment and secure
connections that are fully “snapped” in
- see instructions on p.9 and p.12
