Recycling LED Lamp 'Pety - Four-Seasons'
Transfer the template for the individual parts (page 5) to the plywood
plate (1). Drill holes ø 2mm, saw all parts with the jigsaw and clean
saw cuts.
Cut the wood strip (7) to size, drill through ø2mm and clean saw cuts.
Glue the two set of strips (7) onto part (1a) as shown. 1 Note: 2 holes
show upwards!
Glue the two clothes clamps (5) as shown on the two arm parts (1c +
1d)
Note: 1 holes are marked on top left and right.
Screw the arms onto the wood guide (7) using the two screws (9). (1b) glued to the front edge of part (1a). Glue dry well.

Secure the pressure switch (4) as shown with a screw (8). Screw the
second screw (8) into the free bore. Screw both screws through the
bottle cap.
Die beiden Lüsterklemmeinsätze (6) wie abgebildet an den beiden
Schraubenenden befestigen. Die Beine der LED (3) einstecken und die
Schrauben festziehen.
Connect the black cable from the battery holder to the free screw
(loosen the screw and unwind the cable - then retighten). Connect the
red cable to the free connection of the switch. Then glue the battery
holder as shown with hot glue.
Then insert the batteries and check the function of the lighting by
pressing the switch.
The finished top as shown on the cleaned plastic bottle screw.

Glue the bottle cap as shown on the underside of the part (1a). Let the
glue dry.

Glue the parts (1e-1i) on the marked line on part (1j) as shown.
Please Note: Marking depends on the diameter of the bottle!
Place the bottle with the upper part in the stand.

Cut out any desired template (page 7-10) with the scissors.

Ax the figure with double-sided adhesive tape as shown or clamp it
into the clothes peg. Finished!
Please Note:
The bottle can be filled to 3/4 with water, which strengthens the light.
The LED must not be immersed in the water = SHORT CIRCUIT!
