How to replace the fuse
The location of the fuse differ according to the type of
AC mains plug (figures Aand B). Confirm the AC
mains plug fitted and follow the instructions below.
Illustrations may differ from actual AC mains plug.

Selecting equalizer effects
Four types of sound quality can be selttottd.

Recordings are not affected by changes in sound quality.

Improving recapHon
Adjust the length and direction of the whip antenna for FM, and diange
the direction of the unit for AM.
Radio broadcaets may be hard to receive in amoving vehicle or
building because their signals are weak. In such casM, use the unit
near awindow.
When interference of FM slaiao reception occurs

Press [FM MODE/BP].
The "CBSSD "di^lay af^ears.
Monaural sound Is selected but noise is reduced and sound becomes
clearer.
Toreturn to stereo sound, press £FM MODE/BP] again to turn off the
"(BSQl- display.
Leave the "am"display off to listen to FM stereo ptogtams.
