This unit require no water source installation which can be place to living room, bedroom, office and
other places. Unit also equipped with 3-second quick heating and child safe lock making it easier, safe
and convenient for your daily use.

PRODUCT PARAMETERS
REMARKS
1. This unit operates in 220-240V~50/Hz..
2. Do not place the water tray in a suspended way and should be put on table.
3. Do not extend the water outlet nozzle into the cup when taking water to avoid any unnecessary
incident.
4. Pour only municipal water to water tank.
5. Children should be under supervision to avoid any unnecessary incident.
6. Unit is not intended to be use by individual (including children) with reduced physical, sensory,
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given guidance
concerning use of the unit by individual responsible for their safety.
7. Incase of any breakdown/water leak, unplug the power supply and contact Service Center
immediately,
8. Stop using the unit when the raw water temperature or environment temperature is lower than
4˚C or higher than 38˚C.
9. Filter element lifespan will be affected/shorten when raw water does not meet municipal water
standard.
10. To avoid danger, please place the unit on a flat surface table.

OPERATION GUIDELINE
Attention:
1. Unit is default/limit at 400ml per dispensing serving.
2. Raw water is recommended to be replace on daily basis and water tank should be clean
once a week.
3. Avoid from direct contact with hot water while dispensing.
4. Do not operate the unit when there is no raw water supply.
5. Children should be supervised to ensure their safety while using the unit.
6. Company will not be responsible for any accident cause by misconduct.
Refill of raw water
“Water shortage” indicator turns on when there is a shortage of raw water. Discard the waste water
and replace it with municipal water.
Sleep mode
Unit will be in “Sleep mode” if there is not activity in 1hour to save electricity. Unit will resume to
standby mode once any function is selected.
1. Unit to be place on flat surface.
2. Install the water tray.
3. Detach the rear water tank to fill up with municipal water.
Raw water should not exceed the MAX water level mark.
Insert water tank back to the unit.
4. Connect to power cord to electrical source (220VAC).
5. The unit will start up automatically (filtration is in progress).
Filtration is complete once filtration in progress “ ” is off.
6. Discard 3 time of the filtered water for better result using
Continuous Flow Function.
7. Press and hold “ ” for 2 seconds until screen show “00”
for Continuous Flow Function. Press “ ” to stop the function.
Only normal water temperature is available for this function.

REPLACEMENT OF FILTER ELEMENT
When the service life of the filter element is down to 20%, the indicator light flashes orange, indicating
that the filter element needs to be replaced.
Step 1
Insert the new filter element and turn
clockwise to tighten it.
Press and hold “ RESET” button until “Filter Life” shown
and release. Select “RESET” button again for
corresponding filter to be reset. Press and hold “RESET”
once more 3 seconds to complete resetting.
Turn the filter element counterclockwise to
remove the filter.
Turn off the power and remove the old filter element.

FAULT ELIMINATION

1. Check whether the power is on.
2. Thermostat protector faulty. Please contact service provider.
1. Check whether the filter element is not replaced or exceeded
service life.
2. Check whether the parts on the machine has been
dismantled by unauthorized personal.
3. Check whether the silicone seal ring is aged or damaged.
Check whether the filter element is too dirty or exceeded
service life.
