Breakdown Stand Assembly
Instructions

NOTE

Tools Needed
•Rubber Mallet
•Large Phillips Head
Screwdriver
•7/16 Wrench

Step 1
•Lay out pieces as shown here
•Note location of zip ties outlined in Red.
•DO not remove ties until instructed to do so

Step 2
Set piece marked “top rack” so that words “Top
Rack” are facing upwards as shown

Step 3
Remove zip ties (outlined in red) from Top Rack and leg

Step 4
•Insert leg into top rack
•Holes in leg and top rack should
line up
•You may have to tap leg into
place using rubber mallet

Step 5
•Insert Nuts and Bolts into leg brackets and
slightly tighten

Step 6
•Repeat steps 3 through 5 for other leg.
•After installing other leg, your stand should be as
shown below

Step 7
•After installing both legs, flip stand so that it
is standing upright, as shown

Step 8
Set piece marked bottom rack so zip ties are on same
side as the leg as shown in picture below marked in red

Step 9
•Flip over piece marked bottom rack so that
words “Bottom rack” are facing downwards as
marked in red Below

Step 10
•Insert bottom rack between the legs

Step 11
Inserts bolts into bottom rack. There should be 2 bolts in
each side of stand as shown below

Step 12
•Tighten all 8 bolts on the top and bottom of the stand as
shown here

Your Stand is Complete!
•Congratulations you have just assembled your own
breakdown aquarium stand
