Auto Count Up:
The Time, Temp Probe, Ternp Hold, Microwave Power, Oven Temp, Micro/Convec,
Auto Sensor Cook, Auto Sensor Froz-Cook, and Auto Comb Pads are all equipped
with the Auto Count Up feature. By holding your finger on the pad, the readout in the
display window will automatically count up through the complete function. After
reaching the maximum function, the display will return to the starting point and
continue to count up. To stop the readout at a specific setting, simply remove your
finger from the pad.
Note: When programming the oven, hold your finger firmly in the center of the pad.
To set Clock:
AUTO O O Clock When the oven is first plugged in, the entire display will light up. Four zeros (00:00)
will appear in display window and the colons will blink.

Example: To set 11:25 (a.m. or p.m.), touch Time Pads as follows:

Defrost Pad (Microwave):
Defrost
When
Defrost
is
selected,
the
defrosting
time
is
divided
into
8
periods,
which
alternates
between
defrost
and
stand.
When
oven

operating
at
Defrost
power
the
Defrost
indicator
light
blinks.
The
light
remains
on,
but
does
not
blink
during
stand
time.
Temp
Probe
Pad:
Automatically
counts-up
in
10°F.
increments
from
100°F.
to
200°F.
Touching
the
Temp
Probe
Pad
during
cooking
shows
the
programmed
temperature
in
the
display
window.
Temp Hold Pad:
Keeps
food
at
serving
temperature
after
temperature
probe
cooking.
Food
is
kept
warm
by
microwave
energy.
Carefully
choose
cooking
utensils
for
this
cooking
method,
especially
when
it
is
programmed
with
convection
cooking.
The
Temp
Hold
Pad
automatically
counts-up
in
10
minute
increments
from
10 minutes to 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes).

Power Pad (Microwave):
Automatically counts-up from HIGH to WARM. The following is the approximate
wattage for each power level.
HIGH power (approx. 700 watts/Full power)
M. HIGH power (approx. 650 watts/90% power)
MEDIUM power (approx. 490 watts/70% power)
M. LOW power = (approx. 360 watts/50% power)
LOW power (approx. 200 watts/30% power)
WARM power (approx. 70 watts/10% power)
Oven Temp Pad (Convection):
Automatically counts-up in 25°F. increments from 200°F. to 450°F. Touching Oven
Temp Pad during cooking shows the temperature you programmed in display
window.
Micro/Convec Pad (Combination):
Automatically counts-up for the desired combination setting. Program 1 is for Beef,
Pork and Lamb. Program 2 is for Chicken, Duck and Turkey.
Auto Sensor Control Pads (Microwave):
Froz-Cook Automatically counts-up from A1 to A8.
COOK cycles are used for cooking foods from their natural storage places. (i.e.
meats are refrigerated cold, cake mixes are room temperature, etc.)
FROZ-COOK cycles are used for cooking food that are thoroughly frozen. (i.e.
frozen meats, casseroles and convenience foods.)
Auto Combination Pad (Combination):
Automatically counts-up from C1 to C8. Auto Combination Pad must be used with
the temperature probe and is used for roasting meats and poultry.
Note: Touching the Comb Pad during cooking will show the final preprogrammed
food temperature. The Temp Probe Pad may also be used for the same
purpose.
Stop/Reset Pad:
Before Cooking: One tap clears your instructions.
During Cooking: One tap temporarily stops the cooking process.
Another tap cancels all your instructions and time of day appears in
display window.
Delay/Stand:
To delay cooking or to program Stand Time after cooking is completed or as an
auxiliary timer.
Start Pad:
One tap allows oven to begin functioning. If door is opened or Stop/Reset Pad is
tapped once during oven operation, the Start Pad must again be touched to restart
the oven.

Auto Preheat (Convention):
Automatically
preheats
the
oven
to
the
desired
convention
oven
temperature.
Set
oven
temperature
and
touch
the
Start
Pad.
‘‘P”
appears
in
display
window.
When
oven
is
preheated,
three
beeps
will
sound
and
“P”
will
begin
to
blink
in
display
window.
Opening Door:
Opening
the
door
during
cooking
will
stop
the
cooking
process
without
canceling
the
program.
Cooking
resumes
as
soon
as
the
door
is
closed
and
Start
Pad
is
touched.
The
oven
light
will
stay
on
or
turn
on
whenever
the
door
is
opened.
Beep Sound:
When
a
pad
is
touched
correctly,
a
beep
sound
is
heard.
If
a
pad
is
touched
and
no
beep
sound
is
heard,
the
unit
has
not
or
cannot
accept
the
instruction.
Two
beeps
will
sound
between
programmed
stages.
Three
beeps
will
sound
after
Auto
Preheat
and
Cooling
for
Auto
Sensor
Cooking.
At
the
end
of
any
complete
program,
five
beeps
will
sound.

impurities
which
could
cause

energy

reflect
continuously
throughout
the
oven

no
food

water

present

wrap

How To Use Special Controls
Temp Hold
The oven will keep food warm when Temperature Hold is used in conjunction with
