ONER GPS speed governor is designed for car speed limitation, different with common speed governor
OCT600-SG can work in all types of vehicles, do not need to make wire connection with acclerator and
will not bring any damage to the cars, no chance of stopping car suddently , and it is more easier than
common one to operate, no need to set speed by complicate steps, what you need is just to send SMS
command. What is more, it supports speed data exporting, you can export the history report in the SD card.
and with GPS tracking feature, it can offer more protection to your car.

This product is very easy to operate, before using, please read this guide.
Product View
Check that the SIM card’s credit,make sure it can send and receive SMS.
Check that the SIM card has active GPRS function.
If you require the function of sending a SMS location report to the authorized phone number when it
makes a call to device,make sure the SIM card supports displaying caller ID.

Device Connection
Connect GPS/GSM antenas to device;
Connect power I/O cable to I/O interface, and then connect GND and power cable to negative
and positive of power source(12V,2A)，when LED lights of tracker start blinking, that mean
connection complete.

Installation-Speed governor
1) Find a place under the accelerator pedal, and drill a hole, install and fix the governor, and then
adjust the distance between accelerator pedal and governor accordingly, the shortest distance to
governor is 0.5-1cm when floor the pedal.
2) Fix the governor, get a iron rod and pass through the hole at the buttom of governor (point A),
and weld the iron rod to the car.
Diagram-speed governor
1). Connect black cable of controller to power I/O
cable of tracker (GND,black).
2). Connect red cable of controller to power I/O
cable of tracker (positive, red)
3). Connect yellow cable of governor controller to
power I/O cable of tracker (yellow,OUT1).

Operation & Installation
Important Info:
The location and color of acelerator line each car are different, please try to find it according to the
video, (https://youtu.be/ITiAVMYlOM8 )，we suggest that you can hire some technicans to do it for you
1） Connect 2 green cables of relay to the cut parts (P1 & P2) of negative line from accelerator
2）Connect yellow cable of relay to Out 1 cable (yellow) of tracker;
3）Connect white cable of relay and I/O cable (red, positive) of tracker to power cable of car
battery ( positive, red)
4）Connect I/O cable of tracker ( black, GND) to power cable ( negative).
Installation-Engine Detecting
Get to kown engine status, if any one starts engine illegally, you can get alert.
1) Before installation, please identify power line of
engine( see video: https://youtu.be/ITiAVMYlOM8，
or ask technician for help)
2)Connect tracker I/O cable (I/O2,white) to power
line of engine.
Installation-Fuel Monitoringn (option)
Connect fuel sensor, get to know fuel consumption per day.
1) fuel sensor installtion
a. Pour oil from the tank and clear the residual oil
b. Select predrill point on the top of fuel tank;
c. Drill fixed point at the predrill point by tapper, and then start drilling; When it is done,select small drill
according to gasket of sensor and drill fixed holes to fix the fuel sensor;
d. Install fuel sensor to the fuel tank and fix it by screwer, fuel sensor installation complete.
2). Diagram
a. Connect black cable of fuel sensor to AD
cable (blue) of tracker.
b. Connect red cable of sensor to power cable
(red, positive) of car, connect blue cable of
sensor to power cable (negative,black) of car.

Before installing, please identify acelrator line and cut it to 2 parts ( P1,P2)

After setting, do not need to add password when you send command by admin no. and only this
Admin no. can get SMS reply when you call the tracker by it
Important Info：
1. Commands should be sent one by one, the next one can be sent after getting reply
from previous command.
2. Command format can not be modified, no space between letter and number

Online Tracking Parameter Setting
To set parameter, add it to the system, and you can do online tracking.
APN;apn,username,password#****** ******=000000. apn can be got from sim card supplier, if
(Set APN) there is no username and password, just use apn.
