1. Einführung
Diese Montageanleitung ist Bestandteil der Lieferung. Lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor der Montage sorgfältig durch und bewahren
Sie diese auf. Dieses Dokument enthält wichtige Informationen zum korrekten Aufstellen, Anschließen, Betrieb und der Wartung.
Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller. Diese Montageanleitung ist auch unter www.ONgineer.de abrufbar.
Der Hersteller haet nicht für auretende Schäden durch:

2. Sicherheitshinweise
Die angebrachten Sicherheitshinweise auf der LiON Box / Box Max sind zu beachten.
Der Betreiber ist für die korrekte Installation, den Betrieb und die Wartung verantwortlich.
Bei sichtbarer Beschädigung ist die Ladestation außer Betrieb zu setzen und vom
Hersteller wieder instand zu setzen.
In der E-Installation muss eine Trennvorrichtung vorhanden sein.
Die LiON Box / Box Max darf nur in E-Installationen mit gemäß den nationalen und internationalen Vorschrien
entsprechendem FI-Schutzschalter betrieben werden.

5. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Die LiON Box / Box Max ist für das Anschließen und Laden von verschiedenen E-Bike Systemen geeignet.
Je nach Ausstattungsvariante variiert die Kompatibilität.
Die LiON Box / Box Max sollte vor direktem Niederschlag geschützt aufgestellt werden.
Achtung: Nur einen Akku pro Splitter anschließen!
6. Lieferumfang
• LiON Box oder LiON Box Max
• Befestigungslaschen zur Wandmontage
• Fest angeschlossenes Ladekabel mit Splitter (nur LiON Box)
7. Technische Beschreibung
Nur LiON Box: ein integrierter Kabelaufroller stellt bis zu 2 m Ladeleitung zur Verfügung. Zum Laden muss der Benutzer die Lei-
tung herausziehen, bis das Kabel einrastet. Nach dem Laden muss der Benutzer das Kabel weiter herausziehen, um die integrierte
Feststellbremse zu deaktivieren. Daraufhin wird die Leitung automatisch eingezogen und muss von Hand geführt werden.
Vorsicht Verletzungsgefahr!
Das Kabel nicht ungeführt einziehen lassen.
LiON Box und Box Max: Das eingebaute Ladegerät schaltet bei Unter- oder Überspannung und Über- bzw. Untertemperatur ab.
Das Ladegerät erkennt automatisch einen korrekt angeschlossenen Akku und beginnt den Ladevorgang selbstständig.
Die Ladestation verfügt über ein spezielles Be- und Entlüungssystem.
8. Montage
Vorsicht Verletzungsgefahr!
Durch beschädigte oder falsch montierte Komponenten können Gefahren für Benutzer entstehen.

Folgendes ist bei der Auswahl des Montageortes zu beachten:
• Montieren Sie die LiON Box / Box Max nur vertikal
(z.B. Wände).
• Die Montageäche muss eben sein und eine ausreichende
Festigkeit haben.
• Die LiON Box / Box Max sollte während des Betriebs
ausreichend beleuchtet sein.
• Achten Sie auf einen freien Abstand um Ihre LiON Box /
Box Max von mindestens 25 cm. Dies gilt auch für evtl.
Bewuchs durch Grünpanzen.
Die LiON Box / Box Max sollte hier nicht montiert werden:
• in nasser Umgebung
• in der Nähe zu brennbaren Materialien
• an explosionsgefährdeten Orten
• in der Nähe zu agressiven Dämpfen
• an Orten mit permanenter Vibration
• an Orten mit permanenter Sonneneinstrahlung
Montieren Sie die LiON Box / Box Max vorzugsweise im Innenbereich oder geschützten Außenbereich!
Die LiON Box / Box Max kann durch eine falsche Standortwahl in ihrer Funktion und Lebensdauer beeinträchtigt werden.
Montieren Sie die LiON Box / Box Max in einer Höhe von 110 cm bis 130 cm.
Werden mehrere Boxen nebeneinander montiert, sollte ein Mindestabstand zwischen den Boxen von ca. 150 cm vorhanden sein.

• Markieren Sie die Positionen der Befestigungspunkte auf
der Befestigungsäche.
• Bohren Sie die Löcher für die Befestigungspunkte passend
zu den Ihren Dübeln. Achten Sie beim Bohren darauf keine
Leitungen, Rohre, etc. zu beschädigen.
• Setzen Sie die 4 Dübel in die Bohrungen.
• Schrauben Sie Ihre LiON Box / Box Max fest, indem Sie
jeweils eine Schraube durch die Bohrungen in den Außen-
befestigungslaschen schrauben.
(Siehe nebenstehendes Piktogramm)
9. Elektrischer Anschluss
Verbinden Sie Ihre LiON Box / Box Max mit Hilfe der vorinstallierten Netzanschlussleitung mit einer Schutzkontaktsteckdose.
Die Netzanschlussleitung sollte so verlegt werden, dass keine Stolpergefahr besteht. Ihre LiON Box / Box Max ist nun betriebsbereit.
Wollen Sie ihre LiON Box Max für einen schaltbaren Einzelkanalbetrieb umrüsten, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Die im Folgenden beschriebenen Arbeitsschritte dürfen gemäß den nationalen und lokalen Vorschrien zur
Elektroinstallation nur durch eine ausgebildete elektrotechnische Fachkra erfolgen. Führen Sie alle Arbeiten an
der LiON Box Max unter Beachtung der 5 allgemeinen elektrotechnischen Sicherheitsregeln durch.
Veränderungen oder Umbauten an der LiON Box Max dürfen nur durch eine von der Firma ONgineer
qualizierten Person durchgeführt werden!
Zur Information: Der linke Ladepunkt ist werkseitig mit der blauen Schutzkontaktsteckdose zu einem Kanal zusammengefasst.
Der rechte Ladepunkt bildet einen eigenen Kanal.
• Stellen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten die Spannungsfreiheit der LiON Box Max sicher.
• Entfernen Sie die Wetterschutzhaube von der LiON Box Max.
• Entfernen Sie den Gehäusedeckel von der LiON Box Max.
• Lösen Sie die Kabelenden der vorinstallierten 3 -adrigen Netzanschlussleitung aus den
Reihenklemmen 3, N und PE. Anschließend entfernen Sie die Steckbrücke zwischen den
Klemmen 2 und 3 (Siehe nebenstehendes Bild).
Zur Befestigung der Ladestation benötigen Sie:
• die 4 mitgelieferten Außenbefestigungslaschen mit den dazugehörigen Schrauben (im Lieferumfang enthalten)
• 4 geeignete Schrauben (Durchmesser max. 6mm, Schraubenkopf max. 12mm)
• 4 geeignete Dübel
Befestigen Sie zu Beginn die 4 Außenbefestigungslaschen gemäß folgenden Piktogrammen am Gehäuse Ihrer LiON Box / Box Max.

• Lösen Sie die Kabelverschraubung der Netzanschlussleitung .
• Enfernen Sie die Kabelbinder, welche die vorinstallierte Netzanschlussleitung xieren.
• Sie können nun die nicht mehr benötigte Netzanschlussleitung aus dem Gehäuse entfernen.
• Ziehen Sie nun die neue 5-adrige Netzleitung durch die Kabelverschraubung in das Gehäuse ein.
• Schließen Sie die zuvor vorbereiteten Leitungsenden wie im nebenstehenden Bild gezeigt, an.
Zur Information:
Die geschaltete Phase an Klemme 3 versorgt den rechten Kanal.
Die geschaltete Phase an Klemme 2 versorgt den linken Kanal.
Die Klemme 1 dient lediglich zur Fixierung der ungenutzten Leitungsader.

• Fixieren Sie die neue Netzanschlussleitung wieder mit Kabelbindern.
• Schrauben Sie die Überwurfmutter der Kabelverschraubung wieder fest.
Ihre LiON Box Max ist nun betriebsbereit für den schaltbaren Einzelkanalbetrieb.
Gemäß den nationalen und lokalen Vorschrien können nach einer Reparatur, Wartung, etc. entsprechende Funktions-
und Sicherheitsprüfungen gefordert sein, welche dann auch zu dokumentieren sind.
10. Anschluss & Lösen des Splitterkabels
Nur LiON Box Max:
Zum Anschluss des Splitterkabels stecken Sie den Stecker in die entsprechende Buchse der LiON Box Max. Achten Sie beim Ein-
stecken darauf, dass der schwarze Verriegelungssti in die dafür vorgesehene Aussparung der Buchse grei. Das deutlich hörbare
„KLICK“ bestätigt Ihnen die korrekte Verriegelung des Steckers. Das Ladekabel ist nun gegen unbefugte Entnahme gesichert und
somit betriebsbereit.
Die Entnahme der Splitterkabels ist werkzeuglos nicht möglich.
Sie benötigten ein Lösewerkzeug, z.B. einen Schraubendreher.
Drücken Sie mit dem Schraubendreher in die seitliche Önung des Steckers.
Unter gleichzeitigem, leichten Zug am Steckergehäuse lässt sich dieser nun lösen.
Nach korrektem Lösen des Steckers bleibt der schwarze Verriegelungssti im Buchsengehäuse
der LiON Box Max stecken und sorgt beim Wiedereinstecken des Steckers für die erneute
Verriegelung.
Soll ein anderer Stecker mit Verriegelungssti eingesteckt werden, muss hier vorher der
Verriegelungssti mit Hilfe eines Schraubendrehers entfernt werden.
11. Reinigung
Achtung!
Falsche Reinigungsmittel können die LiON Box / Box Max beschädigen.
Stecker dürfen nur mit einem weichen und trockenen Tuch gereinigt werden.
Die Ladebox darf mit einem weichen und feuchten Tuch gereinigt werden.
12. Wartung
Achtung!
Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob alle Kabel und Stecker unbeschädigt sind.
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig alle Komponenten auf Beschädigung und Verschleiß.
Lassen Sie Mängel vom Hersteller beheben.
13. Fehlerbehebung
Der Akku wird nicht geladen. → → → Netzunterbrechung von mindestens 10 Sekunden durchführen.
Der Akku wird nicht geladen. → → → Festen Sitz des Ladesteckers prüfen.
Der Akku wird nicht geladen. → → → Kompatibilität prüfen.
Kabel lässt sich nicht einziehen. → → → Kabel bis zum Ende herausziehen, Feststellbremse löst sich, Kabel zieht ein.
14. Gewährleistung
Für dieses Produkt gilt die gesetzliche Gewährleistung.
Bei einem Defekt wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an den Hersteller (ONgineer GmbH).
Um den Gewährleistungsanspruch geltend zu machen, reichen Sie bitte eine Kopie der Rechnung ein und
geben Sie eine kurze Fehlerbeschreibung.
15. Entsorgung
Das Verpackungsmaterial sollte nach den örtlich geltenden Vorschrien entsorgt werden.
Wenn das Produkt endgültig außer Betrieb gesetzt werden soll, informieren Sie sich bitte bei Ihrem örtlichen Recyclinghof
über die Entsorgungsvorschrien.
Nur für EU-Länder: Gemäß der Europäischen Richtlinie 2012/19 EU über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte und ihrer
Umsetzung in nationales Recht müssen nicht mehr gebrauchsfähige Ladegeräte getrennt gesammelt und einer
umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden.

2. Consignes de sécurité
Les consignes de sécurité apposées sur le LiON Box / Box Max doivent être respectées.
L‘utilisateur est responsable de l‘installation, du fonctionnement et de l‘entretien corrects.
En cas de dommages visibles, la station de recharge doit être mise hors service et remise en état par le fabricant.
Un dispositif de déconnexion doit être présent dans l‘installation électrique.
La LiON Box / Box Max ne peut être installée que dans des installations électriques équipées d‘un disjoncteur de sécurité
conforme aux prescriptions nationales et internationales. un disjoncteur diérentiel conforme aux normes en vigueur.

5. Utilisation conforme
La LiON Box / Box Max est conçue pour le raccordement et la recharge de diérents systèmes de vélos électriques.
La compatibilité varie en fonction de la variante d‘équipement.
La LiON Box / Box Max doit être installée à l‘abri des précipitations directes.
Attention : ne raccorder qu‘une seule batterie par répartiteur !
6. Étendue de la livraison

7. Description technique
LiON Box: un enrouleur de câble intégré met à disposition jusqu‘à 2 m de câble de charge. Pour la charge, l‘utilisateur doit retirer
le câble. Il doit tirer sur le câble jusqu‘à ce qu‘il s‘enclenche. Une fois la charge terminée, l‘utilisateur doit continuer à tirer sur le
câble pour activer le frein à main intégré. Désactiver le frein de stationnement. Le câble se rétracte alors automatiquement et doit
être guidé manuellement.
Attention, risque de blessure !
Ne pas laisser le câble se rétracter sans le guider.
LiON Box et Box Max: Le chargeur intégré s‘arrête en cas de sous-tension ou de surtension et de sur- ou sous-température.
Le chargeur reconnaît automatiquement une batterie correctement connectée et démarre le processus de charge de manière
autonome. La station de charge dispose d‘un système spécial d‘aération et de ventilation.
8. Assemblage
Attention au risque de blessure !
Des composants endommagés ou mal montés peuvent présenter des risques pour les utilisateurs.

Les points suivants doivent être pris en compte lors du choix du
lieu de montage :
• Ne montez la LiON Box / Box Max que verticalement
(par exemple sur des murs).
• La surface de montage doit être plane et
suisamment solide.
• La LiON Box / Box Max doit être suisamment éclairée
pendant son fonctionnement.
• Veillez à laisser un espace libre d‘au moins 25 cm autour
de votre LiON Box / Box Max. Cela vaut également pour les
éventuelles plantes vertes.
La LiON Box / Box Max ne doit pas être montée ici :
• dans un environnement humide
• à proximité de matériaux inammables
• dans des endroits présentant un risque d‘explosion
• à proximité de vapeurs agressives
• dans des endroits soumis à des vibrations permanentes
• dans des endroits exposés en permanence aux rayons du
soleil
Montez la LiON Box / Box Max de préférence à l‘intérieur ou dans un endroit extérieur protégé !
Le fonctionnement et la durée de vie de la LiON Box / Box Max peuvent être aectés par un mauvais choix d‘emplacement.
Montez la LiON Box / Box Max à une hauteur comprise entre 110 cm et 130 cm.
Si plusieurs boîtiers sont montés côte à côte, il faut prévoir une distance minimale d‘environ 150 cm entre les boîtiers.

• Marquez les positions des points de xation sur la surface
de xation.
• Percez les trous pour les points de xation en fonction de
vos chevilles. Lors du perçage, veillez à ne pas endomma-
ger les conduites, les tuyaux, etc.
• Placez les 4 chevilles dans les trous.
• Vissez votre LiON Box / Box Max en passant une vis dans
chacun des trous des pattes de xation extérieures. de
xation.
(Voir pictogramme ci-contre)
9. Raccordement électrique
Raccordez votre LiON Box / Box Max à une prise de courant avec contact de protection à l‘aide du câble de raccordement au rése-
au préinstallé. Le câble d‘alimentation doit être posé de manière à éviter tout risque de trébuchement. Votre LiON Box / Box Max
est maintenant prête à fonctionner.
Si vous souhaitez modier votre LiON Box Max pour un fonctionnement monocanal commutable, procédez comme suit :
Les étapes de travail décrites ci-après ne doivent être eectuées que par un spécialiste en électrotechnique formé,
conformément aux prescriptions nationales et locales relatives à l‘installation électrique. Eectuez tous les travaux sur
la LiON Box Max en respectant les 5 règles générales de sécurité électrotechnique.
Les modications ou transformations sur la LiON Box Max ne doivent être eectuées que par une personne qualiée
par l‘entreprise ONgineer. par une personne qualiée !
Pour information : Le point de charge gauche est regroupé en usine avec la prise de courant bleue à contact de protection
pour former un canal.
Le point de charge droit forme un canal séparé.
• Avant de commencer les travaux, assurez-vous que la LiON Box Max est hors tension.
• Retirez le capot de protection contre les intempéries de la LiON Box Max.
• Retirez le couvercle du boîtier de la LiON Box Max.
• Détachez les extrémités du câble de raccordement au réseau à 3 ls préinstallé des bornes
3, N et PE. Ensuite, retirez le pont enchable entre les bornes 2 et 3 (voir image ci-contre).
Pour xer la station de recharge, vous avez besoin de :
• les 4 pattes de xation extérieures fournies avec les vis correspondantes (incluses dans la livraison)
• 4 vis appropriées (diamètre max. 6mm, tête de vis max. 12mm)
• 4 chevilles appropriées
Pour commencer, xez les 4 pattes de xation extérieures au boîtier de votre LiON Box / Box Max. conformément aux pictogram-
mes suivants.

• Desserrez le presse-étoupe du câble de raccordement au réseau.
• Retirez les attaches de câble qui xent le câble de raccordement au réseau préinstallé.
• Vous pouvez maintenant retirer du boîtier le câble de raccordement au réseau qui n‘est plus utilisé.
• Introduisez maintenant le nouveau câble d‘alimentation à 5 ls dans le boîtier en passant par
le presse-étoupe.
• Raccordez les extrémités de câble préparées auparavant comme indiqué sur l‘image ci-contre.
Pour information :
La phase commutée sur la borne 3 alimente le canal droit. La phase commutée à la borne 2 alimente le canal gauche.
La borne 1 sert uniquement à xer le l inutilisé.

• Fixez à nouveau le nouveau câble d‘alimentation avec des serre-câbles.
• Revissez l‘écrou-raccord du presse-étoupe.
Votre LiON Box Max est maintenant prête à fonctionner en mode monocanal commutable.
Conformément aux prescriptions nationales et locales, des contrôles fonctionnels correspondants peuvent être
eectués après une réparation, une maintenance, etc. et de sécurité sont exigées et doivent être documentées.
10. Connexion & déconnexion du câble splitter
LiON Box Max:
Pour raccorder le câble répartiteur, insérez la che dans la prise correspondante de la LiON Box Max. Lors de l‘enchage, veillez à
ce que la broche de verrouillage noire s‘engage dans l‘encoche de la prise prévue à cet eet. Le „CLICK“ nettement audible vous
conrme que la che est correctement verrouillée. Le câble de recharge est maintenant protégé contre tout retrait non autorisé et
donc prêt à l‘emploi.
Il n‘est pas possible de retirer le câble d‘éclisse sans outil.
Vous avez besoin d‘un outil de détachement, par exemple un tournevis.
Appuyez avec le tournevis dans l‘ouverture latérale du connecteur.
En tirant légèrement et simultanément sur le boîtier du connecteur, celui-ci se détache.
Une fois la che correctement détachée, la broche de verrouillage noire reste enfoncée dans
le boîtier de la prise du LiON Box Max et assure un nouveau verrouillage lorsque la che est ‚
réinsérée.
Si une autre che avec broche de verrouillage doit être enchée, la broche de verrouillage
doit être retirée au préalable à l‘aide d‘un tournevis.
11. Nettoyage
Attention !
Des produits de nettoyage inappropriés peuvent endommager le LiON Box / Box Max.
Les connecteurs ne doivent être nettoyés qu‘avec un chion doux et sec.

These assembly instructions are part of the delivery. Read these instructions carefully before installation and keep them in a safe
place. This document contains important information on correct installation, connection, operation and maintenance.

2. Safety instructions
The attached safety instructions on the LiON Box / Box Max must be observed.
The operator is responsible for correct installation, operation and maintenance.
In the event of visible damage, the charging station must be taken out of operation and repaired
by the manufacturer.
A disconnecting device must be provided in the electrical installation.
The LiON Box / Box Max may only be operated in electrical installations with a residual
current circuit breaker in accordance with national and international regulations.

5. Intended use
The LiON Box / Box Max is suitable for connecting and charging various e-bike systems.
The compatibility varies depending on the equipment variant.
The LiON Box / Box Max should be placed away from direct precipitation.
Attention: Only connect one battery per splitter.!
6. Scope of delivery

7. Technical description
LiON Box only: an integrated cable reel provides up to 2 m of charging cable. To charge, the user must pull out the until the cable
clicks into place. Aer charging, the user must pull the cable out further to deactivate the integrated parking brake.to deactivate
the integrated parking brake. The cable is then automatically retracted and must be guided by hand.
Caution: Risk of injury!
Do not allow the cable to be pulled in without being guided.
LiON Box and Box Max: DThe built-in charger switches o in case of under- or overvoltage and over- or undertemperature.
The charger automatically detects a correctly connected battery and starts the charging process independently.
The charging station has a special ventilation system.
8. Assembly

The following must be observed when selecting the installation
location:
• Only mount the LiON Box / Box Max vertically (e.g. walls).
• The mounting surface must be level and have suicient
strength.
• The LiON Box / Box Max should be suiciently illuminated
during operation.
• Make sure there is a free space around your LiON Box /
Box Max of at least 25 cm. This also applies to any This also

Mount the LiON Box / Box Max preferably indoors or in a protected outdoor area!
The LiON Box / Box Max can be impaired in its function and service life by an incorrect choice of location.
Mount the LiON Box / Box Max at a height of 110 cm to 130 cm.
If several boxes are mounted next to each other, there should be a minimum distance between the boxes of approx. 150 cm.

• Mark the positions of the xing points on the xing surface.
• Drill the holes for the xing points to match your dowels.
• Be careful not to damage any cables, pipes, etc. when
drilling.
• Insert the 4 dowels into the holes.
• Screw your LiON Box / Box Max in place by inserting one
screw through each of the holes in the outer xing lugs.

9. Electrical connection
Connect your LiON Box / Box Max to an earthed socket using the pre-installed mains connection cable.
The mains connection cable should be laid in such a way that there is no risk of tripping. Your LiON Box / Box Max is now ready for
operation.
If you want to convert your LiON Box Max for switchable single-channel operation, proceed as follows:
The work steps described below may only be carried out by a trained electrician in accordance with national and local

For information: The le-hand charging point is combined with the blue earthed socket to form one channel at the factory.
The right-hand charging point forms its own channel.
• Ensure that the LiON Box Max is de-energised before starting work.
Remove the weather protection cover from the LiON Box Max.
Remove the housing cover from the LiON Box Max.
Disconnect the cable ends of the pre-installed 3-wire mains connection cable from the
terminals 3, N and PE. Then remove the jumper between terminals 2 and 3 (see picture
opposite).
To attach the charging station you will need:
• the 4 supplied external xing lugs with the corresponding screws (included in the scope of delivery).
• 4 suitable screws (diameter max. 6mm, screw head max. 12mm)
• 4 suitable dowels
To begin, attach the 4 external mounting brackets to the housing of your LiON Box / Box Max according to the following
pictograms.

• Loosen the cable gland of the mains connection cable .
Remove the cable ties that x the pre-installed mains connection cable.
You can now remove the mains connection cable that is no longer needed from the housing.
Now pull the new 5-core mains cable through the cable gland into the housing.
Connect the previously prepared cable ends as shown in the adjacent picture.
For information:
The switched phase at terminal 3 supplies the right channel.
The switched phase at terminal 2 supplies the le channel.
Terminal 1 is only used to x the unused line wire.

• Fix the new mains connection cable again with cable ties.
• Screw the union nut of the cable gland back on.
Your LiON Box Max is now ready for switchable single channel operation.
According to national and local regulations, corresponding functional and safety tests may be required aer repair,
maintenance, etc., which must then also be documented.
10. Connecting & disconnecting the splitter cable
LiON Box Max only:
To connect the splitter cable, plug the connector into the corresponding socket of the LiON Box Max. When plugging in, make sure
that the black locking pin engages in the recess provided in the socket. The clearly audible „CLICK“ conrms that the plug is cor-
rectly locked. The charging cable is now secured against unauthorised removal and is therefore ready for use.
It is not possible to remove the splitter cable without tools.
You need a release tool, e.g. a screwdriver.
Press the screwdriver into the side opening of the plug.
The plug can now be loosened by pulling gently on the plug housing.
Aer the plug has been correctly released, the black locking pin remains in the socket
housing of the LiON Box Max and ensures that it is locked again when the plug is re-inserted.
If another plug with a locking pin is to be inserted, the locking pin must rst be removed
with the aid of a screwdriver.
11. Cleaning
Attention!
Incorrect cleaning agents can damage the LiON Box / Box Max.
Plugs may only be cleaned with a so and dry cloth.
The charging box may be cleaned with a so and damp cloth.
12. Maintenance
Attention!
Before each start-up, check that all cables and plugs are undamaged.
Check all components regularly for damage and wear.
Have defects repaired by the manufacturer.
13. Troubleshooting
The battery is not charging. → → → Carry out a mains interruption of at least 10 seconds.
The battery is not charging. → → → Check that the charging plug is rmly seated.
The battery is not charging. → → → Check compatibility.
Kabel lässt sich nicht einziehen. → → → Pull out cable to the end, parking brake releases, cable retracts.
14. Warranty
The statutory warranty applies to this product.
In the event of a defect, please contact the manufacturer (ONgineer GmbH) directly.
In order to make a warranty claim, please submit a copy of the invoice and provide a brief description of the defect.
15. Disposal
The packaging material should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
If the product is to be permanently decommissioned, please check with your local recycling centre about the disposal regulations.
For EU countries only: According to the European Directive 2012/19 EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment
and its into national law, chargers that are no longer serviceable must be collected separately and recycled in an
environmentally sound manner.
16. Declaration of conformity
