The Grandstream 7602 Wi-Fi Access Point is a compact device that
is both stylish and unobtrusive.
Setting up your access point is quick and easy. Once the device is
installed, you can take advantage of its three 100 Mbit Ethernet ports.

Before you get started, look at the sticker on top of the device.
You will see at least one pre-configured network name and
password. You’ll need this information later, so make a note of
it below and then remove the sticker for security purposes.

Connect the Grandstream 7602
Wi-Fi Access Point to the Internet
STEP 2
Connect the included Ethernet cable to the POE port on the back
of the access point. Connect the other end of the cable to an active
Internet connection.
IMPORTANT: If you are using Ooma Connect internet service,
connect the POE port to the LAN port on the Connect Base Station.

Power the Grandstream 7602 Wi-Fi
Access Point on
Plug the provided AC adapter in to the DC12V port on the access
point and connect the other end to a power source.
The status light on the top of the device will initially turn a solid
green to indicate that it is powering up. The light will turn a solid
blue once the device is fully operational and the Wi-Fi networks
are available. This could take several minutes.

Off – Device is powered off.
Flashing Green – Device is performing a firmware upgrade.
Do not power the device off during this process.
Solid Green – Firmware check/update successful.
Flashing Blue – Device is booting up or rebooting.
Solid Blue – Device is operational.
Solid Red – Firmware update failed.
Connect Devices to a Wi-Fi®Network
Using the information you noted in STEP 1, you may now connect
a wireless device to the Grandstream 7602 Wi-Fi Access Point’s
wireless networks to check that the device is working properly. If
you have wired devices, you can connect their Ethernet ports to
any available Ethernet port on the bottom of the access point.
STEP 4
Troubleshooting
■Grandstream 7602 Wi-Fi Access Point status light
is off –Your device might be powered off. Check the
power adapter or the PoE connection.
■Unable to connect to wireless network –Check your notes
above to verify that you are using the correct password.
■Connected to the wireless network but unable to access
the Internet
• Move your device closer to the access point and see if the
connection problem resolves.
• Contact customer support.

Noter le nom et le mot de passe
du réseau
Avant de commencer, consultez l’autocollant sur le dessus de
l’appareil. Vous verrez au moins un nom de réseau et un mot de
passe préconfigurés. Vous aurez besoin de ces informations plus
tard, alors notez-les ci-dessous, puis, par mesure de sécurité,
retirez l’autocollant.

DC12V
Mettre sous tension la borne d’accès
Wi-Fi Grandstream 7602
Branchez l’adaptateur secteur fourni sur le port DC12V du point
d’accès et connectez l’autre extrémité à une source d’alimentation.
Le voyant d’état situé sur le dessus de l’appareil s’allume d’abord
en vert pour indiquer qu’il est sous tension. Le voyant deviendra
bleu fixe une fois que l’appareil sera pleinement opérationnel
et que les réseaux Wi-Fi seront disponibles. Cela peut prendre
plusieurs minutes.

Connecter le point d’accès Wi-Fi
Grandstream 7602 à Internet
ÉTAPE 2
Connectez le câble Ethernet fourni au port POE à l’arrière du point
d’accès. Connectez l’autre extrémité du câble à une connexion
Internet active.
IMPORTANT : Si vous utilisez le service Internet Ooma Connect,
connectez le port POE au port LAN de la station de base Connect.
